The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope（FAST） has the largest aperture and a 19-beam L-band receiver,making it powerful for investigating the neutral hydrogen atomic gas（H?） in the *** present HiFAST（https://***）,a dedicated,modular,and self-contained calibration and imaging pipeline for processing the H?data of *** pipeline consists of frequency-dependent noise diode calibration,baseline fitting,standing wave removal using an FFT-based method,flux density calibration,stray radiation correction,and gridding to produce data *** modules can be combined as needed to process the data from most FAST observation modes:tracking,drift scanning,On-The-Fly mapping,and most of their *** HiFAST,the root-mean-square（RMS） noises of the calibrated spectra from all 19 beams were only slightly（～5%） higher than the theoretical *** results for the extended source M33 and the point sources are consistent with the results from *** moment maps（0,1 and 2） of M33 agree well with the results from the Arecibo Galaxy Environment Survey（AGES） with a fractional difference of less than 10%.For a common sample of 221 sources with signal-to-noise ratio S/N>10 from the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA（ALFALFA） survey,the mean value of fractional difference in the integrated flux density,Sint,between the two datasets is approximately 0.005%,with a dispersion of 15.4%.Further checks on the integrated flux density of 23 sources with seven observations indicate that the variance in the flux density of the source with luminous objects(Sint>2.5 Jy km s-1) is less than 5%.Our tests suggest that the FAST telescope,with the efficient,precise,and user-friendly pipeline HiFAST,will yield numerous significant scientific findings in the investigation of the H? in the universe.

急性A型主动脉夹层患者术后死亡风险的预测模型

目的采用不同的机器学习算法,构建并筛选预测急性A型主动脉夹层患者术后30天内死亡风险的最佳预测模型。方法纳入2015年至2022年间行手术治疗的急性A型主动脉夹层患者521例,收集其围手术期资料并进行筛选后保留329例。分别通过Lasso回归和主成分分析确定两组不同的预测变量后,使用逻辑回归和支持向量机、随机森林、梯度提升、超级学习算法建立预测术后30天内死亡风险的预测模型,并使用ROC曲线、敏感度值和特异度值等指标对各个模型进行比较。结果所有模型的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)0.791~0.959,使用Lasso回归确定预测变量,并通过超级学习算法建立的模型预测效果最佳,AUC 0.959。结论在对急性A型主动脉夹层术后30内死亡的预测中,超级学习算法优于其他算法。

Regional disparities of phytoplankton in relation to different water masses in the Northwest Pacific Ocean during the spring and summer of 2017

The West Pacific Ocean is considered as the provenance center of global marine life and has the highest species diversity of numerous marine *** phytoplankton,as the primary producer at the base of the food chain,effects on climate change,fish resources as well as the entire ***,there are few large-scale surveys covering several currents with different hydrographic *** study aimed to explore the relationships between the spatio-temporal variation in phytoplankton community structure and different water masses.A total of 630 water samples and 90 net samples of phytoplankton were collected at 45 stations in the Northwest Pacific Ocean(21.0°–42.0°N,118.0°–156.0°E)during spring and summer 2017.A total of 281 phytoplankton taxa(>5μm)belonging to 61 genera were identified in the study *** distribution pattern of the phytoplankton community differed significantly both spatially and *** average abundances of phytoplankton in spring and summer were 797.07×10~2 cells/L and 84.94×10~2 cells/L,*** in spring or summer,the maximum abundance always appeared in the northern transition region affected by the Oyashio Current,where nutrients were abundant and diatoms dominated the phytoplankton community;whereas the phytoplankton abundance was very low in the oligotrophic Kuroshio region,and the proportion of dinoflagellates in total abundance increased *** horizontal distribution of phytoplankton abundance increased from low to high latitudes,which was consistent with the trend of nutrient distributions,but contrary to that of water temperature and *** the northern area affected by the Oyashio Current,the phytoplankton abundance was mainly concentrated in the upper 30 m of water column,while the maximum abundance often occurred at depths of 50–75 m in the south-central area affected by the Kuroshio *** correlation and redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that phytoplankton abundance was s

低剂量吸入性一氧化氮治疗孙氏手术术后严重低氧血症疗效的回顾性队列研究

目的研究应用低剂量吸入性一氧化氮(inhaled nitric oxide,iNO)治疗孙氏手术术后严重低氧血症的疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年6月于天津市胸科医院行孙氏手术急性A型主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。2021年11月之前患者进行常规治疗,作为对照组;2021年11月之后我院开始使用低剂量iNO治疗,作为iNO组。比较两组患者术前临床基线资料、围术期临床数据及氧合指数变化等。结果对照组共纳入54例患者,其中男45例、女9例,平均年龄(53.0±10.9)岁;iNO组共纳入27例患者,其中男21例、女6例,平均年龄(52.0±10.6)岁。两组患者术前体重指数均>25 kg/m^(2),白细胞计数、C反应蛋白均明显高于正常值,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术中资料差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。iNO组机械通气时间、术后ICU停留时间和术后住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.001)。在12 h的iNO治疗后,iNO组的低氧状态改善明显,iNO组的氧合指数在12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h及72 h均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低剂量iNO治疗孙氏手术术后严重低氧血症安全、有效,可显著提升氧合功能,在缩短呼吸机使用时间、术后ICU停留时间和术后住院时间方面有优势,但在改变术后病死率等临床治疗结果方面并不显著。

Microbial fuel cell with high content solid wastes as substrates： a review

With the increasing concern about the serious global energy crisis and high energy consumption during high content solid wastes （HCSWs） treatment, microbial fuel cell （MFC） has been recognized as a promising resource utilization approach for HCSW stabilization with simultaneous electrical energy recovery. In contrast to the conventional HCSW stabilization processes, MFC has its unique advantages such as direct bio-energy conversion in a single step and mild reaction conditions （viz., ambient temperature, normal pressure, and neutral pH）. This review mainly introduces some important aspects of electricity generation from HCSW and its stabilization in MFC, focusing on：（1） MFCs with different fundamentals and configurations designed and constructed to produce electricity from HCSW; （2） performance of wastes degradation and electricity generation; （3） prospect and deficiency posed by MFCs with HCSWas substrates. To date, the major drawback of MFCs fueled by HCSW is the lower power output than those using simple substrates. HCSW hydrolysis and decomposition would be a major tool to improve the performance of MFCs. The optimization of parameters is needed to push the progress of MFCs with HCSW as fuel.

目的总结国产自膨式支架瓣膜治疗主动脉瓣位外科生物瓣衰败的随访结果和临床经验。方法纳入2019年1月—2023年4月因主动脉瓣外科生物瓣衰败于天津市胸科医院心外科行经导管瓣中瓣手术患者,分析瓣膜使用特征、围术期并发症、术后早期和随访期间血流动力学表现。结果共纳入24例患者,其中男14例、女10例,平均年龄(68.17±7.72)岁,两次手术平均间隔时间(10.48±4.09)年。所有患者均顺利出院,无死亡、冠状动脉阻塞、起搏器植入等并发症,出院前平均跨瓣压差(16.39±6.52)mm Hg。术后中位随访时间16个月,随访期间左心室舒张期末内径、左心室射血分数等得到持续改善。结论国产自膨式支架瓣膜治疗主动脉瓣位外科生物瓣衰败安全可行。合理的病例选择和手术策略是获得良好血流动力学的关键。

Atmospheric pollution of agriculture-oriented cities in Northeast China: A case in Suihua

Agriculture-oriented cities in Northeastern China have experienced frequent atmospheric pollution *** understandings of the pollution characteristics,haze causes and effects of management on local air quality are crucial for conducting integrated management approaches for the sustainable development of agriculture-oriented *** a typical agriculture-dominant city(i.e.,Suihua)in Northeast China,we analyzed in detail the characteristics and causes of atmospheric pollution and evaluated the straw-burning prohibition using multisource *** results showed a clear temporal pattern of air quality index(AQI)on an annual scale(i.e.,2015-April 2019),with two typical pollution periods occurring in late autumn and early *** large areas of concentrated straw burning at local and regional scales accounted for the first period(i.e.,October and November),while dust emissions and farming disturbances comprised the second *** interannual variation in pollution periods among these years was large,showing similar trends from 2015 to 2017 and the postponed late-autumn pollution period in *** evaluation has shown that the prohibition effect of straw burning significantly improved air quality in 2018,with a reduction of 59%±88%in the PM2.5 concentrations in October and November compared to 2015–***,From October to April of the following year,the improvement effect was not significant due to postponement of straw burning to February or *** analysis also highlighted the roles of meteorological conditions,Therefore,combined with the promotion of straw utilization,scientifically prescribed burning considering the burning amount and location,meteorological conditions and regional transportation should be implemented.

Differentiation of the Agonists and Antagonists of the α7 Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor

Theα7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors(nAChRs)are widely expressed in the central and peripheral nervous systems and are important drug targets for the treatment of neurological ***,differentiation of the agonists and antagonists of the nAChR is *** this study we aimed to develop a reliable and efficient computational approach for differentiation of the agonists from the antagonists of the nAChR based on a systematical analysis of 123 ligands(87 agonists,12 partial agonists,and 24 antagonists)binding with the extracellular domain of theα7 n AChR *** results suggest that the ligand size and ligand binding affinity cannot differentiate the agonists from the antagonists of the *** ligand efficiency that considers both ligand binding affinity and size for the agonists is overall more left shifted in comparison to the antagonists,but the values of the ligand efficiency still cannot differentiate the agonists from the antagonists unless the values are either relatively high(more than-0.3 kcal mol^-1)or relatively low(less than-0.45 kcal mol^-1).Our results suggest that accurate prediction of the agonist or antagonist of the nAChR is challenging and the ligand innate configuration has to be considered as an extra for differentiation of the agonists from the antagonists of the nAChR.

文章以南京市玄武湖公园为实证对象、清凉山公园为对照实验对象,在进行基地生态环境调查基础上,借助ArcGIS的空间分析功能,选取了高程、坡度、坡向、归一化植被指数、土地利用类型5个生态因子,利用层次分析法完成单因子生态敏感性分析,再通过加权叠加法获取综合生态敏感性布局图。将公园的生态敏感性布局与人群活动分布进行叠合分析,两者高度重合的结果表明人群活动使得在综合性公园、社区公园、游园等一般意义上的城市公园中维护生态敏感性不具有现实可行性,且城市公园的生态设计问题并非一个简单应用景观生态学理论的问题,进而从城市绿地系统景观格局、公园内部整体或局部生态过程、专类公园中的“自然公园”3个方面讨论了城市公园生态设计的实践范畴。
