The flexible oragnic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) fabricated on poly -3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene/poly -styrenesulfonate(PEDOT/PSS) coated substrates were demonstrated. How the fabricating processes and the device structure will affect the device performance was studied and the atomic force microscopy was employed to analyze the mophorlogy of the conducting polymer anode. Under optimized conditions, flexible OLEDs with PEDOT anode showed the brightness up to 2760 cd/m2 and maximum external quantum efficiency of 1.4%. These data are comparable to those of conventional flexible OLEDs with ITO anode.

AIM： To investigate the value of clinical manifestations and ultrasound examination in the differential diagnosis of pancreatic lymphoma and pancreatic cancer. METHODS： The clinical and ultrasonic characteristics of 12 cases of pancreatic lymphoma and 30 cases of pancreatic cancer were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS： Statistically significant differences were found in the course of disease, back pain, jaundice, carcino-embryonic antigen （CEA） and CA19-9 increase, palpable abdominal lump, superficial lymph node enlargement, fever and night sweats, lesion size, bile duct expansion, pancreatic duct expansion, vascular involvement, retroperitoneal （below the renal vein level） lymph node enlargement, and intrahepatic metastasis between pancreatic lymphoma and pancreatic cancer. There were no significant differences in age of onset, gender ratio, weight loss, nausea and vomiting, lesion position, the echo of the lesion, and the blood flow of the lesion. CONCLUSION： Pancreatic lymphoma should be considered for patients with long lasting symptoms, superficial lymph node enlargement, palpable abdominal lump, fever and night sweats, relatively large lesions, and retroperitoneal （below the level of the renal vein） lymph node enlargement. A diagnosis of pancreatic cancer should be considered more likely in the patients with relatively short disease course, jaundice, back pain, CEA and CA19-9 increase, relatively small lesions, bile duct expansion, obvious pancreatic duct expansion, peripheral vascular wrapping and involvement, or intrahepatic metastases.

Permeability characteristics of sputtered soft magnetic Fe40Co40B20 thin films are investigated in the range of O. 5 to 5 GHz by a shortened microstrip transmission line perturbation method. Excellent microwave permeability is achieved at 0.4 Pa argon pressure： fr is 3.32 GHz, the real and imaginary part of permeability at 0.5 GHz are 104 and 61, respectively. In addition, the thickness effect on permeability is also studied. The minimum damping can be achieved at the thinnest film. Different sources contributed to in-plane anisotropy are discussed briefly. The deviation between the peak frequency of the imaginary part and the zero-crossing frequency of the real part of permeability is also presented.

Multi-principal element alloys(MPEAs),inclusive of high entropy alloys(HEAs),continue to attract significant research attention owing to their potentially desirable *** MPEAs remain under extensive research,traditional(***)alloy production and testing are both costly and timeconsuming,partly due to the inefficiency of the early discovery process which involves experiments on a large number of alloy *** is intuitive to apply machine learning in the discovery of this novel class of materials,of which only a small number of potential alloys have been probed to *** this work,a proof-of-concept is proposed,combining generative adversarial networks(GANs)with discriminative neural networks(NNs),to accelerate the exploration of novel *** applying the GAN model herein,it was possible to directly generate novel compositions for MPEAs,and to predict their *** verify the predictability of the model,alloys designed by the model are presented and a candidate produced-as *** suggests that the model herein offers an approach that can significantly enhance the capacity and efficiency of development of novel MPEAs.

Multiple myeloma （MM） is a uniformly fatal disease characterized by a clonal proliferation of neoplastic plasma cells in the bone marrow and is the second most commol hematological malignancy.1 At present, a cure for multiple myeloma has not been achieved with chemotherapeutic regimen, and many patients die of drug-resistant disease. Thus, the development of new effective anticancer agents to treat both early and advanced MM seems to be an attractive perspective.

Room temperature sodium-sulfur(Na-S)batteries,known for their high energy density and low cost,are one of the most promising next-generation energy storage ***,the polysulfide shuttling and uncontrollable Na dendrite growth as well as safety issues caused by the use of organic liquid electrolytes in Na-S cells,have severely hindered their ***-state electrolytes instead of liquid electrolytes are considered to be the most direct and effective solution to solve the above ***,its practical application is still greatly challenged due to the poor interfacial compatibility between the all-solid-state electrolytes and the anode/cathode,ionic conductivity,and the shuttle effect caused by the presence of liquid phase in the quasi-solid-state *** paper presents a comprehensive review of solid-state Na-S batteries from the perspective of regulating interfacial compatibility and improving ionic conductivity as well as suppressing polysulfide *** to different components,solid-state electrolytes were divided into five categories:solid inorganic electrolytes,solid polymer electrolytes,polymer/inorganic solid hybrid electrolytes,gel polymer electrolytes,and liquid–solid inorganic hybrid ***,the prospect of developing high performance solid-state electrolytes to improve the cycling stability of room temperature Na-S cells is envisaged.

Electrochemical synthesis presents a facile and sustainable strategy to produce valuable molecules. This review summarizes the most recent advances in electrosynthesizing value-added compounds with inorganic small molecules. While “small molecules”refers to a broad spectrum of chemicals, we mainly focus on the electrochemical conversion of CO2, H2O/D2O, NH3and SO2until March 2024. This review intends to compare the results and display general trends throughout the field, with an emphasis on the substrate scope and mechanical aspect. Furthermore, we propose several techniques and protocols that can enable a more fundamental understanding of the electrochemical reaction involving inorganic small molecules and help drive this methodology toward commercialization.

Thermoelectric(TE)materials can directly convert the industrial waste heat into useful electricity based on the Seebeck effect,providing a promising way to tackle the environmental pollution and global energy crisis[1].In the past several decades,many new high-performance TE materials have been discovered to enrich the TE *** them,Cu_(2)−δSe-based TE materials,which are in line with the“phonon-liquid electron-crystal”concept,have sparked widespread interest due to the high TE figure-of-merit(ZT)and the combination of elements that are nontoxic and earth-abundant[2].In 2012,Liu et al.[3]reported a ZT of 1.5 at 1000 K in the stoichiometric Cu_(2)*** alloying S at the Se-site,the ZT was enhanced to around 2.0 at 1000 K[4].Via incorporating carbon nanotubes,the ZT was further enhanced to 2.4 at 1000 K[5].Moreover,yang et al.[6]and Zhou et al.[7]reported that the ZT of Cu_(2)Se/BiCuSeO composites can reach 2.7–2.8 around 1000 K.

With current success of large-scale pre-trained models(PTMs),how efficiently adapting PTMs to downstream tasks has attracted tremendous attention,especially for PTMs with billions of *** work focuses on designing parameter-efficient tuning paradigms but needs to save and compute the gradient of the whole computational *** this paper,we propose y-Tuning,an efficient yet effective paradigm to adapt frozen large-scale PTMs to specific downstream tasks.y-Tuning learns dense representations for labels y defined in a given task and aligns them to fixed feature *** computing the gradients of text encoder at training phrase,y-Tuning is not only parameterefficient but also *** results show that for DeBERTaxxL with 1.6 billion parameters,y-Tuning achieves performance more than 96%of full fine-tuning on GLUE Benchmark with only 2%tunable parameters and much fewer training costs.
