3Lead-free(BiasNaus)TiO_(3)(BNT)-based relaxor ferroelectric(RFE)ceramics have attracted a lot of atten-tion due to their high power density and rapid charge-discharge apabilities,as well as their potential application in pulse power capacitors.However,because of the desire for smaller electronic devices,their energy storage performance(ESP)should be enhanced even further.We describe a defect engineering strategy for enhancing the antiferroelectric-like RFE feature of BNT-based ceramics by unequal substi-tution of rare-earth La^(3+)in this paper.The ESP of La^(3+)-doped samples is raised by 25%with the same synthetic procedure and thidkness,due to an inrease in the critical electric field(E-field)and saturated E-field during polarization response,which is induced by a modifiation in the energy barrier between the lattice torsion.More impressively,an ultrahigh recoverable energy storage density Wrec of 8.58J/cm^(3)and a high energy storage efficiengyηof 945%are simultaneously attained in 3 at.%La^(3+)-substituted 0.6(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.4)K_(0.1))_(1-1.5x)La_(x)TiO_(3)-0.4[2/3SrTiO_(3)-1/3Bi(Mg_(2/3)Ni_(1/3))O_(3)]RFE ceamics with good temperatue stability(W_(rec)=4.6±0.2 J/cm^(3)and higher n of 290%from 30℃to 120℃),frequency stability,and fatigue resistance.The significant inrease in ESP achieved through defect engineering not only proves the effectiveness of our strategy,but also presents a novel dielectric material with potential applications in pulse power apacitors.

目的基于网络药理学和分子对接技术探讨扶正解毒方治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)可能的作用机制。方法应用TCMSP、UniPort数据库筛选扶正解毒方的药物活性成分及相对应的靶点蛋白;应用GeneCards、OMIM和Disgent数据库中检索出CAP相关靶基因。应用Metascape数据库进行GO富集分析和KEGG通路富集分析;最后通过CB-Dock对网络中度值较高的药物成分与核心作用靶点进行分子对接验证。结果筛选得到扶正解毒方治疗CAP重要活性成分215个,核心靶点113个,确定扶正解毒方治疗CAP的主要通路,分子对接中活性成分与靶点具有较为稳定的结合活性。结论扶正解毒方具有多因素协同调控的作用特点,这为进一步阐明扶正解毒方治疗CAP的作用机制提供了科学思路与依据。

Experimental study on the flow behaviour of water-sand mixtures in fractured rock specimens

The study of flow behaviour of water-sand mixtures in fractured rocks is of great necessity to understand the producing mechanism and prevention of water inrush and sand gushing accidents.A self-developed seepage test system is used in this paper to conduct laboratory experiments in order to study the influence of the particle size distribution,the void ratio,and the initial mass of Aeolian sand on the flow behavior.It is concluded that the water flow velocity is insensitive to the initial mass of the Aeolian sand but increases with the power exponent in the Talbot formula and the specimen height.The outflow of the Aeolian sand increases with the power exponent in the Talbot formula,the specimen height,and the initial mass of the Aeolian sand.Besides,the outflow of the Aeolian sand changes exponentially with the water flow velocity.Finally,it is found that the fractured specimen has a maximum sand filtration capacity beyond which the outflow of the Aeolian sand significantly increases with the initial mass of the Aeolian sand.

Electric Current-induced Failure of 200-nm-thick Gold Interconnects

200-nm-thick Au interconnects on a quartz substrate were tested in-situ inside a dual-beam microscope by applying direct current, alternating current and alternating current with a small direct current component. The failure behavior of the Au interconnects under three kinds of electric currents were characterized in-situ by scanning electron microscopy. It is found that the formation of voids and subsequent growth perpendicular to the interconnect direction is the fatal failure mode for all the Au interconnects under three kinds of electric currents. The failure mechanism of the ultrathin metal lines induced by the electric currents was analyzed.

A biparental soybean population of 364 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from Zhongdou 41×ZYD02.878 was used to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with hundred-seed weight(100-SW),pod length(PL),and pod width(PW).100-SW,PL,and PW showed moderate correlations among one another,and 100-SW was correlated most strongly with PW(0.64–0.74).Respectively 74,70,75 and19 QTL accounting for 38.7%–78.8%of total phenotypic variance were identified by inclusive composite interval mapping,restricted two-stage multi-locus genome-wide association analysis,3 variancecomponent multi-locus random-SNP-effect mixed linear model analysis,and conditional genome-wide association analysis.Of these QTL,189 were novel,and 24 were detected by multiple methods.Six loci were associated with 100-SW,PL,and PW and may be pleiotropic loci.A total of 284 candidate genes were identified in colocalizing QTL regions,including the verified gene Seed thickness 1(ST1).Eleven genes with functions involved in pectin biosynthesis,phytohormone,ubiquitin-protein,and photosynthesis pathways were prioritized by examining single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)variation,calculating genetic differentiation index,and inquiring gene expression.The prediction accuracies of genomic selection(GS)for 100-SW,PL,and PW based on single trait-associated markers reached 0.82,0.76,and 0.86 respectively,but selection index(SI)-assisted GS strategy did not increase GS efficiency and inclusion of trait-associated markers as fixed effects reduced prediction accuracy.These results shed light on the genetic basis of 100-SW,PL,and PW and provide GS models for these traits with potential application in breeding programs.

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Biling Weitong Granules Combined with Trimethoprim and Vonoprazan in The Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of Biling Weitong Granules(BLWTG)combined with trimethoprim and vonoprazan in treating reflux esophagitis.Methods:Sixty patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received only the combination treatment of trimethoprim and vonoprazan,while the experimental group was treated with BLWTG based on the control group.The acid reflux and heartburn symptom scores,quality-of-life scores,clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine symptom incidences,and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the acid reflux and heartburn symptom scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the treatment control group,and the quality-of-life scores were higher than those of the treatment control group(P0.05).Conclusion:BLWTG combined with trimethoprim and vonoprazan was safe and reliable in treating reflux esophagitis,effectively relieving the symptoms and improving its clinical efficacy.This treatment is worthy of popularization.

目的针对新型平衡舵结构的电偶腐蚀薄弱区域,设计并优化牺牲阳极保护系统,并对保护效果进行评价。方法基于边界元法,开展新型平衡舵电偶腐蚀仿真研究,分析电偶腐蚀薄弱区域。针对腐蚀薄弱区域,采用经验法设计牺牲阳极保护系统,开展服役初期和服役3 a后阴极保护效果仿真。从涂层破损率和阳极数量对阴极保护效果的影响出发,优化阴极保护系统。开展物理模型试验,对优化后阴极保护系统的保护效果进行评价。结果电偶腐蚀主要发生在壳体和底座等支撑材料处,必须采取严格的防腐措施。采用经验法设计的牺牲阳极保护系统在服役初期可以使平衡舵保护电位均负于–800m V,处于良好的阴极保护状态。随着阳极的消耗,服役3 a后,阴极保护系统无法为平衡舵提供有效保护。涂层破损率的增加和阳极数量的减少,都会使平衡舵阴极保护电位正移。通过物理模型试验验证了优化后阴极保护模型的可靠性,对比试验结果,模型的预测误差在5%以内。结论优化后的阴极保护方案为涂层+8块牺牲阳极,可以在服役3 a涂层破损率达20%的严苛工况下,为平衡舵提供有效阴极保护。优化后的阴极保护系统,铝阳极用量减少30%,有助于节省船舶动力。

Microcrack fracturing of coal specimens under quasi-static combined compression-shear loading

Coal pillars are usually loaded under combined compression-shear stresses at underground coal mines.Their long-term stability is critical to the utilization of underground structures,such as underground reservoirs at coal mines.In this study,a modified rock property testing system was used to explore the mechanical properties of coal specimens under quasi-static combined compression-shear loading conditions.The acoustic emission technique was applied to investigating the microcrack fracturing of coal specimens at various inclination angles.The experimental results show that specimen inclination has remarkable effects on the microcrack initiation,microcrack damage and ultimate failure of the coal specimen.The failure mode of the coal specimen tends to transit from axial splitting to shear failure with increasing specimen inclination,and its peak strength is closely associated with the microcrack damage threshold.In practice,it is recommended to consider coal strength under combined compression-shear loading when using empirical pillar strength formulae so that the effect of pillar inclination can be included.

Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is capable of sequencing millions or billions of DNA molecules simultaneously.Therefore, it represents a promising tool for the analysis of molecular targets for the initial diagnosis of disease, monitoring of disease progression, and identifying the mechanism of drug resistance. On behalf of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the China Actionable Genome Consortium(CAGC), the present expert group hereby proposes advisory guidelines on clinical applications of NGS technology for the analysis of cancer driver genes for precision cancer therapy. This group comprises an assembly of laboratory cancer geneticists, clinical oncologists, bioinformaticians,pathologists, and other professionals. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the expert group has reached a preliminary consensus on the need of NGS in clinical diagnosis, its regulation, and compliance standards in clinical sample collection. Moreover, it has prepared NGS criteria, the sequencing standard operation procedure(SOP), data analysis, report, and NGS platform certification and validation.

Prediction of methane storage in covalent organic frameworks using big-data-mining approach

A combination of computational materials screening and machine learning(ML)technique is being adopted as a popular approach to study various materials toward application of interest.In this work,we began with high-throughput molecular simulations to calculate the methane storage(6.5 MPa)and deliverable(6.5-0.58 MPa)capacities of 404,460 covalent organic frameworks(COFs)at 298 K.Then,the full data sets with 23 features were randomly split into training and test sets in a ratio of 20:80,which were applied to evaluate the prediction abilities of several ML algorithms,including gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT),neural network(NN),support vector machine(SVM),random forest(RF)and decision tree(DT).The results indicate that the RF model has the highest prediction accuracy,which was further employed to reduce the dimension of features space and quantitatively analyze the relative importance of each feature value.The binary classification predictors built using the features with the highest influence weight can give a successful identification of top-performing candidates from the test set containing 323,168 COFs with an accuracy exceeding 96%.The deliverable capacities of the identified COFs were found to outperform those reported so far for various adsorbents.The findings may provide a useful guidance for the design and synthesis of new high-performance materials for methane storage application.
