In recent years, Flash LiDAR sensors based on direct timeof-flight(DToF) have been playing an increasingly important role in various 3D imaging fields. In order to perform a histogram on the chip to reduce the data rate, it is inevitable to use a large-size histogramming time-to-digital converter(hTDC) in a Flash LiDAR sensor. However, a large-size hTDC limits the spatial resolution of the sensor.

Cascading reactions in fluorophores accompanied by the replacement of different fluorescence wavelengths can be used to develop luminescent materials and reactive fluorescent *** on multiple signal channels,the selectivity of probes can be improved and the range of response to guest molecule recognition can be *** regulating the position,number,and activity of active sites in fluorophores,fluorescent probes that successively react with thiol and amino groups in cysteine(Cys),homocysteine(Hcy)have been developed,which can only react with the thiol group of GSH,In this paper,we report the first probe capable of cascading nucleophilic substitution reaction with the thiol group and amino group of GSH at a single reaction site,and showed the dual-color recognition of GSH,which improved the selectivity of GSH also was an extension of GSH *** probe Rho-DEA was based on a TICS fluorophore,and the intramolecular cascade nucleophilic substitution reaction occurs with Cys/*** thiol substitution of the first step reaction with Cys/Hcy was quenched due to intersystem crossing to triplet state,so GSH can be selectively recognized from the fluorescence ***-DEA has the ability of mitochondrial localization,and finally realized in situ dual-color fluorescence recognition of GSH in mitochondria.

The genetic pathways of rice seedling growth have a major impact on seedling emergence from soil and *** this study,we identified a new bHLH transcription factor,BEAR1,from rice RNAi mutant *** the BEAR1-RNAi and bear1 CRISPR mutants had accelerated seedling *** section of leaves showed accelerated development of lacuna and vascular bundles in bear1 *** staining revealed that BEAR1 was highly expressed in coleoptiles and leaves at seedling *** analysis of gibberellin(GA)biosynthesis and metabolic genes and content determination of active GAs indicated that the expression of GA biosynthesis genes,especially OsKS4 and OsCPS2,were upregulated and the GAs content were significantly increased in bear1,which correlated with the seedling phenotype of bear1 *** and biochemical assays revealed that BEAR1 directly binds to the promoter of OsKS4,thereby repressing its *** analysis showed clear differentiation in indica and japonica rice varieties,and a strong correlation with seedling *** findings provide novel insights into the regulation of seedling growth in rice.

Geosynchronous orbit is located in the ring current region,where the energetic particle emission environment challenges the ion deflection design limit of the Energetic Neutral Atom(ENA)***,there is no measurement record of ENA imaging in this area *** the basis of possessing the patent of high-energy ion deflection technology,ENA imaging under different Kp index in geosynchronous orbit is *** simulation images show the characteristics of low-altitude ENA emission source and the rough sketch of *** to the north-south conjugation observation of geosynchronous orbit,the simulated ENA images at different positions all have north-south *** at the unsolved problems,such as the input source of ring current energetic ions during geomagnetic activities and its evolution process,we analyzed the possible results of ENA imaging combined with in-situ particle measurements in the same satellite,as well as the subversion effect of any north-south asymmetry of ENA map on the inversion model.

Inorganic phosphate(Pi)is one of the main nutrients necessary for plant *** transporters mediate the acquisition,transport and recycling of phosphate,which is essential for plant growth and *** PHT1 has been reported in many plants at home and abroad,it is rarely studied in ***,it is of great signiﬁcance to study the PHT1 family members in order to understand the molecular response mechanism of potato in low phosphate *** this study,a total of 6 potato PHT1 genes were identiﬁed and *** was found that after the expression of different members of potato PHT1 gene,there were certain differences in amino acids and proteins,and the transmembrane domains ranged from 6 to *** difference in the secondary and tertiary protein structure of potato PHT1 also led to a difference in protein *** addition,the expression of the PHT1 gene in potato increased obviously during 3~9 h of Pi deﬁciency ***,the expression levels of different genes in roots,stems and leaves are distinctly different,but the expression levels of the StPHT1;6 and StPHT1;10 genes are very high in roots,stems and leaves,indicating that these two genes may participate in the absorption of Pi in potato and play a role in Pi *** two genes play a major role in the regulation of expression under short-term Pi deﬁciency *** results provide an important reference for further understanding the evolution and function of potato phosphate transporters,and have important signiﬁcance for improving the ability of potato to tolerate low Pi.

BEL1-like homeodomain(BLH)family proteins are homeodomain transcription factors,which are found ubiquitously in plants and play important roles in regulating meristem and flower *** BLH proteins have been reported in some plant species,there is very little information available for plants in the Malus genus(e.g.,apple tree:Malus domestica).In the present study,we identified 19 apple MdBLH *** analysis revealed that the MdBLH genes could be divided into five *** of gene structure showed that MdBLH gene has four exons,and the third exon was 61 bp in *** location analysis suggested that the MdBLH genes are not distributed uniformly on 12 *** MdBLH genes were cloned by RT-PCR,and their expression patterns were also *** them,the expression levels of MdBLH4.1 and MdBLH9.1 could be induced by sodium chloride stress,while the expression levels of MdATH1.1,MdBLH8.1,MdBLH8.3,and MdBLH11.1 were down-regulated by such *** levels of MdATH1.1 and MdBLH7.2 were down-regulated by mannitol *** result of yeast two-hybrid experiment showed that MdBEL1.1 interacted with apple ovate family proteins 6(MdOFP6),and MdBLH3.1 interacted with the MdOFP4,MdOFP6,MdOFP13,and MdOFP16 *** results provide a strong theoretical basis and a valuable reference for analyzing of the biological functions of MdBLH proteins as transcription factors in apple growth,development,and stress and also for the construction of regulatory networks.

Vertical response of microbial community and degrading genes to petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in saline alkaline soil

A column microcosm was conducted by amending crude oil into Dagang Oilfield soil to simulate the bioremediation process. The dynamic change of microbial communities and metabolic genes in vertical depth soil from 0 to 80 cm were characterized to evaluate the petroleum degradation potential of indigenous microorganism. The influence of environmental variables on the microbial responds to petroleum contamination were analyzed. Degradation extent of 42.45% of n-alkanes(C8–C40) and 34.61% of 16ΣPAH were reached after 22 weeks. Relative abundance of alkB, nah, and phe gene showed about 10-fold increment in different depth of soil layers. Result of HTS profiles demonstrated that Pseudomonas, Marinobacter and Lactococcus were the major petroleum-degrading bacteria in0–30 and 30–60 cm depth of soils. Fusarium and Aspergillus were the dominant oil-degrading fungi in the 0–60 cm depth of soils. In 60–80 cm deep soil, anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroidetes, Lactococcus, and Alcanivorax played important roles in petroleum *** analysis(RDA) and correlation analysis demonstrated that petroleum hydrocarbons(PHs) as well as soil salinity, clay content, and anaerobic conditions were the dominant effect factors on microbial community compositions in 0–30, 30–60, and 60–80 cm depth of soils, respectively.

Properties of the multiorbital Hubbard models for the iron-based superconductors

A brief review of the main properties of multiorbital Hubbard models for the Fe-based superconductors is presented. The emphasis is on the results obtained by our group at the University of Tennessee and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Tennessee, USA, but results by several other groups are also discussed. The models studied here have two, three, and five orbitals, and they are analyzed using a variety of computational and mean-field approximations. A ＂physical region＂ where the properties of the models are in qualitative agreement with neutron scattering, photoemission, and transport results is revealed. A variety of interesting open questions are briefly discussed such as： what are the dominant pairing tendencies in Hubbard models？ Can pairing occur in an interorbital channel？ Are nesting effects of fundamental relevance in the pnictides or approaches based on local moments are more important？ What kind of magnetic states are found in the presence of iron vacancies？ Can charge stripes exist in iron-based superconductors？ Why is transport in the pnictides anisotropic？ The discussion of results includes the description of these and other open problems in this fascinating area of research.
