An eigenvalue method considering the membrane vibration of wrinkling out-of-plane deformation is introduced, and the stress distributing rule in membrane wrinkled area is analyzed. A dynamic analytical model of rectangular shear wrinkled membrane and its numerical analysis approach are also developed. Results indicate that the stress in wrinkled area is not uniform, i.e. it is larger in wrinkling wave peaks along wrinkles and two ends of wrinkle in vertical direction. Vibration modes of wrinkled membrane are strongly correlated with the wrinkling configurations. The rigidity is larger due to the heavier stress in the part of wrinkling wave peaks. Therefore, wave peaks are always located at the node lines of vibration mode. The vibration frequency obviously increases with the vibration of wave peaks.

The syndrome of multiple morphological abnormalities of the sperm flagella(MMAF)is a specific kind of asthenoteratozoospermia with a mosaic of flagellar morphological abnormalities(absent,short,bent,coiled,and irregular flagella).MMAF was proposed in 2014 and has attracted increasing attention;however,it has not been clearly *** this review,we elucidate the definition of MMAF from a systematical view,the difference between MMAF and other conditions with asthenoteratozoospermia or asthenozoospermia(such as primary mitochondrial sheath defects and primary ciliary dyskinesia),the knowledge regarding its etiological mechanism and related genetic findings,and the clinical significance of MMAF for intracytoplasmic sperm injection and genetic coun sell *** review provides the basic kno wledge for MMAF and puts forward some suggestions for further investigations.

The gas sensing properties of TiO_2 nanotubes synthesized by hydrothermal method

In this paper,the TiO_2 nanotubes were synthesized by hydrothermal method using a 10 mol/L NaOH aqueous solution at 150℃. The structure of prepared materials was characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）,transmission electron microscopy（TEM）. scanning electron microscope（SEM） and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller（BET）.The prepared TiO_2 nanotubes were used to prepare thick film gas sensors and the gas sensing properties to various gases were *** show the prepared TiO_2 nanotube gas sensors responses to ethanol under dry condition at 450℃.This could be attributed to the fact that it had high porous morphology and a higher pore volume,which can promote the diffusion of ethanol deep inside the films and improve the sensor response. Moreover,the gas sensor made with nanotubes exhibit high selective response towards ethanol gas compared with H_2,CO,acetone.

Thermochromic polymers with tunable thermochromism,high stretchability and mechanical strength are of interests for optical information storage and *** this work,we demonstrate a new design of thermo-fluorochromic carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber(XNBR)elastomer cross-linked by Eu^(3+)-COOH dynamic coordination with deprotonated imidazole(DPIm)as the ancillary *** presence of DPIm not only improves the mechanical strength and stretchability,but also dramatically intensifies the fluorescence emission and lifetime of the Eu-containing *** elastomer behaves reversible thermo-fluorochromism with easily tunable transition temperature and emission intensity by the simple change of the deprotonation degree of *** facile tunable thermo-fluorochromism,exceptional mechanical strength,and high stretchability(up to about 5000%)enable the Eu-containing XNBR elastomer with potential applications in soft electronics where optical information storage and encryption are required.

Detection of deoxyribozyme （DNAzyme） cleavage process usually needs complex and time-consuming radial labeling, gel electrophoresis and autoradiography. This paper reported an approach to detect DNAzyme cleavage process in real time using a fluorescence probe. The probe was employed as DNAzyme substrate to convert directly the cleavage information into fluorescence signal in real time. Compared with traditional approach, this non-isotope method not only brought a convenient means to monitor the DNAzyme cleavage reaction, but also offered abundant dynamic data for choosing potential gene therapeutic agents. It provides a new tool for DNAzyme research, as well as a new insight into research on human disease diagnosis. Based on this method, 8- 17deoxyribozyme （8-17DNAzyme） against hepatitis C virus RNA （HCV-RNA） was designed and the cleavage process was studied in real time. ？2009 Ke Min Wang. The emergence of all-inorganic perovskite CsPbBr_(3)has ignited significant interest in optoelectronic devices,However,CsPbBr_(3)thin film-based photodetectors face performance limitations due to grain boundaries and defect *** address these challenges,we introduce a novel typeⅡheterojunction photodetector utilizing CsPbBr_(3)micro wires(MWs)and CdS nanoribbons(NBs).Remarkably,this photodetector exhibits exceptional characteristics:a high on/off current ratio(1.07×10^(5)),a responsivity of up to 1.35×10^(4)A·W^(-1),specific detectivity of 5.94×10^(15)Jones,external quantum efficiency of2.83×10^(4)%and rapid response/recovery time(400μs/3 ms).These superior performances stem from the exceptional crystalline quality of CsPbBr_(3)MWs and CdS NBs,coupled with the establishment of a typeⅡband alignment at their *** configuration enables efficient carrier separation while suppressing ***,1D CsPbBr_(3)MW/CdS NB heterojunction photodetectors demonstrate reliable imaging capabilities under visible light *** findings present an innovative solution for high-performance perovskite-based photodetectors,holding promise for future commercial applications.

Some drugs exert curative effects intracellu- larly, but their hydrophilic property prohibits the mem- brane-penetrating process and thus limits the curative efficacies, although this property guarantee their solubility in aqueous phase. An example is sodium tanshinone II-A sulfonate （DS-201）, a derivative of Chinese medical herb Danshen （Salvia miltiorrhiza） which is a BKc~ channel opener and a vasodilator. This study established and opti- mized a liposome delivery system which could pack and deliver DS-201 into HEK293 cells transfected with BKca channels, and DS-201 given this way significantly increased the open probability of BKca channel from baseline 0.013 ~ 0.004 to 0.036 -4- 0.011 at -t-40 mV membrane potential （P 〈 0.05） in single-channel attached study, and also increased the current density from baseline 23.2 ＋ 4.4 to 66.0 4- 15.2 pA/pF at ＋40 mV membrane potential （P 〈 0.05）, compared with the direct extracellular administration of this drug. Moreover, showing a ~ 60 % inhibition of the PE or PGF2a induced vascular constric- tion, the DS-201 liposomes did posses significantly enhanced vasorelaxant effect on rat mesenteric artery, compared with 20 % inhibition of the directly administration of this drug （P 〈 0.05）, suggesting that DS-201 delivered by liposomes significantly improved the drug＇s vasorelaxing effect. Taken together, the optimized DS-201 liposomes in our study successfully delivered DS-201 into cells and thus significantly activated BKca channels to reverse the contraction induced by PE and PGF2a, attesting the enhanced bioavailability.

High temperature co-fired ceramics(HTCCs) have wide applications with stable mechanical properties,but they have not yet been used to fabricate *** introducing the wireless telemetric sensor system and ceramic structure embedding a pressure-deformable cavity,the designed sensors made from HTCC materials(zirconia and 96% alumina) are fabricated,and their capacities for the pressure measurement are tested using a wireless interrogation *** the fabricated sensor,a study is conducted to measure the atmospheric pressure in a sealed *** experimental sensitivity of the device is 2 Hz/Pa of zirconia and 1.08 Hz/Pa of alumina below 0.5 MPa with a readout distance of 2.5 *** described sensor technology can be applied for monitoring of atmospheric pressure to evaluate important component parameters in harsh environments.
