The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)and Fas in placentas of uncomplicated pregnant women and those with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP),and elucidate the possible relationship between HGF and apopto-sis of *** transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was undertaken to examine the concentra-tion of HGF mRNA and Fas mRNA obtained from 34 cases of HDCP and 30 cases of uncomplicated *** expression of HGF mRNA in mild preeclampsia,severe preeclampsia and eclampsia cases was significantly lower than that in the uncomplicated cases(0.43P0.12,0.38P0.09,0.19P0.17 versus 0.67P0.19,P<0.05),while the expres-sion of Fas mRNAin mild preeclampsia,severe preeclampsia and eclampisa cases was significantly higher than that in the uncomplicated cases(1.58P0.26,2.96P0.14,5.98P1.17 versus 1.01P0.36,P<0.05).For HGF mRNA and Fas mRNA,there was no difference between gestational hyper-tension cases and control *** HGF mRNA or increased Fas mRNA was found along with the progress of *** correlation was found between the expressions of HGF and *** results indicate that HGF inhibits the apoptosis mediated by Fas,and the reduced expression of HGF in HDCP may be responsible for the apoptosis of trophoblasts.

The rapid miniaturization and a consequent increase in electromagnetic wave(EM)and heat emission in integrated electronic devices are now urgently desiring for multifunctional polymer composites that simultaneously possess high mechanical properties,excellent electromagnetic interference(EMI)shield-ing ability and heat dissipation ***,a series of novel polyimide-based composite films were constructed by rationally assembling the carbon nanofiber-grafted carbon fiber(NCF)and reduced graphene oxide(rGO)into a highly electrically and thermally conductive pathway within polyimide ma-trix via a sequential bidirectional freezing casting and hot-pressing *** combination of high tensile strength and toughness was obtained by incorporating rGO into the NCF-reinforced PI composite,giving rise to a hierarchical reinforcing structure of NCF and crack deflection induced by rGO *** high electrical conductivity(7.0×10^(3) S m^(-1))endows the PI/NCF30/rGO3.5 composite film with a good EMI shielding effectiveness of 45 ***,the well-aligned thermally conductive NCF and rGO and strong interfacial bonding between the polymer matrix and reinforcing fibers give rise to improved thermal conductivity(λ),particularly along the in-plane ***,the PI/NCF30/rGO3.5 exhibits an in-plane thermal conductivity of 5.18 W m^(-1) K^(-1),∼4.7 times increment compared to the pure PI(0.91 W m^(-1) K^(-1)).Besides,the resultant PI/NCF30/rGO3.5 composite film presents a superior Joule heat-ing performance with some features of fast thermal response,ease of regulation and sufficient ***,the developed multifunctional polyimide-based composite films demonstrate high potential as advanced EMI shielding materials with excellent heat dissipation.

Subduction initiation and termination represent the birth and death of a subduction zone and are inevitable elements of terrestrial plate *** evidence demonstrates that subduction zone processes did not operate continuously and might involve multiple initiation and termination stages(Stern,2004),characterized by sustained subduction-zone death and *** geological and numerical studies focus on subduction initiation processes/mechanisms(see reviews in Yang,2022);however,subduction termination is often studied numerically at continental margins(Gerya,2022).How subduction termination proceeds in intra-oceanic settings remains enigmatic due to lacking geological records.

目的在碳离子水模体计划中,建立微剂量动力学模型(MKM)和局部效应模型(LEM)处方剂量的转换因子计算系统和危及器官转换因子曲线,并在临床患者计划中验证。方法以均匀水模体作为研究对象,根据RayStation-MKM计划的物理剂量重新计算LEM的相对生物学效应加权剂量(RWD),并以LEM和MKM计划中靶区中位剂量的比值作为转换因子。分别研究靶区单次处方剂量、扩展布拉格峰(SOBP)宽度、深度、形状和照射方式对转换因子的影响,并建立转换因子计算系统。此外,采用水模体和临床患者病例验证转换因子计算系统的准确性,并根据临床患者治疗计划计算建立危及器官转换因子曲线。结果转换因子的主要影响因素为单次处方剂量、靶区SOBP宽度和深度,并随SOBP宽度和靶区深度的增加而增加,随单次处方剂量的增加而减小。在单野照射下,根据以上3个参数建立转换因子计算系统,9例患者计划计算与转换因子计算系统计算的结果平均差异为0.340%±0.203%,危及器官转换因子曲线的平均差异为2.650%±2.399%。结论本研究建立的MKM和LEM碳离子放射治疗处方剂量转换因子计算系统和危及器官转换因子曲线,其准确性满足在临床患者治疗计划中的使用要求。

Development of a low-cost and durable bifunctional electrocatalyst with high catalytic activity by hybridizing rare earth metal and non-noble metal is of utmost ***,a bifunctional electrocatalyst consisting of MoO_(2)and CeO_(x)heterostructure is synthesized via interfacial ***,due to its unique hetero-interface with abundant oxygen vacancies,the MoO_(2)-CeO_(x)_(x)/NF is able to exhibit outstanding hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) performance with an overpotential of 26 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2),and a preferable oxygen evolution reaction(OER) overpotential of 272 mV at 100 mA cmin 1 M *** recorded HER and OER overpotentials of MoO_(2)-CeO_(x)/NF are clearly smaller than those of Pt/C(HER overpotential of 27 mV) and RuO(OER overpotential of 393 mV) at the same current *** importantly,MoO_(2)-CeO_(x)/NF can also exhibit good HER activity with an overpotential of 50 mV at 10 mA cmin acidic ***,it is expected that this work can offer a new approach in the realization of high-catalytic alkaline overall water splitting and acidic HER performance through the rational design of rare-earth metal and non-noble metal heterostructure.

An in-situ NH_(4)^(+)-etched strategy for anchoring atomic Mo site on ZnIn_(2)S_(4) hierarchical nanotubes for superior hydrogen photocatalysis

Atomic sites co-catalyst (ASC) on photocatalytic materials possesses an attractive prospect to promote charge carrier separation and tune surface reaction kinetics,yet the synthesis of earth-abundant ASC under low temperature remains a great ***,a novel in-situ NH_(4)^(+)-etched strategy to anchor atomic Mo sites on ZnIn_(2)S_(4)hierarchical nanotubes (HNTs) with abundant mesopores under mild conditions for promoting charge carrier separation and enhancing light multi-reflections is developed for efficient photocatalytic H_(2) *** functional theory calculations and linear sweep voltammetry demonstrate that the well-defined Mo-S_(2)O_(1) sites with distinctive coordination configuration and electronic property contribute to the enhanced separation of photo-generated charge carriers and reduced Gibbs free energy for H_(2) ***,the well-defined MoSA-ZIS HNTs present an excellent photocatalytic activity with a rate of 29.9μmol h^(-1)(5.98 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)),which is 7.3 times higher than that of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)nanosheets (NSs),to be among the best ZnIn_(2)S_(4)-based *** present strategy breaks the high-temperature limitation of conventional top-down thermal dissociation/emitting approach for anchoring non-noble metal atomic sites on catalyst support.

Ultrahigh-temperature(UHT)metamorphism is critical for understanding the most extreme thermal evolution of continental ***,UHT metamorphism predominantly occurred in the Precambrian and is rarely observed in the modern ***,we report the discovery of~25 Ma UHT granulites from the Mogok metamorphic belt(MMB)in Myanmar via a combined study of petrology and *** studied pelitic granulites well preserve a peak mineral assemblage of garnet+sillimanite+plagioclase(antiperthite)+K-feldspar+quartz+Ti-rich biotite+rutile+***(P)-temperature(T)pseudosections and conventional geothermobarometry data only constrain the P-T conditions of the peak stage to900°*** situ SIMS and LAICP-MS U-Pb dating and trace element analyses show that both metamorphic zircon cores and rims have flat heavy rare earth element(HREE)patterns with negative Eu *** metamorphic zircon rims show the lowest HREE contents and yield ^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of 24.9±0.5 and 25.4±0.6 Ma,respectively,representing the timing of UHT *** results indicate that the central MMB underwent~25 Ma UHT metamorphism,which is possibly induced by continental rifting along the thinned orogenic *** data,as well as reported Cenozoic UHT events,further suggest that UHT metamorphism can be produced in the modern plate tectonic regime by lithospheric extension.

Ice accumulation is a safety and operational threat in power lines,wind turbines,and *** having both passive anti-icing and active deicing functionalities are very ***,we report a self-cleaning slippery photothermal trap,which is icephobic passively and deice the surfaces actively by converting sun light to heat at the ice-substrate *** photothermal trap consists of three layers:a candle soot layer act as solar radiation absorber,a magnetic iron oxide Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles layer act as heat spreader for lateral dispersal of sun light,and Room Temperature Vulcanized(RTV)insulation to reduce the transverse heat *** illumination under microsolar 300,the temperature of the surface increased by 40℃ within 200 *** heat confinement at the magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) na-noparticles layer leads to rapid increase of the surface temperature,ice start to melt and silicone lubricant facilitates the ice *** slippery photothermal trap removed the frozen droplet(10 fiL)within 40 s upon the illumination of sun light and the frozen droplet was completely converted into water after 7 min illumination of solar light at-20℃.The developed slippery photothermal trap also melted the fully frost covered layer within 100 s at-20℃ under *** average defrosted length(25 mm)was also observed by irradiation of laser light for 45 *** self-cleaning slippery photothermal coating showed outstanding deicing performance at subzero temperature for long term due to the infusion of silicone oil into the nanostructures and same chemical composition with binder.
