牙龈卟啉单胞菌对口腔鳞状细胞癌化疗耐药行为的影响

目的:研究口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)肿瘤中牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.gingivalis)对OSCC化疗治疗过程中化疗耐药性的影响。方法:使用原位免疫杂交的方法检测67例OSCC患者肿瘤组织中P.gingivalis的含量,使用细胞计数试剂盒(cell counting kit-8,CCK8)实验检测OSCC细胞在P.gingivalis感染后化疗药物的细胞毒性作用,使用Western blot实验检测OSCC细胞在P.gingivalis感染后耐药蛋白的表达。结果:OSCC上皮组织中P.gingivalis含量比非肿瘤区域上皮组织中P.gingivalis含量高,P.gingivalis的感染降低了化疗药物紫杉醇对OSCC细胞的杀伤作用(P<0.05),在P.gingivalis感染后耐药蛋白P-糖蛋白在肿瘤细胞中的表达显著提高。结论:OSCC患者肿瘤组织中P.gingivalis含量较高,可能与OSCC化疗耐药相关。

Toxoplasma gondii is a widespread parasite that may infect nearly all warm-blooded vertebrates.1 As an obligatory intracellular apicomplexan parasite,T.gondii has three different types of secretory organelles,including micronemes,rhoptries(ROP),and dense granules(GRAs),during invasion of host cells.2 Initially,the parasite replicates in a variety of host cell types as tachyzoites,especially in macrophages and dendritic cells(DCs).

为研究利用紧缩极化SAR代替全极化SAR进行海洋溢油检测的可行性,以及不同极化参数对溢油检测准确率的影响,本文利用卷积神经网络(CNN)的SAR溢油检测算法,对全极化模式及由全极化构造的紧缩极化SAR数据分别提取极化参数,研究其对于溢油分类准确率的影响;同时对比不同SAR数据预处理步骤对溢油检测精度的影响。研究结果表明,对于预处理步骤,线性拉伸方法能够有效提升溢油检测的准确率;在极化参数选择上,极化参数极化熵H在全极化与紧缩极化模式上都取得最高的分类准确率,分别为0.972和0.978。该研究结果证明了利用紧缩极化SAR代替全极化SAR进行溢油检测的可行性,在溢油检测方面具有较好的应用潜力。

Fine particulate matter and cardiorespiratory health in China:A systematic review and meta-analysis of epidemiological studies

This review aimed to systematically summarize the epidemiological literature on the cardiorespiratory effects of PM_(2.5)published during the 13^(th) Five-Year Plan period(2016-2020)in China.Original articles published between January 1,2016 and June 30,2021 were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,the China National Knowledge Internet Database and Wanfang Database.Random-or fixed-effects models were used to pool effect estimates where appropriate.Of 8558 records identified,145 met the full eligibility criteria.A 10μg/m^(3) increase in short-term PM_(2.5)exposure was significantly associated with increases of 0.70%,0.86%,0.38%and 0.96%in cardiovascular mortality,respiratory mortality,cardiovascular morbidity,and respiratory morbidity,respectively.The specific diseases with significant associations included stroke,ischemic heart disease,heart failure,arrhythmia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pneumonia and allergic rhinitis.The pooled estimates per 10μg/m^(3) increase in long-term PM_(2.5)exposure were 15.1%,11.9%and 21.0%increases in cardiovascular,stroke and lung cancer mortality,and 17.4%,11.0%and 4.88%increases in cardiovascular,hypertension and lung cancer incidence respectively.Adverse changes in blood pressure,heart rate variability,systemic infiammation,blood lipids,lung function and airway infiammation were observed for either short-term or long-term PM_(2.5)exposure,or both.Collectively,we summarized representative exposure-response relationships between short-and long-term PM_(2.5)exposure and a wide range of cardiorespiratory outcomes applicable to China.The magnitudes of estimates were generally smaller in short-term associations and comparable in long-term associations compared with those in developed countries.Ourfindings are helpful for future standard revisions and policy formulation.There are still some notable gaps that merit further investigation in China.

货运源头核查是进行源头治超的关键。传统依赖于台账统计的方法费时费力,相比之下,遥感技术具有大面积覆盖等优点,利用其进行货运源头核查工作可有效提高工作效率。然而,目前尚无公开可用的货运源头遥感解译标志库,故提出一种基于YOLOX的货运源头遥感解译标志库建立方法。首先,根据货运源头核查标准,提出货运源头四类场站、四类企业解译标志库建立标准,然后基于YOLOX搭建货运源头遥感图像自动检测方法,并与专家解译结果相对比。研究结果表明,用于识别铁路货场、港口、矿石以及砂石企业的AP均在0.50以上,可实现自动化建立货运源头遥感解译标志库,为利用遥感影像进行货运源头核查提供技术支撑,显著提高源头核查工作的效率。

African swine fever virus(ASFV)is an important pathogen that causes a highly contagious and lethal disease in swine,for which neither a vaccine nor treatment is available.The DNA repair enzyme 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1(OGG1),which excises the oxidative base lesion 8-oxo-7,8-dihydroguanine(8-oxoG),has been linked to the pathogenesis of different diseases associated with viral infections.However,the role of OGG1-base excision repair(BER)in ASFV infection has been poorly investigated.Our study aimed to characterize the alteration of host reactive oxygen species(ROS)and OGG1 and to analyse the role of OGG1 in ASFV infection.We found that ASFV infection induced high levels and dynamic changes in ROS and 8-oxoG and consistently increased the expression of OGG1.Viral yield,transcription level,and protein synthesis were reduced in ASFV-infected primary alveolar macrophages(PAMs)treated by TH5487 or SU0268 inhibiting OGG1.The expression of BER pathway associated proteins of ASFV was also suppressed in OGG1-inhibited PAMs.Furthermore,OGG1 was found to negatively regulate interferonβ(IFN-β)production during ASFV infection and IFN-βcould be activated by OGG1 inhibition with TH5487 and SU0268,which blocked OGG1 binding to 8-oxoG.Additionally,the interaction of OGG1 with viral MGF360-14-L protein could disturb IFN-βproduction to further affect ASFV replication.These results suggest that OGG1 plays the crucial role in successful viral infection and OGG1 inhibitors SU0268 or TH5487 could be used as antiviral agents for ASFV infection.

Application of the Algorithm of Fractional Dimension to Extraction Image Edge

The idea of fractional dimension was stated in brief firstly.Then,adopting the fractional statistical similar principle, the method of the least square minimum error was applied to evaluate the fractional dimension of per image pixel depending on the fractional property of image.And the image edge is extracted by magnitude of fractional dimension of image pixel.We presented the algorithm of the local fractional dimension,which made the rule of window size and sentencing the fractional dimension of edge.Although this algorithm was waste time,it is better than the classical ones in extraction edge and anti-jamming.

Basic properties of a new Nd-doped laser crystal： Nd：GdNbO4

A Nd-doped GdNbO4 single crystals have been grown successfully using the Czochralski technique. The chemical etching method was employed to study the defects in the structural morphology of Nd：GdNbO4 crystal with phosphoric acid etchant. Mechanical proper- ties （such as hardness, yield strength, fracture toughness, and brittle index） of the as-grown crystal were system- atically estimated on the basis of the Vickers hardness test for the first time. The transmission spectrum of Nd： GdNbO4 was measured in the wavelength range of 320- 2400 nm at room temperature, and the absorption peaks were assigned. Results hold great significance for further research on Nd：GdNbO4.

SrTiO_3 nano-crystal samples with floccule or flake crystal morphology,which were indexed as a perovskite-type crystal structure based on the results of XRD and TEM,were successfully prepared by one-step liquid reaction method.And the growth mechanism of the SrTiO_3 nano-crystals under the liquid condition with/without adding the surface active agent was investigated.It was found that adding the surface active agent contributes to the processing in which the ions gathering bodies transit to a more stable phase through the chemical reaction and form the flake SrTiO_3 nano-crystals.
