It is particularly important to monitor Cr(Ⅵ)for its high *** this paper,a novel,simple,low-cost and"on-off-on"fluorescence sensor of carbon dots doped with nitrogen and phosphorus(N,P-CDs)was developed via one-step hydrothermal method for highly sensitive and good selective detection of Cr(Ⅵ)and ascorbic acid(AA).The prepared N,P-CDs exhibited the ability for detection of Cr(Ⅵ)based on the inner filter effect(IFE)and static *** optimized conditions,the fluorescence quenching efficiency of N,P-CDs showed a good linear correlation with Cr(Ⅵ)concentration ranged from0.68 to 87.38μmol/L(R^(2)=0.9946).The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.18μmol/L,which was acceptable compared with the maximum Cr(Ⅵ)concentration of 0.96μmol/L in drinking water prescribed by *** addition,the N,P-CDs/Cr(Ⅵ)hybrid were also used as"turn-on"fluorescent transducers for detecting AA with a wide linear region ranged from 0.02 to933.33μmol/L(R^(2)=0.9972).Furthermore,the N,P-CDs fluorescence sensor had admissible applicability for Cr(Ⅵ)and AA detection in actual water samples with acceptable recovery rate,indicating that the fluorescence sensor had great application potential in environmental monitoring and food field.

This streamlined p Parse-p Findp Quant workflow offers exceptional sensitivity, precision, and speed. Objective The Jidong Women Health Cohort Study is a prospective cohort study on female-specific characteristics and risks of chronic diseases in Chinese women and focuses on the potential association between menopause and risks of cardiovascular disease(CVD). Methods The study includes 4,179 female participants with an age of older than 18 years from Caofeidian district, Tangshan city, northern China. Baseline information on female-specific characteristics and potential cardiovascular risk factors was collected and all the participants underwent a physical examination with blood samples collected in 2013. To establish a better risk assessment tool of female CVD, updated information from questionnaire investigation, physical examinations and occurrence of outcome events will be collected through a longitudinal follow-up annually up to the year 2024. Results At baseline, Mean age of the participants was 42.3 ± 12.8 years. Reproduction occurred in 2,948 participants(70.5%), menopausal transition in 173(4.3%), and postmenopause in 1,058(25.3%). The incidence of arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes showed significant difference across different groups stratified by Stage of Reproductive Aging Workshop(STRAW) system(P < 0.05). Conclusion The Jidong Women Health Cohort Study will contribute to the scientific evidence on association between female-specific characteristics and cardiovascular risks, and will also be helpful to provide a new path for early detection and prevention of CVD.

BACKGROUND： Brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） has been widely used to evaluate the functional integrity and development of injured auditory system and brain, especially to objectively evaluate the function of auditory system and brain stem of very young babies, such as neonates and sick babies. OBJECTIVE： To observe the changes of BAEP of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia, and to investigate the relationship of bilirubin concentration and BAEP. DESIGN： An observation experiment. SETTING： Department of Pediatrics, the 309 Clinical Division, General Hospital of Chinese PLA. PARTICIPANTS： Fifty-eight neonates with mild or moderate hyperbilirubinemia exhibiting jaundice within 24 hours after born, who received the treatment in the Department of Pediatrics, the 309 Clinical Division, General Hospital of Chinese PLA between January 2004 and May 2007, were recruited in this study. The involved neonates, 31 boys and 27 girls, had gestational age of 37 to 46 weeks. They had no history of birth asphyxia, and were scored 8 to 10 points when born. Written informed consents of examination and treatment were obtained from the guardians of the neonates. This study was approved by the Hospital Ethics Committee. According to serum total bilirubin value, the neonates were assigned into 3 groups： low-concentration bilirubin group （n =16）, moderate-concentration bilirubin group （n =27） and high-concentration bilirubin group （n =15）. According to mean daily bilirubin increase, the subjects were sub-assigned into bilirubin rapid increase group （n =39） and bilirubin slow increase group （n = 19）. METHODS： After admission, all the neonates received drug treatment. Meanwhile, their 116 ears were examined with a myoelectricity evoked potential equipment （KEYPOINT） in latency, wave duration, amplitude and wave shape differentiation of each wave of BAEP. As a powerful tool for studying molecular dynamics in bioscience,single-molecule fluorescence detection providesdynamical information buried in ensemble *** in the near-infrared(NIR)is particularly usefulbecause it offers higher signal-to-noise ratio and increased penetration depth in tissue compared with *** low quantum yield of most NIR fluorophores,however,makes the detection of single-moleculefluorescence ***,we use asymmetric plasmonic nano-antenna to enhance the fluorescence intensity ofAlEE1000,a typical NIR dye,by a factor up to *** asymmetric nano-antenna achieve such an enhancement mainlyby increasing the quantum yield(to~80%)rather than the local field,which degrades the molecules'*** coupled-mode-theory analysis reveals that the enhancements stem from resonance-matching between antennaand molecule and,more importantly,from optimizing the coupling between the near-and far-ield modes withdesigner asymmetric *** work provides a universal scheme for engineering single-molecule fluorescence inthe near-infrared regime.

The construction of eco-civilization is an important part of socialist construction in China, and its achievements are related to the cultivation and effective implementation of the concept of sustainable development. In his report to the Nineteenth National Congress, President Xi Jin-ping pointed out that the construction of eco-civilization is an important content that affects our country and the global ecological environment. Clear ideas and measures to solve the people's needs for a better life and development imbalance between the contradictions. This paper expounds the relationship between ideological and political education and eco-civilization, and analyzes the role of modern ideological and political education in the construction of eco-civilization. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the modern ideological and political education and the construction of eco-civilization. The mutual relations lay the foundation for giving play to the role of modern ideological and political education in the construction of eco-civilization.

University student education is the main part of higher education in China. Therefore, the comprehensive quality of university students shows the level of higher education. Ecological literacy is the basic literacy of college students under the background of green development to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. The green development education is based on the research idea of the relationship between the individual and the surrounding environment in ecology, which requires respecting the subjectivity of the active object, paying attention to the integrity and connection of the object. Compared with the traditional education, green development education pays more attention to the cultivation of moral quality and sound personality of the educated, and it can make the students understand the ecological environment. Under the premise of ecological system and the mechanism of biological growth and development, respect and love of life are formed naturally, and then the universal concern for environment and others is formed. College students, as advanced groups of young people, are leading the social fashion and influencing the social ethical environment. Ecological literacy is the new requirement of the times for college students. We should integrate the education of green development into the ideological education,make great efforts to shape the ecological ethical system of college students, and cultivate their ecological consciousness, ecological thinking and behavior habits. It is an important issue for ideological education to improve the quality of green development in an all-round way.
