To investigate the role of co-stimulatory and co-inhibitory molecules on immune tolerance in immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study mapped the immune cell heterogeneity in the bone marrow of ITP at the single-cell level using Cytometry by Time of Flight(CyTOF).Thirtysix patients with ITP and nine healthy volunteers were enrolled in the *** soluble immunomodulatory molecules,more sCD25 and sGalectin-9 were detected in ITP *** the cell surface,co-stimulatory molecules like ICOS and HVEM were observed to be upregulated in mainly central memory and effector T *** contrast,co-inhibitory molecules such as CTLA-4 were significantly reduced in Th1 and Th17 cell *** a platelet count of 30×10^(9)L^(−1)as the cutoff value,ITP patients with high and low platelet counts showed different T cell immune ***-presenting cells such as monocytes and B cells may regulate the activation of T cells through CTLA-4/CD86 and HVEM/BTLA interactions,respectively,and participate in the pathogenesis of *** conclusion,the proteomic and soluble molecular profiles brought insight into the interaction and modulation of immune cells in the bone marrow of *** may offer novel targets to develop personalized immunotherapies.

昆明太阳塔址的踏勘和筛选

本文报道了云南天文台的大型塔式太阳望远镜选址的踏勘和筛选工作结果。根据筛选阶段观测资料的分析和处理结果得到:滇池西岸的白鱼口点太阳像宁静度最好。本工作表明在昆明附近地区选择一个太阳像宁静度较好的太阳塔塔址是可能的。

Interaction of HIV-1 fusion peptide and its mutant with lipid membrane

HIVWT and HIVV2E represent the 23 amino acids fusion peptide of HIV-1 gp41 N terminus and its position 2 mutant (Val→Glu). We have studied the structure-function relationship of HIVWT and HIVV2E when they interact with acidic and neutral lipid membranes. The results show that HIVWT and HIVV2E have the same conformational characteristics and tendencies of conformational transition but definitely different functions: HIVWT destabilizes membrane and induces fusion by adopting predominant α-helix conformation when interacting with acidic POPG membrane, its phenylalanine residues can penetrate into the hydrophobic core of POPG bilayer; HIVV2E also adopts predominant α-helix when interacting with POPG membrane, but it cannot destabilize POPG membrane and induce fusion, the phenylalanine residues of it are located near the surface of POPG bilayer. HIVWT and HIVV2E both adopt predominant β-sheet conformation to interact with neutral POPC membrane, and cannot destabilize POPC membrane and induce fusion,

道路交通标志识别是自动驾驶、车联网的重要组成部分，为进一步提高交通标志检测的精度和速度，提出一种基于YOLOv8s改进的YOLOv8-TS道路交通标志检测网络。首先，对YOLOv8s进行了整体的轻量化设计，并设计了Conv-G7S和CSP-G7S模块，减少了网络的参数量；其次，设计了CSP-SwinTransformer模块，强化了模型利用窗口内的特征信息进行上下文感知和建模的能力；然后，在颈部网络融合了卷积注意力机制（CBAM），强化了模型对不同通道、空间权重信息的学习；最后，对损失函数进行了改进，提升了边界框回归性能。实验结果表明，在中国道路交通标志TT100K数据集上，精确率（Precision）、平均精度（mAP@0.5）分别提高了6.9%、3.7%，而改进后模型的参数量下降了75.4%，模型的大小仅为5.8 MB，平均精度（mAP@0.5）达到96.5%，检测速度由126.58 f/s提升至136.99 f/s。

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

Proteomics of spermatogenesis： from protein lists to understanding the regulation of male fertility and infertility

Proteomic technologies have undergone significant development in recent years, which has led to extensive advances in protein research. Currently, proteomic approaches have been applied to many scientific areas, including basic research, various disease and malignant tumour diagnostics, biomarker discovery and other therapeutic applications. In addition, proteomics-driven research articles examining reproductive biology and medicine are becoming increasingly common. The key challenge for this field is to move from lists of identified proteins to obtaining biological information regarding protein function. The present article reviews the available scientific literature related to spermatogenesis. In addition, this study uses two-dimensional electrophoresis mass spectrometry （2DE-MS） and liquid chromatography （LC）-MS to construct a series of proteome profiles describing spermatogenesis. This large-scale identification of proteins provides a rich resource for elucidating the mechanisms underlying male fertility and infertility.

Narrowband time delay estimation based on correlation coefficient

The problems of time delay estimation of narrowband signals are presented. The disadvantages of the existing algorithms are analyzed, and a new narrowband time delay estimating algorithm based on correlation coefficient is proposed. The original time delay information is transfered into the delay between the autocorrelation and cross-correlation function, and the precise estimating result by wave-comparison is given. The algorithm proposed here is also compared with other algorithms and its advantages over other algorithms are proved. The theoretical analysis and simulation show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Cd^(2+) Supramolecular Coordination Complex{[Cd_2(HCAM)_2(H_2O)_4]·3.5H_2O}_n with a 3D Metal-organic Open Framework

A three-dimensional coordination polymer {[Cd2（HCAM）2（H2O）4].***2O}n was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of H3CAM （H3CAM = 4-hydroxypyridine-2,6-dicerboxylic acid） and Cd（NO3）2·4H2O. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.4389（19）, b = 11.009（2）, c = 11.192（2） A, α = 87.87（3）, β= 74.63（3）, γ = 81.22（3）°, V= 1108.2（4） A3, Z = 2, Dc= 2.164 g/cm3,μ = 2.011 mm^-1, F（000） = 710, R = 0.0419 and wR = 0.1170. X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound adopts a one-dimensional staircase structure by carboxyl of H3CAM and water molecules, and it is further linked by hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D metal-organic open framework. The thermal gravimetric analysis displays that the framework exists stably below 300 ℃.
