Effect analysis of applying high-quality service model to surgical nursing

BACKGROUND Surgical care of the hand plays a crucial role in the medical field,as problems with the hand can profoundly affect a patient's quality of life and *** order to meet the needs of patients,improve patient satisfaction and improve treatment outcomes,high-quality service models have been introduced in the field of *** To explore the effect analysis of applying high-quality service model to surgical *** We conducted a retrospective study of patients who underwent hand surgery at our hospital between 2019 and 2022,using a quality service model that included improved patient education,pain management,care team collaboration,and effective *** group of patients received traditional care as a control *** compared postoperative recovery,satisfaction,complication rate,and length of hospital stay between the two *** statistics were used to compare the difference between the two groups by independent sample t test,Chi-square test and other methods to evaluate the effect of intervention *** Postoperative recovery time decreased from 17.8±2.3 d to 14.5±2.1 d,pain score decreased from 4.7±1.9 to 3.2±1.4,and hand function score increased from 78.4±7.1 to 88.5±*** terms of patient satisfaction,the quality service model group scored 87.3±5.6 points,which was significantly higher than that of the traditional care group(74.6±6.3 points).At the same time,patients'understanding of medical information also improved from 6.9±1.4 to 8.6±*** terms of postoperative complications,the application of the quality service model reduced the incidence of postoperative complications from 26%to 10%,the incidence of infection from 12%to 5%,and the incidence of bleeding from 10%to 3%.The reduction in these data indicates that the quality service model plays a positive role in reducing the risk of *** addition,the average hospital stay of patients in the quality service model group was shortened fr

An integrated MINLP model for multi-party coordination in downstream oil supply chain

Machine learning-driven optimization of plasma-catalytic dry reforming of methane

This study investigates the dry reformation of methane(DRM)over Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts in a dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)non-thermal plasma reactor.A novel hybrid machine learning(ML)model is developed to optimize the plasma-catalytic DRM reaction with limited experimental *** address the non-linear and complex nature of the plasma-catalytic DRM process,the hybrid ML model integrates three well-established algorithms:regression trees,support vector regression,and artificial neural networks.A genetic algorithm(GA)is then used to optimize the hyperparameters of each algorithm within the hybrid ML *** ML model achieved excellent agreement with the experimental data,demonstrating its efficacy in accurately predicting and optimizing the DRM *** model was subsequently used to investigate the impact of various operating parameters on the plasma-catalytic DRM *** found that the optimal discharge power(20 W),CO_(2)/CH_(4)molar ratio(1.5),and Ni loading(7.8 wt%)resulted in the maximum energy yield at a total flow rate of∼51 mL/***,we investigated the relative significance of each operating parameter on the performance of the plasma-catalytic DRM *** results show that the total flow rate had the greatest influence on the conversion,with a significance exceeding 35%for each output,while the Ni loading had the least impact on the overall reaction *** hybrid model demonstrates a remarkable ability to extract valuable insights from limited datasets,enabling the development and optimization of more efficient and selective plasma-catalytic chemical processes.

A Local Macroscopic Conservative(LoMaC)Low Rank Tensor Method with the Discontinuous Galerkin Method for the Vlasov Dynamics

In this paper,we propose a novel Local Macroscopic Conservative(LoMaC)low rank tensor method with discontinuous Galerkin(DG)discretization for the physical and phase spaces for simulating the Vlasov-Poisson(VP)*** LoMaC property refers to the exact local conservation of macroscopic mass,momentum,and energy at the discrete *** recently developed LoMaC low rank tensor algorithm(arXiv:2207.00518)simultaneously evolves the macroscopic conservation laws of mass,momentum,and energy using the kinetic flux vector splitting;then the LoMaC property is realized by projecting the low rank kinetic solution onto a subspace that shares the same macroscopic *** paper is a generalization of our previous work,but with DG discretization to take advantage of its compactness and flexibility in handling boundary conditions and its superior accuracy in the long *** algorithm is developed in a similar fashion as that for a finite difference scheme,by observing that the DG method can be viewed equivalently in a nodal *** the nodal DG method,assuming a tensorized computational grid,one will be able to(i)derive differentiation matrices for different nodal points based on a DG upwind discretization of transport terms,and(ii)define a weighted inner product space based on the nodal DG grid *** algorithm can be extended to the high dimensional problems by hierarchical tucker(HT)decomposition of solution tensors and a corresponding conservative projection *** a similar spirit,the algorithm can be extended to DG methods on nodal points of an unstructured mesh,or to other types of discretization,e.g.,the spectral method in velocity *** numerical results are performed to showcase the efficacy of the method.

Dendrite growth is a complex liquid-solid phase transition process involving multiple physical factors.A phase-field lattice-Boltzmann method was developed to simulate the two-and three-dimension dendrite growth of Al-Cu *** effect of fully coupled thermal-solute-convection interaction on the dendrite growth was investigated by incorporating a parallel-adaptive mesh refinement algorithm into the numerical *** accurately reproducing the latent heat release,solute diffusion and convective transport behaviors at the liquidsolid interface,the interaction mechanism among thermal-solute-convection transport as well as their coupling effects on the dendrite growth dynamics were *** simulation results show that the release of latent heat slows down the dendrite growth rate,and both natural and forced convection disrupt the symmetrical growth of *** combination makes the growth of dendrites more complex,capturing important physical aspects such as recalescence,dendrite tip splitting,dendrite tilting,dendrite remelting,and solute plume in the simulation *** on the robustness and powerful ability of the numerical model,the formation mechanisms of these physical aspects were revealed.

Nitrogen(N)deposition is a significant aspect of global change and poses a threat to terrestrial *** impact of plant-soil microbe relationships to N deposition has recently attracted considerable *** microorganisms have been proven to provide nutrients for specific plant growth,especially in nutrient-poor desert steppe ***,the effects of N deposition on plant-soil microbial community interactions in such ecosystems remain poorly *** investigate these effects,we conducted a 6-year N-addition field experiment in a Stipa breviflora *** steppe in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,*** N treatment levels(N0,N30,N50,and N100,corresponding to 0,30,50,and 100 kg N/(hm2•a),respectively)were applied to simulate atmospheric N *** results showed that N deposition did not significantly affect the aboveground biomass of desert steppe plants.N deposition did not significantly reduce the alfa-diversity of plant and microbial communities in the desert steppe,and low and mediate N additions(N30 and N50)had a promoting effect on *** variation pattern of plant Shannon index was consistent with that of the soil bacterial Chao1 index.N deposition significantly affected the beta-diversity of plants and soil bacteria,but did not significantly affect fungal *** conclusion,N deposition led to co-evolution between desert steppe plants and soil bacterial communities,while fungal communities exhibited strong stability and did not undergo significant *** findings help clarify atmospheric N deposition effects on the ecological health and function of the desert steppe.

Prognostic and clinical value of circPRKCI expression in diverse human cancers

Background:Highly expressed in various human cancers,circular RNA Protein Kinase C Iota(circPRKCI)has been reported to play an important role in cancer development and ***,we sought to reveal the prognostic and clinical value of circPRKCI expression in diverse human ***:We searched the Pubmed,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library databases from inception until May 16,*** relationship between circPRKCI expression and cancer patients’survival,including overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS),was assessed by pooled hazard ratios(HR)with corresponding 95%confidence interval(CI).The correlation between circPRKCI expression and clinical outcomes was evaluated using odds ratios(OR)with corresponding 95%*** data were analyzed by STATA software(version 12.0)or Review Manager(RevMan 5.3).Results:A total of 15 studies with 1109 patients were incorporated into our *** results demonstrated that high circPRKCI expression was significantly related to poor OS(HR=1.96,95%CI:1.61,2.39,Ptumor size,advanced clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis,but it was not significantly correlated with age,gender,and distant ***:Elevated circPRKCI expression was correlated with worse OS and unfavorable clinical features,suggesting a novel prognostic and predictive role of circPRKCI in diverse human cancers.
