Quantitative identification of long-term changes in the abundance of Japanese anchovy(Engraulis japonicus)in the Yellow Sea is particularly important for understanding evolutionary processes of the Yellow Sea ***,the driving mechanisms of climate variability on the anchovy are still unclear due to the lack of long-term observational *** this study,we used the fish scale deposition rate in the central Yellow Sea to reconstruct the time series of the anchovy stock over the past 400 *** this basis,we further explored the impacts of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)on the *** results show that the anchovy stock is positively correlated with the PDO on a decadal time *** addition,anchovy abundance was relatively high during1620–1860 AD(the Little Ice Age,LIA),though in a state of constant fluctuation;anchovy abundance maintained at a relatively low level after~1860 *** particular,followed by overfishing since the 1980 s,the anchovy stock has declined *** on these findings,we infer that fluctuations of the anchovy stock may be regulated by basin-scale“atmosphere–ocean”***,the role of overfishing should not be ignored.

目的:基于真实世界评价中医药方案防治肝郁脾虚型抑郁障碍(MDD)自杀风险的疗效。方法:招募于2017年1月至2018年4月期间在全国的13个分中心就诊的肝郁脾虚型MDD患者,将是否接受中医药方案治疗作为暴露因素,形成西医、中医、中西医3个治疗队列,评估防治自杀风险的效果差异。并根据中医药干预的时间,比较不同暴露水平下自杀观念的发生率。结果:共纳入无自杀观念的肝郁脾虚型MDD患者351例,其中,中医治疗队列97例,西医治疗队列141例,中西医治疗队列113例。中医治疗队列、西医治疗队列、中西医治疗队列的自杀观念发生率分别为37.91%、65.75%、32.08%。在自杀观念发生率的多因素比较中,中医治疗队列、中西医治疗队列分别比西医治疗队列降低了42.9%[HR=0.571,95%CI(0.413-0.789),P<0.01]、62.8%[HR=0.372,95%CI(0.265-0.522),P<0.01]。在中医治疗队列中,以低水平暴露为参照,中水平暴露、高水平暴露分别使患者的自杀观念发生风险降低61.3%[HR=0.387,95%CI(0.228-0.656),P<0.01]、91.0%[HR=0.090,95%CI(0.035-0.232),P<0.01]。在中西医治疗队列中,中水平暴露、高水平暴露则分别使自杀风险下降51.8%[HR=0.482,95%CI(0.252-0.922),P<0.05]、76.8%[HR=0.232,95%CI(0.094-0.577),P<0.01]。结论:中医药治疗方案能够降低肝郁脾虚型MDD患者的自杀风险。此外,自杀观念的发生率与中医药方案干预的时间密切相关。

Magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles with different magnetic properties were prepared by coprecipitation of Fe3+ and Fe2+ with aqueous NaOH solution. The inductive heat properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in an alternating current (AC) magnetic field were investigated for local hyperthermia. The maximum saturation magnetization Ms of Fe3O4 nanoparticles is 65.53 emu·g-1 under the optimum conditions of Fe3+: Fe2+ molar ratio at 1.8:1. The Ms of Fe3O4 nanoparticles decreased as the Fe3+/Fe2+ molar ratio increased. But the coercivity Hc increases with the increasing of Fe3+/Fe2+ molar ratio. Exposed in the AC magnetic field for 29 min, the temperatures of physiological saline suspension containing Fe3O4 nanoparticles were 42-97.5 ℃. The inductive heat property of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in AC magnetic field decreases as Hc increases, but increases with the increasing of Ms. The Fe3O4 nanoparticles would be useful as good thermoseeds for localized hyperthermia treatment of cancers.

In the Maidao Ecological Laboratory of the Huanghai Sea Fisheries Research Institute in 1998 ~ 2000, the continuous flow-through method was adopted to determine the energy budget components and models of Schlegel＇ s black rockfish under different ecological and environmental factors, such as temperature, food species, body mass and feeding level, etc. The body mass of test fish ranged from 21.2 to 224.5 g. The specific growth rate tended to invert ＂U＂ change with temperature increase. The ecological conversion efficiency showed the same trend as temperature and feeding level rise. Only the specific growth rate tended to decelerate the increment with the rise of feeding level. From the above quantitative relationships, the maximum and optimal growth temper- atures could be obtained as 17.5 and 16.2 ℃, and the maintenance feeding rate and optimum feeding rate as 0.8% and 4. 1% of the body mass. The specific growth rate and ecological conversion coefficient showed a decelerating decrease trend with body mass increment. The small-sized fish food was more advantageous to the feeding level increase in comparison with the small-sized shrimp food, which led to the increase of growth, metabolism and excretion, but had no significant influence on the ecological conversion coefficient. All of temperature, feeding level, body mass and food species can obviously change the energy budget models. The assigning rate of growth energy tended to change along the invert ＂U＂ curve with the increase of temperature and feeding level, and decrease with the body mass increase, but the assigning rates of metabolism energy and excretion energy were quite reverse. These relationships could be quantitatively described as quadratic or power function curve. If the above relationships proved true to other marine fish, the establishment of energy budget model of the same fish under different conditions can be largely simplified.

Differential expression of genes is crucial to growth and development of fish. To select the appropriate genes for gene normalization during Cynoglossus semilaevis early developmental process, eight candidate reference genes （ACTB, B2M, EF1A, GADPH, RPL7, TUBA, UBCE and 18S） were tested for their adequacy by using quantitative real-time PCR. The results showed that the expression of all the examined genes exhibited tissue dependent variations in the mature C. semilaevis. EFIA was listed as the most stable reference among the 14 tissues by RefFinder. Furthermore, the recommended comprehensive ranking of the stability determined by RefFinder showed that 18S was the most stable gene during the early developmental stages （from oosphere to 90 days old） in this study. However, when divided the Ct value data of the above mentioned early developmental stages into two separate periods （embryo and post-hatching periods）, TUBA and 18S represented the most stable references of these two developmental periods, respectively. Consequently, the reference gene should be carefully and accurately chosen even for studies of the same species at various developmental processes. The relevant data may help in selecting appropriate reference genes for mRNA expression analysis, and is of great value in the studies of fish growth and development.

Many studies have revealed that anchovy has exhibited large variability in population size on decadal tim-escales. However, such works concerning anchovy population are mainly based on short historical catch records. In order to understand the causes of variability in fish stocks （natural and/or anthropogenic） and calibrate the error between catches and standing stocks, it is essential to develop long-term time series of fish stocks from the time when human impacts are minimal or negligible. Well preserved fish scales from sediment record are regarded as useful indicators revealing the history of fish population dynamics over the last centuries. Anchovy scales was first analyzed over the Yellow Sea and East China Sea and the largest abundance was found in the central South Yellow Sea where is regarded as the largest overwintering ground for Japanese anchovy （Engraulis japonicas）. Thus in the central South Yellow Sea, two cores covering the last 150 years were collected for estimating fish scale flux. The scale deposition rate （SDR） records show that the decadal scale SDRs were obviously coherent between cores with independent chronologies. Thecalibration of downcore SDRs to the standing stocks of anchovy further validated that SDR is a reliable proxy to recon-struct the long-term anchovy population dynamic in the central South Yellow Sea where anoxic conditions prevail in the sediment. When assembled with other productivity proxies, it would be expected that SDR could be associated with changes in oceanic productivity and may make a contribution to determine the forcing factors and elucidate the mechanism of the process in future.
