Screening the effective components in treating dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome and elucidating the potential mechanism of Poria water extract

Poria is an important medicine for inducing diuresis to drain dampness from the middle ***,the specific effective components and the potential mechanism of Poria remain largely *** identify the effective components and the mechanism of Poria water extract(PWE)to treat dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome(DSSD),a rat model of DSSD was established through weight-loaded forced swimming,intragastric ice-water stimulation,humid living environment,and alternate-day fasting for 21 *** 14 days of treatment with PWE,the results indicated that PWE increased fecal moisture percentage,urine output,D-xylose level and weight;amylase,albumin,and total protein levels;and the swimming time of rats with DSSD to different *** highly related components were screened out using the spectrum-effect relationship and *** studies revealed that PWE significantly increased the expression of serum motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),ADCY5/6,p-PKAα/β/γcat,and phosphorylated cAMP-response element binding protein in the stomach,and AQP3 expression in the ***,it decreased the levels of serum ADH,the expression of AQP3 and AQP4 in the stomach,AQP1 and AQP3 in the duodenum,and AQP4 in the *** induced diuresis to drain dampness in rats with *** main effective components were identified in *** exerted therapeutic effect by regulating the AC-cAMP-AQP signaling pathway in the stomach,MTL and GAS levels in the serum,AQP1 and AQP3 expression in the duodenum,and AQP3 and AQP4 expression in the colon.

Influence of bath composition on the electrodeposition of cobalt-molybdenum amorphous alloy thin films

Cobalt-molybdenum （Co-Mo） amorphous alloy thin films were deposited on copper substrates by the electrochemical method at pH 4.0. Among the experimental electrodeposition parameters,only the concentration ratio of molybdate to cobalt ions （[MoO4^2-]/[Co^2＋]） was varied to analyze its influence on the mechanism of induced cobalt-molybdenum codeposition. Voltammetry was one of the main techniques,which was used to examine the voltammetric response,revealing that cobalt-molybdenum codeposition depended on the nature of the species in solution. To correlate the type of the film to the electrochemical response,various cobalt-molybdenum alloy thin films obtained from different [MoO4^2-]/[Co^2＋] solutions were tested. Crack-free homogeneous films could be easily obtained from the low molybdate concentrations （[MoO4^2-]/[Co^2＋]≈0.05） applying low deposition potentials. Moreover,the content of molybdenum up to 30wt% could be obtained from high molybdate concentration; in this case,the films showed cracks. The formation of these cracked films could be predicted from the observed distortions in the curves of electric current-time （j-t） deposition transients. The films with amorphous structure were obtained. The hysteresis loops suggested that the easily magnetized axis was parallel to the surface of the films. A saturation magnetization of 137 emu·g^-1 and a coercivity of 87 Oe of the film were obtained when the deposition potential was -1025mV,and [ MoO4^2-]/[Co^2＋] was 0.05 in solution,which exhibited a nicer soft-magnetic response.

BACKGROUND Robotic surgery(RS)is gaining popularity;however,evidence for abdominoperineal resection(APR)of rectal cancer(RC)is *** To compare the efficacy of RS and laparoscopic surgery(LS)in APR for *** We retrospectively identified patients with RC who underwent APR by RS or LS from April 2016 to June *** regarding short-term surgical outcomes were compared between the two *** reduce the effect of potential confounding factors,propensity score matching was used,with a 1:1 ratio between the RS and LS groups.A meta-analysis of seven trials was performed to compare the efficacy of robotic and laparoscopic APR for RC *** Of 133 patients,after propensity score matching,there were 42 patients in each *** postoperative complication rate was significantly lower in the RS group(17/42,40.5%)than in the LS group(27/42,64.3%)(P=0.029).There wasno significant difference in operative time(P=0.564),intraoperative transfusion(P=0.314),reoperation rate(P=0.314),lymph nodes harvested(P=0.309),or circumferential resection margin(CRM)positive rate(P=0.314)between the two *** meta-analysis showed patients in the RS group had fewer positive CRMs(P=0.04),lesser estimated blood loss(P<0.00001),shorter postoperative hospital stays(P=0.02),and fewer postoperative complications(P=0.002)than patients in the LS *** Our study shows that RS is a safe and effective approach for APR in RC and offers better short-term outcomes than LS.

目的探讨缺氧状态下大鼠心肌细胞H9c2来源外泌体对血管新生的影响。方法采用混合气体法制备H9c2细胞缺氧模型,以正常培养细胞为对照。分别提取2组细胞分泌的外泌体,采用纳米颗粒跟踪分析检测外泌体的浓度和粒径,透射电子显微镜观察外泌体的形态和大小,Western blot验证外泌体标志蛋白。制备人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)缺氧模型,并与H9c2外泌体共同孵育,分为常氧组、缺氧组、缺氧+正常H9c2外泌体(EXO-C)组和缺氧+缺氧H9c2外泌体(EXO-M)组。通过CCK-8法、细胞划痕实验、Matrigel体外三维成形实验分别检测HUVEC增殖、迁移、成管能力。结果外泌体鉴定结果显示常氧组和缺氧组H9c2外泌体样本颗粒浓度均处于1×10^(7)×10^(12)/mL,粒径大小40~160 nm;形态特征均为球形或茶托状结构,大小均一,形态完整;外泌体标志蛋白肿瘤易感基因101(TSG101)、CD63、CD9均有表达,无阴性蛋白钙联蛋白(Calnexin)的表达。与常氧组比,缺氧组HUVEC增殖能力、迁移面积、迁移率均显著下降,参与成管的长度及分支数、节点数均减少(P<0.01);与缺氧组比,EXO-M组HUVEC细胞增殖能力下降,迁移面积减少、迁移率下降,参与成管长度及分支数进一步减少(P<0.05);与EXO-C组相比,EXO-M组增殖能力下降,细胞迁移面积减少,迁移率下降(P<0.01)。结论缺氧H9c2来源的外泌体对HUVEC增殖、迁移、成管能力有一定程度的抑制作用。

The influence on seismic hazard estimation for 310 cities and towns in the whole nation are studied in particular,owing to uncertainty of seismicity parameters caused by non-uniqueness in selecting statistical time ranges. Andthe regional sketch maps of the average varying values of intensity and the average relative varying values of peakacceleration with different probability of exceedance in 50 years are drawn in the Chinese mainland.

A novel micro structure of magnetically anisotropic Sm Co-based magnet with high-performance is *** magnet consists of SmCo_(7)-H(TbCu_(7)-hexagonal type),Sm_(2)Co_(17)-H(Th_(2)Ni_(17)-hexagonal type)and SmCo_(3)-R(SmCo_(3)-rhombohedral type)*** maximum magnetic energy product of the magnet is 231.69 kj/m^(3),and the intrinsic coercivity is 1005.47 kA/*** outstanding intrinsic coercivity temperature coefficient(β)of-0.125%/K between 298 and 773 K is obtained,which is very close to theβof commercial high-temperature Sm_(2)Co_(17)-based sintered *** initial magnetization curve indicates that the coercivity mechanism is controlled by a domain wall pinning *** SmCo_(3)-R lamellar phase may be a potential pinning center or self-pinning *** microstructure of the magnet is different from that of any previous SmCo-based *** findings provide a new idea for preparing high-performance SmCo-based permanent magnets.

WirelessLLM:Empowering Large Language Models Towards Wireless Intelligence

The rapid evolution of wireless technologies and the growing complexity of network infrastructures necessitate a paradigm shift in how communication networks are designed,configured,and managed. Recent advancements in large language models (LLMs) have sparked interest in their potential to revolutionize wireless communication systems. However, existing studies on LLMs for wireless systems are limited to a direct application for telecom language understanding. To empower LLMs with knowledge and expertise in the wireless domain, this paper proposes WirelessLLM, a comprehensive framework for adapting and enhancing LLMs to address the unique challenges and requirements of wireless communication networks. We first identify three foundational principles that underpin WirelessLLM:knowledge alignment, knowledge fusion, and knowledge evolution. Then,we investigate the enabling technologies to build WirelessLLM, including prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, tool usage, multi-modal pre-training, and domain-specific fine-tuning. Moreover, we present three case studies to demonstrate the practical applicability and benefits of WirelessLLM for solving typical problems in wireless networks. Finally, we conclude this paper by highlighting key challenges and outlining potential avenues for future research.

A phenology-based vegetation index for improving ratoon rice mapping using harmonized Landsat and Sentinel-2 data

Ratoon rice,which refers to a second harvest of rice obtained from the regenerated tillers originating from the stubble of the first harvested crop,plays an important role in both food security and agroecology while requiring minimal agricultural ***,accurately identifying ratoon rice crops is challenging due to the similarity of its spectral features with other rice cropping systems(e.g.,double rice).Moreover,images with a high spatiotemporal resolution are essential since ratoon rice is generally cultivated in fragmented croplands within regions that frequently exhibit cloudy and rainy *** this study,taking Qichun County in Hubei Province,China as an example,we developed a new phenology-based ratoon rice vegetation index(PRVI)for the purpose of ratoon rice mapping at a 30 m spatial resolution using a robust time series generated from Harmonized Landsat and Sentinel-2(HLS)*** PRVI that incorporated the red,near-infrared,and shortwave infrared 1 bands was developed based on the analysis of spectro-phenological separability and feature *** on actual field samples,the performance of the PRVI for ratoon rice mapping was carefully evaluated by comparing it to several vegetation indices,including normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),enhanced vegetation index(EVI)and land surface water index(LSWI).The results suggested that the PRVI could sufficiently capture the specific characteristics of ratoon rice,leading to a favorable separability between ratoon rice and other land cover ***,the PRVI showed the best performance for identifying ratoon rice in the phenological phases characterized by grain filling and harvesting to tillering of the ratoon crop(GHS-TS2),indicating that only several images are required to obtain an accurate ratoon rice ***,the PRVI performed better than NDVI,EVI,LSWI and their combination at the GHS-TS2 stages,with producer's accuracy and user's accuracy of 92.22 and 89.30%,respectively

Growth and Formation Mechanism of Branched Carbon Nanotubes by Pyrolysis of Iron(Ⅱ) Phthalocyanine

In this letter, a route for synthesizing vertically aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes（MWCNTs） with branched nanotubes in large area was reported. The branched MWCNTs up to about 30% can be generated by the pyrolysis of iron（Ⅱ） phthalocyanine in presence of thiol under Ar/H2 at 800900℃. The growth mechanism of the branched nanotubes was proposed and the possible reason that thiol enhanced branched nanotubes growth is discussed. The as-prepared samples provide a suitable candidate to investigate the special electrical or thermal properties of CNTs with branched structures further.

This paper generalizes and puts forward methodology to design interesting exhibition space, convenient traffic space and diversified rest space.
