Two-dimensional(2D)materials have attracted tremendous interest in view of the outstanding optoelectronic properties,showing new possibilities for future photovoltaic devices toward high performance,high specific power and flexibility.In recent years,substantial works have focused on 2D photovoltaic devices,and great progress has been achieved.Here,we present the review of recent advances in 2D photovoltaic devices,focusing on 2D-material-based Schottky junctions,homojunctions,2D−2D heterojunctions,2D−3D heterojunctions,and bulk photovoltaic effect devices.Furthermore,advanced strategies for improving the photovoltaic performances are demonstrated in detail.Finally,conclusions and outlooks are delivered,providing a guideline for the further development of 2D photovoltaic devices.

Tartary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tataricum)is a well-known pseudocereal for its health and economic value.However,abundant antinutritional factors(ANFs)reduces its health benefits.As reported,germination can improve the nutritional profile of grains.In this study,we systematically evaluate the safety of Tartary buckwheat seeds(TB)and Tartary buckwheat sprouts(TBS)used as high active ingredients.After evaluating nutrition levels,bioactive compounds and ANFs in TBS during germinating,5^(th)-day TBS were selected as the raw material.C57BL/6J mice were gavaged daily with distilled water,TB,or TBS for 6 weeks.The physiological indices related to ANFs were determined.Results showed that the TB intake tends to generate negative effects on the gut microbiota,and organs.Additionally,upon TB intake,the Fe^(3+)content in serum,trypsin activity in pancreas and jejunum decreased,while the cytokine,IgE,and histamine levels in serum,water content in faeces,cytokine levels in liver and jejunum increased.Conversely,TBS did not induce any obvious negative effects on the above relevant indices and showed better lipid-lowering effect.Altogether,TBS are safer and more effective as a raw material to produce the functional food for long-term consumption with the intention of preventing and treating hyperlipidaemia.

●AIM:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of stromal lenticule addition keratoplasty(SLAK)with corneal crosslinking(CXL)on patients with corneal ectasia secondary to femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK).●METHODS:A series of 5 patients undertaking SLAK with CXL for the treatment of corneal ectasia secondary to FS-LASIK were followed for 4-9mo.The lenticules were collected from patients undertaking small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)for the correction of myopia.Adding a stromal lenticule was aimed at improving the corneal thickness for the safe application of crosslinking and compensating for the thin cornea to improve its mechanical strength.●RESULTS:All surgeries were conducted successfully with no significant complications.Their best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)ranged from 0.05 to 0.8-2 before surgery.The pre-operational total corneal thickness ranged from 345-404μm and maximum keratometry(Kmax)ranged from 50.8 to 86.3.After the combination surgery,both the corneal keratometry(range 55.9 to 92.8)and total corneal thickness(range 413-482μm)significantly increased.Four out of 5 patients had improvement of corneal biomechanical parameters(reflected by stiffness parameter A1 in Corvis ST).However,3 patients showed decreased BCVA after surgery due to the development of irregular astigmatism and transient haze.Despite the onset of corneal edema right after SLAK,the corneal topography and thickness generally stabilized after 3mo.●CONCLUSION:SLAK with CXL is a potentially beneficial and safe therapy for advanced corneal ectasia.Future work needs to address the poor predictability of corneal refractometry and compare the outcomes of different surgical modes.

Receptor-like kinases(RLKs)are the most numerous signal transduction components in plants and play important roles in determining how different plants adapt to their ecological environments.Research on RLKs has focused mainly on a small number of typical RLK members in a few model plants.There is an urgent need to study the composition,distribution,and evolution of RLKs at the holistic level to increase our understanding of how RLKs assist in the ecological adaptations of different plant species.In this study,we collected the genome assemblies of 528 plant species and constructed an RLK dataset.Using this dataset,we identified and characterized 524948 RLK family members.Each member underwent systematic topological classification and was assigned a gene ID based on a unified nomenclature system.Furthermore,we identified two novel extracellular domains in some RLKs,designated Xiao and xiang.Evolutionary analysis of the RLK family revealed that the RLCK-XVII and RLCK-XII-2 classes were present exclusively in dicots,suggesting that diversification of RLKs between monocots and dicots may have led to differences in downstream cytoplasmic responses.We also used an interaction proteome to help empower data mining for inference of new RLK functions from a global perspective,with the ultimate goal of understanding how RLKs shape the adaptation of different plants to the environments/ecosystems.The assembled RLK dataset,together with annotations and analytical tools,forms an integrated foundation of multiomics data that is publicly accessible via the metaRLK web portal(http://metaRLK.biocloud.top).

农户作为特殊的创业群体,能否借助互联网优势更好地突破自身发展瓶颈和外部条件限制,获得更多的创业机会,促进创业行为的发生,对于激发农业农村创新创业创造活力具有十分重要的意义。本文聚焦农户创业行为,从创业发生和过程两个维度拓展农户创业行为分析思路,构建了互联网使用、农地转出和农户创业行为理论分析框架,基于中国家庭追踪调查数据,从家庭层面研究互联网使用对农户创业行为的影响,探究互联网使用是否为破解农户创业困境的契机。研究结果表明,互联网使用显著促进了农户创业行为,使用倾向得分匹配和工具变量法解决函数形式设定和内生性问题后,这一结论依然成立;进一步验证农地转出在互联网使用影响农户创业行为过程中的中介机制,发现农地转出是互联网使用影响农户创业行为的中介因子;异质性分析表明,互联网使用对农户创业行为的促进作用在高收入水平家庭和低教育水平家庭中表现更加显著。研究认为,加大加快农村“新基建”建设和数字乡村发展行动计划,构建宣传、引导、培训等为一体的农户互联网使用推进体系,打造互联网技术与农户创业行为深度融合的指导平台,有助于进一步推动互联网使用促进农户创业。

人类社会进入算法时代,政策共识构建无论是在科学化发展还是在民主化进程中都受到算法影响,当这种影响发展到一定程度时则会出现算法支配的现象。根据算法的自动化程度与相对于人类的独立性,政策共识构建中的算法支配可分为四种模式:工具性支配、平台式支配、博弈性支配、自动化支配。四种模式对政策共识构建的影响体现在不同层面,但都是从四个方面展开:通过代码设计对政策诉求进行标准化解读;对个体感知做出隐蔽控制以此编辑诉求内容;形成严密的审查体系对行为进行监控并做出引导;设定计算规则塑造共识构建的程序和方式。总体而言,政策共识构建的算法支配体现为技术支配与权力支配的混合,需要基于对算法的全面认知做出应对。

信用连带责任产生至今先后经历了工具化、污名化和规范化三个阶段。限制失信被执行人以其财产支付子女入学就读高收费私立学校属于典型的合法信用连带责任,禁止涉疫失信个人三代以内旁系亲属参军、入党、报考公务员及事业单位等属于典型的非法信用连带责任。将家庭成员的失信记录作为政审内容有助于加大个人失信成本、打造信用家庭共同体和提升政务司法系统公信力,但因其可能会剥夺或限制政审对象的入学和就业资格而极易遭到侵犯基本权利的质疑。为了避免发生因过度连带和不当连带引发的侵权事件,在政审中一定要强化信用连带责任适用的规范性:信用连带依据法定化;信用连带范围最小化;被考察的父母失信行为限缩化和类型化;适用信用连带责任的政审领域特定化。

随着社会的发展,各种类型网络的安全问题日益突出,尤其是网络传播问题。对网络传播的扩散源点进行准确的定位是实现控制网络传播的重要手段。对于网络传播溯源问题的研究还面临着网络结构多样、传播机制复杂等问题,因此基于图神经网络研究了网络传播溯源问题,提出了一个基于图卷积神经网络的可逆图扩散模型(GCNIGD)。在节点易感性估计阶段,考虑到网络节点之间的连接关系,结合图卷积神经网络充分利用了网络的结构信息;在节点特征构造阶段,结合了图扩展卷积对网络中信息传递进行空间局部化拓展,从而可以从多跳信息中学习来增强基于图的模型;在进行溯源阶段,将图溯源问题转化为图扩散的逆问题,构造了可逆的图网络对源节点进行准确估计,解决了网络溯源中的不适定问题。最后,在六个真实世界数据集中进行了大量的实验,实验结果表明提出的方法超越了目前已知的最先进方法。该研究对于网络中虚假信息溯源、网络攻击溯源等网络安全领域问题具有重要的指导意义。

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains poor.This phase 3 trial(ClinicalTrials.gov:NCT03950154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and bevacizumab.The main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 months.Median PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3-32.8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.33-0.98];p=0.043).Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths reported.The addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.
