The evidence about hydrocarbon migration within reservoir rocks in two wells has been obtained according to results of magnetic and mineralogical analysis of the Kapushaliang Group reservoir rocks from wells S15 and S4 located at the Yakela oil field, Tarim Basin. Results show that the secondary alteration associated with oil and gas accumulations above oil and gas field is predominantly magnetite mineralization, and that sulfur alteration occurs commonly at oil-water boundary and their products are generally pyrite and pyrrhotite, except for magnetite alteration which is closely related with hydrodynamical conditions in situ. The spherical magnetite grains of cauliflower microtexture on surface extracted from oil-bearing cores are secondary magnetite related with hydrocarbon microseepage and their diameters are usually less than 50 μm.

斑块状植被格局是世界上干旱半干旱区常见的景观类型,它们的形成、组成结构和演替过程研究,对于揭示区域生态系统变化的关键过程具有重要意义。鉴于基于地面调查和遥感技术的方法难以全面刻画斑块状植被格局的形成过程及机制,借助于模型模拟成为解决这一问题的有效方法。自20世纪90年代初至今,斑块状植被格局形成的连续和离散模拟研究不断涌现,然而,连续模拟侧重于植被格局形成的一般机理,缺乏与现实格局的对比和验证,离散模拟单元选择与规则制定等仍需不断研究。在简要回顾斑块状格局形成的反馈机制基础上,重点综述了斑块状植被格局形成的连续和离散模拟的最新研究进展,并指出了现有研究的不足。干旱半干旱区小尺度上植物和水的反馈作用决定了大尺度的斑块状植被格局,充分揭示植被-土壤水分相互作用机理是模型模拟研究的关键,放牧强度和降水格局等外部环境对干旱半干旱区斑块状植被格局特征具有重要影响。在未来研究中,应加强模型模拟结果与实际观测的植被格局比较和验证,重视局域环境条件、生态系统功能在模型中的表达,构建综合连续和离散模型各自优点的混合模型,注重斑块状植被格局形成过程中的标准子模型及模型开发和集成平台的研发,同时强调面向格局模拟和构建空间显式的斑块状植被格局形成模型。

Research on Object Detection and Combination Clustering for Railway Switch Machine Gap Detection

Turnouts and switch machines play a crucial role in facilitating train line operations and establishing routes, making them vital for ensuring the safety and efficiency of railway transportation. Through the gap detection system of switch machines, the real-time working status of turnouts and switch machines on railway sites can be quickly known. However, due to the challenging working environment and demanding conversion tasks of switch machines, the current gap detection system has often experienced the issues of fault detection. To address this, this study proposes an automatic gap detection method for railway switch machines based on object detection and combination clustering. Firstly, a lightweight object detection network, specifically the MobileNetV3-YOLOv5s model, is used to accurately locate and extract the focal area. Subsequently, the extracted image undergoes preprocessing and is then fed into a combination clustering algorithm to achieve precise segmentation of the gap area and background,the algorithm consists of simple linear iterative clustering(SLIC), Canopy and kernel fuzzy c-means clustering(KFCM). Finally, the Fisher optimal segmentation criterion is utilized to divide the data sequence of pixel values, determine the classification nodes and calculate the gap size. The experimental results obtained from switch machine gap images captured in various scenes demonstrate that the proposed method is capable of accurately locating focal areas, efficiently completing gap image segmentation with a segmentation accuracy of 93.55%, and swiftly calculating the gap size with a correct rate of 98.57%. Notably, the method achieves precise detection of gap sizes even after slight deflection of the acquisition camera, aligning it more closely with the actual conditions encountered on railway sites.

For treatment of sulfion-containing wastewater,coupling the electrochemical sulfion oxidation reaction(SOR)with hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)can be an ideal way for sulfur and H_(2)resources ***,we synthesize a metal-modified carbon nanotube arrays electrode(Co@N-CNTs/CC)for SOR and *** electrode has excellent performance for SOR and HER attributed to the unique array *** can achieve 99.36 mA/cm^(2)at 0.6 V for SOR,and 10 mA/cm^(2)at 0.067 V for *** functional theory calculations verify that metal modification is able to regulate the electronic structure of carbon nanotube,which is able to optimize the adsorption of *** Co@N-CNTs/CC as bifunctional elec-trodes to establish a hybrid electrolytic cell can reduce about 67%of energy consumption compared with the traditional water splitting electrolytic ***,the hybrid electrolytic cell is used to treat actual sulfion-containing wastewater,achieving the sulfur yield of 30 mg h^(−1)cm^(−2)and the hydrogen production of 0.64 mL/min.

The sequential rock remote sensing information is a group of rocks that are correlative in space or in space and time. For the sake of plottiug them, someone had brought forward the optimization *** metkod. We have ased this method to plot the sequential rock remote sensing information at tbe remote sensing hyperspetral test field of Daqing mountain, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, and found some disadvantages of this method. Therefore, we put forward the optimization dichotomy to plot them, and get better results. Finally we make a conclusion.

Study of forming mechanism of "chimney-effect" (CE) has important significance for basic theory and applications of non-seismic geophysical and geochemical methods locating oil/gas reservoirs. The theoretical basis of comprehensive evaluation of mechanism of CE using principles of magnetism, geochemistry and mineralogy has been reviewed, with the problems to be solved: (ⅰ) study for the relationship between process of oil/gas migration and geochemical field; (ⅱ) analysis of genesis of magnetic, geochemical and mineralogical anomaly; (ⅲ) interpretation of surface soil magnetism and geochemical anomaly combined with seismic data.

清末变法以来,中国检察权的近代化过程极其艰难,又很不彻底。其中的参酌取舍,充满了西方影响、法族意识(legal families)、皇权因素、知识阶层力量等的较量。时代在变迁,问题在变化。根据现代法治视角,中国近代检察权具有诸多缺陷和不足,但是,在当时社会和法律背景下,其意义是具体而不容抹杀的。对于当前中国转型社会下的检察权改革仍有一定启示,如发挥诉讼文化的指导功能、合理调整诉讼构造、促进检察官客观义务并完善检察内部体制等。

人性对法律内容、法律体系具有基础性意义。近代西方以人的私利性建构权利、权利能力和权利主体等,以人的理性建构行为能力、行为主体和责任主体等,以理性追逐私利性的自然属性奠定了西方个人法的人性基础。但自然人追逐私利的本性与社会利益天然地存在矛盾,这在私有制社会中无法调和。西法东渐中,法律的自然人性基础移入中国,体现了个人发展的现代要求但也导致了新的社会问题。社会主义中国在人的全面发展中弘扬了人的社会属性,需要发挥人的社会属性对自然属性的制衡作用,确立公益维护零成本、公众协商等制度以保障自然人的私利性、理性分别形成社会人的公利性、公共理性,并以此为基础建构社会主义新型社会法。以自然属性为基础的传统个人法是个体正当追求私利之法,以社会属性为基础的社会法是社会公益维护之法,体现了中国特色社会主义法律既注重私利保障又注重公益维护的制度特色。
