In this paper,we develop a two-grid method(TGM)based on the FEM for 2D nonlinear time fractional two-term mixed sub-diffusion and diffusion wave equations.A two-grid algorithm is proposed for solving the nonlinear system,which consists of two steps:a nonlinear FE system is solved on a coarse grid,then the linearized FE system is solved on the fine grid by Newton iteration based on the coarse solution.The fully discrete numerical approximation is analyzed,where the Galerkin finite element method for the space derivatives and the finite difference scheme for the time Caputo derivative with orderα∈(1,2)andα1∈(0,1).Numerical stability and optimal error estimate O(h^(r+1)+H^(2r+2)+τ^(min{3−α,2−α1}))in L^(2)-norm are presented for two-grid scheme,where t,H and h are the time step size,coarse grid mesh size and fine grid mesh size,respectively.Finally,numerical experiments are provided to confirm our theoretical results and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Objective:The number of immediate breast reconstruction(IBR)procedures has been increasing in China.This study aimed to investigate the oncological safety of IBR,and to compare the survival and surgical outcomes between implant-based and autologous reconstruction.Methods:Data from patients diagnosed with invasive breast cancer who underwent immediate total breast reconstruction between 2001 and 2016 were retrospectively reviewed.Long-term breast cancer-specific survival(BCSS),disease-free survival(DFS),and locoregional recurrence-free survival(LRFS)were evaluated.Patient satisfaction with the breast was compared between the implantbased and autologous groups.BCSS,DFS,and LRFS were compared between groups after propensity score matching(PSM).Results:A total of 784 IBR procedures were identified,of which 584 were performed on patients with invasive breast cancer(implantbased,n=288;autologous,n=296).With a median follow-up of 71.3 months,the 10-year estimates of BCSS,DFS,and LRFS were 88.9%[95%confidence interval(CI)(85.1%–93.0%)],79.6%[95%CI(74.7%–84.8%)],and 94.0%[95%CI(90.3%–97.8%)],respectively.A total of 124 patients completed the Breast-Q questionnaire,and no statistically significant differences were noted between groups(P=0.823).After PSM with 27 variables,no statistically significant differences in BCSS,DFS,and LRFS were found between the implant-based(n=177)and autologous(n=177)groups.Further stratification according to staging,histological grade,lymph node status,and lymph-venous invasion status revealed no significant survival differences between groups.Conclusions:Both immediate implant-based and autologous reconstruction were reasonable choices with similar long-term oncological outcomes and patient-reported satisfaction among patients with invasive breast cancer in China.

Carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone(CFRPEEK)possesses a similar elastic modulus to that of human cortical bone and is considered as a promising candidate to replace metallic implants.However,the bioinertness and deficiency of antibacterial activities impede its application in orthopedic and dentistry.In this work,titanium plasma immersion ion implantation(Ti-PⅢ)is applied to modify CFRPEEK,achieving unique multi-hierarchical nanostructures and active sites on the surface.Then,hybrid polydopamine(PDA)@ZnO-EDN1 nanoparticles(NPs)are introduced to construct versatile surfaces with improved osteogenic and angiogenic properties and excellent antibacterial properties.Our study established that the modified CFRPEEK presented favorable stability and cytocompatibility.Compared with bare CFRPEEK,improved osteogenic differentiation of rat mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)and vascularization of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)are found on the functionalized surface due to the zinc ions and EDN1 releasing.In vitro bacteriostasis assay confirms that hybrid PDA@ZnO NPs on the functionalized surface provided an effective antibacterial effect.Moreover,the rat infected model corroborates the enhanced antibiosis and osteointegration of the functionalized CFRPEEK.Our findings indicate that the multilevel nanostructured PDA@ZnO-EDN1 coated CFRPEEK with enhanced antibacterial,angiogenic,and osteogenic capacity has great potential as an orthopedic/dental implant material for clinical application.

AgNbO_(3)based antiferroelectric(AFE)ceramics have large maximum polarization and low remanent polarization,and thus are important candidates for fabricating dielectric capacitors.However,their energy storage performances have been still large difference with those of lead-based AFEs because of their room-temperature ferrielectric(FIE)behavior.In this study,novel La^(3+)and Ta^(5+)co-substituted AgNbO_(3)ceramics are designed and developed.The introduction of La^(3+)and Ta^(5+)decreases the tolerance factor,reduces the polarizability of B-site cations and increases local structure heterogeneity of AgNbO_(3),which enhance AFE phase stability and refine polarization-electric field(PeE)loops.Besides,adding La^(3+)and Ta^(5+)into AgNbO_(3)ceramics causes the decrease of the grain sizes and the increase of the band gap,which contribute to increased Eb.As a consequence,a high recoverable energy density of 6.79 J/cm3 and large efficiency of 82.1%,which exceed those of many recently reported AgNbO_(3)based ceramics in terms of overall energy storage properties,are obtained in(Ag0.88La0.04)(Nb0.96Ta0.04)O_(3)ceramics.Furthermore,the discharge properties of the ceramic with discharge time of 16 ns and power density of 145.03 MW/cm3 outperform those of many lead-free dielectric ceramics.

With important application prospects, eutectic high entropy alloys have received extensive attention for their excellent strength and ductility in a large temperature range. The excellent casting characteristics of eutectic high entropy alloys make it possible to achieve well manufacturability of selective laser melting.For the first time, we have achieved crack-free eutectic high entropy alloy fabricated by selective laser melting, which has excellent mechanical properties in a wide temperature range from -196 ℃ to 760 ℃ due to ultra-fine eutectic lamellar spacing of 150–200 nm and lamellar colony of 2–6 μm. Specifically,the room temperature tensile strength exceeds 1400 MPa and the elongation is more than 20%, which significantly improved compared with those manufactured by other techniques with lower cooling rate.

This work reports a multifunctional nanocarrier based on hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles(HMSNs)for targeting tumor therapy.Doxorubicin(DOX)was loaded into HMSNs and blocked with cytochrome C conjugated lactobionic acid(CytC–LA)via redox-cleavable disulfide bonds and pH-disassociation boronate ester bonds as intermediate linkers.The CytC–LA was used both as sealing agent and targeting motif.A series of characterizations demonstrated the successful construction of the drug delivery system.The system demonstrated pH and redox dual-responsive drug release behavior in vitro.The DOX loading HMSNs system displayed a good biocompatibility,which could be specifically endocytosed by HepG2 cells and led to high cytotoxicity against tumor cells by inducing cell apoptosis.In vivo data(tumor volume,tumor weight,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling and hematoxylin and eosin staining)proved that the system could deliver DOX to tumor site with high efficiency and inhibit tumor growth with minimal toxic side effect.

In order to obtain and master the surface thermal deformation of paraboloid antennas,a fast iterative closest point( FICP) algorithm based on design coordinate guidance is proposed,which can satisfy the demands of rapid detection for surface thermal deformation. Firstly,the basic principle of the ICP algorithm for registration of a free surface is given,and the shortcomings of the ICP algorithm in the registration of surface are analysed,such as its complex computation,long calculation time,low efficiency,and relatively strict initial registration position. Then an improved FICP algorithm based on design coordinate guidance is proposed. Finally,the FICP algorithm is applied to the fast registration test for the surface thermal deformation of a paraboloid antenna. Results indicate that the approach offers better performance with regard to fast surface registration and the algorithm is more simple,efficient,and easily realized in practical engineering application.

The mathematical model of a semiconductor device is governed by a system of quasi-linear partial differential equations.The electric potential equation is approximated by a mixed finite element method,and the concentration equations are approximated by a standard Galerkin method.We estimate the error of the numerical solutions in the sense of the Lqnorm.To linearize the full discrete scheme of the problem,we present an efficient two-grid method based on the idea of Newton iteration.The main procedures are to solve the small scaled nonlinear equations on the coarse grid and then deal with the linear equations on the fine grid.Error estimation for the two-grid solutions is analyzed in detail.It is shown that this method still achieves asymptotically optimal approximations as long as a mesh size satisfies H=O(h^1/2).Numerical experiments are given to illustrate the efficiency of the two-grid method.

Because of its importance in enhancing charge separation and transfer,built-in electric field engineering has been acknowledged as an effective technique for improving photocatalytic performance.Herein,a stable p–n heterojunction of 2D/2D(2D:twodimensional)Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)with a strong built-in electric field is precisely constructed.The Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)heterojunction exhibits a higher visible-light photocatalytic hydrogen(H2)evolution rate than the individual components,which is primarily attributed to the synergy effect of improved light absorption,abundant active sites,short charge transport distance,high separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers.Furthermore,the photoelectrochemical studies and density functional theory(DFT)calculation results demonstrate that the enhanced interfacial charge separation and migration induced by the generated built-in electric field are the critical reasons for the boosted photocatalytic performance.This research might pave the way for the rational design and manufacturing of 2D/2D heterojunction photocatalysts with extremely efficient photocatalytic performance for solar energy conversion.

公共托育服务政策关乎民生福祉,是破解托育难题,纾解群众带娃之忧的重大举措。从制度变迁的视角讨论我国公共托育服务政策演变的逻辑理路,分析我国公共托育服务政策存在的现实困境很有必要。研究表明,政策定位不清晰、协同机制不科学、政策体系不完善、配套措施不健全是我国公共托育服务政策体系面临的主要困境。在政策重塑过程中,要坚持以普惠优先为价值遵循、以政府主导为根本保障、以多元主体为发展方向、以制度创新为关键动力的基本原则。要明确托育服务的基本属性,优化管理体制机制;应探索多元模式,加大政策扶持;同时,落实监管责任,强化托育服务人才支撑。
