In practical applications,relative humidity in the air is a key factor affecting the photocatalytic removal of NO,which is often overlooked in previous ***,we developed a direct Z-scheme UiO-66-NH_(2)/Bi_(2)MoO_(6)heterojunction with a nanoflower-like structure to systematically investigate the effect of relative humidity on photocatalytic removal of *** optimized heterojunction for the removal efficiency of NO was 71.6%at1.07 mg·m^(-3)NO concentration(relative humidity=1.%),and the generation of NO_(2) was only 1.1..Interestingly,with the increase in relative humidity,it showed a higher inhibition effect on NO_(2),while the removal of NO decreased slightly(8%),which might be attributed to the affinity effect of NO_(2) with water molecules and the competitive adsorption of H_(2)O and NO on the surface of the heterojunction ***,the reaction pathways of NO removal at the developed heterojunctions were revealed by in situ DRIFTS *** work provides a novel vision for the development of direct Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts to effectively remove NO and inhibit the formation of toxic intermediate NO_(2) under different humidities.

Gastric cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers worldwide,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive cases account for approximately 20%of the total ***,trastuzumab+chemotherapy is the recommended first-line treatment for patients with HER2-positive advanced gastric cancer,and the combination has exhibited definite efficacy in HER2-targeted ***,the emergence of drug resistance during treatment considerably reduces its effectiveness;thus,it is imperative to investigate the potential mechanisms underlying *** the present review article,we comprehensively introduce multiple mechanisms underlying resistance to trastuzumab in HER2-positive gastric cancer cases,aiming to provide insights for rectifying issues associated with resistance to trastuzumab and devising subsequent treatment strategies.

Ochratoxin A(OTA)is one of the most common pollutants in aquatic *** a first line of defense,intestinal barriers could be utilized against OTA in order to prevent *** product supplementation is one of the most popular strategies to alleviate toxicity induced by mycotoxins,but there is a lack of knowledge about how it functions in the teleost *** this study,720 juvenile grass carp of about 1. g were selected and four treatment groups(control group,OTA group,curcumin[Cur]group,and OTA+Cur group)were set up to conduct a 60-day growth *** the test,the growth performance and intestinal health related indexes of grass carp were *** addition of dietary Cur could have the following main results:(1.inhibit absorption and promote efflux transporters mRNA expression,reducing the residuals of OTA,(2)decrease oxidative stress by reducing oxidative damage and enhancing the expression of antioxidant enzymes,(3)promote mitochondrial fusion proteins to inhibit the expression of mitotic proteins and mitochondrial autophagy proteins and enhance mitochondrial function,(4)reduce necroptosis-related gene expression through inhibiting the tumor necrotic factor receptor-interacting protein kinase/mixed lineage kinase domain-like pathway,(5)reduce the expression of pro-inflammatory factors by inhibiting the Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway to alleviate the intestinal inflammatory *** summary,the results suggested that Cur could alleviate OTA-induced intestinal damage by enhancing antioxidant capacity and mitochondrial function as well as reducing necroptosis and inflammation in the grass carp *** study provided a theoretical basis and production implications for dietary Cur that could improve growth performance and alleviate the intestinal damage induced by OTA in fish.

For permanent faults (PF) in the power communication network (PCN), such as link interruptions, the timesensitive networking (TSN) relied on by PCN, typically employs spatial redundancy fault-tolerance methods to keep service stability and reliability, which often limits TSN scheduling performance in fault-free ideal states. So this paper proposes a graph attention residual network-based routing and fault-tolerant scheduling mechanism (GRFS) for data flow in PCN, which specifically includes a communication system architecture for integrated terminals based on a cyclic queuing and forwarding (CQF) model and fault recovery method, which reduces the impact of faults by simplified scheduling configurations of CQF and fault-tolerance of prioritizing the rerouting of faulty time-sensitive (TS) flows; considering that PF leading to changes in network topology is more appropriately solved by doing routing and time slot injection decisions hop-by-hop, and that reasonable network load can reduce the damage caused by PF and reserve resources for the rerouting of faulty TS flows, an optimization model for joint routing and scheduling is constructed with scheduling success rate as the objective, and with traffic latency and network load as constraints; to catch changes in TSN topology and traffic load, a D3QN algorithm based on a multi-head graph attention residual network (MGAR) is designed to solve the problem model, where the MGAR based encoder reconstructs theTSNstatus into feature embedding vectors, and a dueling network decoder performs decoding tasks on the reconstructed feature embedding vectors. Simulation results show that GRFS outperforms heuristic fault-tolerance algorithms and other benchmark schemes by approximately 1.%in routing and scheduling success rate in ideal states and 5% in rerouting and rescheduling success rate in fault states. © 2024 The Authors. Room temperature sodium-sulfur(Na-S)batteries,known for their high energy density and low cost,are one of the most promising next-generation energy storage ***,the polysulfide shuttling and uncontrollable Na dendrite growth as well as safety issues caused by the use of organic liquid electrolytes in Na-S cells,have severely hindered their ***-state electrolytes instead of liquid electrolytes are considered to be the most direct and effective solution to solve the above ***,its practical application is still greatly challenged due to the poor interfacial compatibility between the all-solid-state electrolytes and the anode/cathode,ionic conductivity,and the shuttle effect caused by the presence of liquid phase in the quasi-solid-state *** paper presents a comprehensive review of solid-state Na-S batteries from the perspective of regulating interfacial compatibility and improving ionic conductivity as well as suppressing polysulfide *** to different components,solid-state electrolytes were divided into five categories:solid inorganic electrolytes,solid polymer electrolytes,polymer/inorganic solid hybrid electrolytes,gel polymer electrolytes,and liquid–solid inorganic hybrid ***,the prospect of developing high performance solid-state electrolytes to improve the cycling stability of room temperature Na-S cells is envisaged.

Rockburst is a major challenge to hard rock engineering at great *** and timely assessment of rockburst risk can avoid unnecessary casualties and property *** the existence of various methods for rockburst assessment,there remains an urgent need for a comprehensive and reliable criterion that is easy to both apply and *** a new rockburst criterion based on simple parameters can potentially fill this *** its advantages,this criterion can facilitate a more effective and efficient prediction of rockburst potential,thereby contributing significantly to enhancing safety *** this paper,combined with the internal and external factors of rockburst,four control variables(i.e.,integrity index,stress index,brittleness index,and elastic energy index)were selected to be incorporated into a comprehensive rockburstability index(RBSI).Based on 1.6 sets of rockburst cases,the rockburst potential was accurately quantified and predicted using the categorical boosting(CatBoost)model and the nature-inspired metaheuristic African vultures optimization algorithm(AVOA).In its performance validation,the criterion achieved the highest accuracy of 90.48%,verifying the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed RBSI ***,an interpretive method was applied to analyze the variable influence on the criterion,facilitating the explanation of predictions and the analysis of the formula’s robustness under different *** general,compared with existing criterion methods involving relevant indicators,the newly proposed RBSI criterion enhances the accuracy of rockburst potential prediction,and it can effectively and swiftly evaluate the preliminary risk of ***,a graphical user interface was developed to provide a clear visualization of the assessment of rockburst potential.

The majority of vehicle structural failures originate from joint *** loading is one of the primary factors in joint failures,making the fatigue performance of joints a critical consideration in vehicle structure *** use of traditional fatigue analysis methods is constrained by the absence of adhesive life data and the wide variety of joint ***,there is a pressing need for an accurate fatigue life estimation method for the joints in the automotive *** this work,we proposed a data-driven approach embedding physical knowledge-guided parameters based on experimental data and finite element analysis(FEA)*** machine learning(ML)algorithms are adopted to investigate the fatigue life of three typical adhesive joints,namely lap shear,coach peel and KSII *** the feature engineering and tuned process of the ML models,the preferable model using the Gaussian process regression algorithm is established,fed with eight input parameters,namely thicknesses of the substrates,line forces and bending moments of the adhesive bonded joints obtained from *** proposed method is validated with the test data set and part-level physical tests with complex loading states for an unbiased *** demonstrates that for life prediction of adhesive joints,the data-driven solutions can constitute an improvement over conventional solutions.

In this paper, a type of general nonholonomic systems is proposed, which contains both the Brockett’s two example systems, and their extended n-dimensional chained forms, as special cases. For the stabilization of such systems, a stabilizing controller is proposed based on the fully actuated system(FAS)approach, which is discontinuous at the origin but time-invariant when the open-loop system is time-invariant,and drives the feasible trajectories of the system to the origin exponentially. Furthermore, the proposed FAS approach is also extended to the sub-normal system case and the time-delay system case.
