The utility of the polygenic risk score(PRS)to identify individuals at higher risk of stroke beyond clinical risk remains unclear,and we clarified this using Chinese population-based prospective cohorts.Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate the 10-year risk,and Fine and Gray’s models were used for hazard ratios(HRs),their 95%confidence intervals(CIs),and the lifetime risk according to PRS and clinical risk categories.A total of 41,006 individuals aged 30–75 years with a mean follow-up of 9.0 years were included.Comparing the top versus bottom 5%of the PRS,the HR was 3.01(95%CI 2.03–4.45)in the total population,and similar findings were observed within clinical risk strata.Marked gradients in the 10-year and lifetime risk across PRS categories were also found within clinical risk categories.Notably,among individuals with intermediate clinical risk,the 10-year risk for those in the top 5%of the PRS(7.3%,95%CI 7.1%–7.5%)reached the threshold of high clinical risk(≥7.0%)for initiating preventive treatment,and this effect of the PRS on refining risk stratification was evident for ischemic stroke.Even among those in the top 10%and 20%of the PRS,the 10-year risk would also exceed this level when aged≥50 and≥60 years,respectively.Overall,the combination of the PRS with the clinical risk score improved the risk stratification within clinical risk strata and distinguished actual high-risk individuals with intermediate clinical risk.

Background:Familial hypercholesterolemia(FH)is underrecognized,and its association with coronary artery disease(CAD)remains limited,especially in China.We aimed to investigate the prevalence of FH and its relationship with CAD in a large Chinese cohort.Methods:FH was defined using the Make Early Diagnosis to Prevent Early Death(MEDPED)criteria.The crude and age-sex standardized prevalence of FH were calculated based on surveys of the Prediction for Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Risk in China(China-PAR)project during 2007−2008.The associations of FH with incident CAD and its major subtypes were estimated with the cohort-stratified multivariate Cox proportional hazard models based on the data from the baseline to the last follow-up(2018−2020).Results:Among 98,885 included participants,190 participants were defined as FH.Crude and age−sex standardized prevalence and 95%confidence interval(CI)of FH were 0.19%(0.17%-0.22%)and 0.13%(0.10%-0.16%),respectively.The prevalence varied across age groups and peaked in the group of 60-<70 years(0.28%),and the peak prevalence(0.18%)in males was earlier,yet lower than the peak crude prevalence in females(0.41%).During a mean follow-up of 10.7 years,2493 cases of incident CAD were identified.After multivariate adjustment,FH patients had a 2.03-fold greater risk of developing CAD compared to non-FH participants.Conclusions:The prevalence of FH was estimated to be 0.19%in the participants,and it was associated with an elevated risk of incident CAD.Our study suggests that early screening of FH has certain public health significance for the prevention of CAD.

石墨烯气凝胶作为一种内部互连的三维框架体,在微观和宏观尺度上具有突出的维度特性,成为各种零维、一维、二维和三维材料的理想宿主。其高导电性、高比表面积及高结构稳定性等特点令石墨烯气凝胶在储能领域得到了广泛的应用,特别是在高比容量金属离子电池负极和超级电容器电极等领域。首先,本文对石墨烯前体及气凝胶的处理策略进行整理,介绍当前不同处理方式对石墨烯前体及气凝胶成型影响。其次,根据储能机制的不同,介绍石墨烯气凝胶复合材料在主流储能器件中的改性应用及性能表现。最后,对电化学储能用石墨烯气凝胶复合材料的研究进展进行总结,指出当前存在的挑战并展望未来的研究方向。

Despite the spread of effective vaccination strategies,cervical cancer remains the second leading cause of cancer death among women aged 20 to 39.1 clinical diagnosis of cervical lesions relies on the P16INK4a(P16)marker,but its sensitivity to low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)is limited.Exploring more sensitive and specific molecular markers is still a challenge in cervical lesion screening.In this study,we found that HMGB3 could effectively label pathological cells in different cervical lesions,especially for early CIN.Therefore,HMGB3 has the potential to be used as a novel marker for the early screening of cervical lesions.

野生茶树种质资源具有较高的遗传多样性,是开展茶树品种选育的优质基因库。收集了来自湖北省巴东县的26份野生茶树资源,利用简单重复序列(Simple sequence repeat,SSR)分子标记并结合对照栽培型茶树品种对野生茶树资源的遗传多样性及种群结构等进行分析。结果如下:(1)16对引物在供试材料中共扩增得到82个等位位点,每对引物扩增所得的等位基因范围为3~8个,平均检测出等位位点5.12个,有效位点数量3.65个,香农多样性指数平均值1.378。(2)从16对引物中筛选出6个核心引物位点,可对26份野生茶树进行有效检测并鉴别。(3)UPGMA进化树将48份材料分为7个类别,野生茶树与栽培型茶树能通过SSR标记进行有效划分;进一步种群遗传结构分析发现26份野生茶树可分为2个亚群。(4)依据生化成分含量,筛选得出2份高EGCG含量的茶树种质资源及2份适制红茶的茶树种质资源。研究结果显示,巴东野生茶树多样性丰富,种群内部遗传变异高,为进一步保护、开发和利用巴东野生茶树种质资源奠定了基础。

A New Approach for Preparing SiC Particle-reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites by Applying Electromagnetic Field

A new method for preparing SiC particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites was introduced.In order to improve the ingot surface and homogeneity of structure,low frequency electromagnetic field was applied during the direct chilling casting process.The experimental results show that the new method can be used to prepare SiC particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites;under the effects of the low frequency electromagnetic field,the microstructure of ingot is refined and the distribution of SiC particles is improved.

Molecular dynamics study on BPTI aqueous solution by ABEEM/MM fluctuating charge model

Molecular dynamics simulation on BPTI (biovine pancreatic trypsin inhibitor) aqueous solution has been performed for the first time in terms of the atom-bond electronegativity equalization method fused with molecular mechanics (ABEEM/MM). The simulated parameters including ABEEM parameters and force field parameters have been tested. Some structural properties including root-mean-square deviations of atomic coordinates and radial distribution functions were studied by ABEEM/MM fluctuating charge method. The results demonstrate that this model can obtain reasonable structural properties compared with experimental crystal data. The radial distribution functions indicate that ABEEM/MM method can well embody the electrostatic polarizations between protein molecule and its surrounding solvent waters.

产业相关多样性可通过风险分散、知识溢出、新增长路径培育等增强区域经济抵抗力、恢复力、整合力和创造力,然而鲜有研究揭露其传导机制。首先,构建理论模型,阐明产业相关多样性如何通过创新生态系统共生性影响经济韧性;接着,构建中介效应模型和系统GMM实证模型,以创新生态系统共生性为中介变量,探究产业相关多样性对区域经济韧性的影响。研究表明:产业相关多样性对区域经济韧性和创新生态系统共生性均有显著促进作用;创新生态系统共生性亦可显著增强区域经济韧性。同时,创新生态系统共生性在产业相关多样性与区域经济韧性关系中的中介效应显著。因此,建议通过打造“有效市场”和“有为政府”促进产业相关多样性发展;加强创新种群、创新资源和创新环境共生性建设,释放创新潜力,进一步提升区域经济韧性。

Magnetic property recovery in Nd-Fe-B bonded magnet wastes with chemical reaction and physical dissolution

The main difficulty for the recovery of Nd-Fe-B bonded magnet wastes is how to completely remove the epoxy resins.In this study,chemical reaction and physical dissolution were combined to remove the epoxy resins by adding ammonia-water and mixed organic solvents.Ammonia-water can react with the epoxy functional group of epoxy resin to generate polyols.Mixed organic solvents of alcohol,dimethyl formamide(DMF),and tetrahydrofuran(THF) can dissolve the generated polyols and residual epoxy resins.Under the optimum processing conditions,the epoxy resins in the waste magnetic powders are substantially removed.The oxygen and carbon contents in the recycled magnetic powder are reduced from 13500 × 10^(-6) to 1600 × 10^(-6) and from 19500 × 10^(-6) to 2100 × 10^(-6) with the reduction ratio of88.1% and 89.2%,respectively.The recycled magnetic powder presents improved magnetic properties with MS of 1.306 × 10^(-1) A·m^(2)/g,Mr of 0.926 × 10^(-1) A·m^(2)/g,Hcj of 1.170 T,and(BH)max of 125.732 kJ/m^(3),which reach 99.8%,99.4%,95.9%,and 96.9% of the original magnetic powders,respectively.

准确及时地手势识别在增强现实技术中具有重要的意义。针对表征复杂手势序列的时空特征,提出了一种基于异步多时域时空特征的手势识别方法。该方法通过轻量级三维卷积网络提取视频序列的不同时间步态的短期时空特征,通过改进的卷积长短期记忆网络学习长期时空特征,将不同步态的时空特征融合为异步多时域特征,以此来对手势进行分类识别。通过与其他主流方法进行比较,实验结果证明了提出的方法具有较高的动态手势识别率。
