Among the various treatment methods for stroke, increasing attention has been paid to tradi- tional Chinese medicines. Buyang huanwu decoction is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of stroke. This paper summarizes the active components of the Chinese herb, which is composed of huangqi （Radix Astragali seu Hedysari）, Danggui （Radix Angelica sinensis）, Chishao （Radix Paeoniae Rubra）, Chuanxiong （Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanx- iong）, Honghua （Flos Carthami）, Taoren （Semen Persicae） and Dilong （Pheretima）, and identifies the therapeutic targets and underlying mechanisms that contribute to the neuroprotective prop- erties of Buyang huanwu decoction.

Phaeocystis globosa is an important harmful algal bloom causative species distributing widely in temperate and tropical coastal waters in the *** morphological,physiological,and biochemical characteristics are different among geographic strains,which can not be distinguished with nuclear ribosomal DNA markers at ***,the genetic distance and phylogeographic relationships of nuclear 28S rDNA D1–D2 and ITS regions,and three chloroplast intergenic spacers(petN-trnS1,trnM1-psbA,and rbcS-rpl27)were analyzed and compared among 13 strains of *** isolated from the Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean in this *** addition,the nucleotide polymorphisms of 28S rDNA D1–D2,ITS,and rbcS-rpl27 regions were evaluated in two *** *** various levels of nucleotide polymorphism were in the nuclear 28S rDNA D1–D2 region and ITS region,but no polymorphism was in the chloroplast rbcS-rpl27 intergenic spacer.A reasonable intraspecific phylogeographic relationship was presented by rbcS-rpl27 intergenic spacer,which had the strongest distinction to geographic strains compared to those of 28S rDNA D1–D2 and ITS *** the phylogenetic tree of rbcS-rpl27 intergenic spacer,the two strains from the North Sea of the Atlantic Ocean were divided firstly from the species of ***,and then formed an independent clade,while the other Atlantic strains and all of Pacific strains joined up to build the other *** was implied that at least two genetically distant populations of *** existed in the Atlantic coastal *** study provided a high-resolution chloroplast marker to analyze intraspecific phylogeographic populations of ***,and preliminarily clarified the genetic relationships of the Pacific and Atlantic strains of ***.

A series ofN-（furan-2-ylmethyl）-lH-indole-3-carboxamide derivatives（6a--6p） was designed and synthe- sized for developing novel indole scaffolds as anticancer agents targeting the epidemal growth factor receptor （EGFR）, and the cytotoxic activities of the target compounds were evaluated against three EGFR high-expressed cancer cell lines[human lung adenocarcinoma cell line（A549）, Henrietta Lacks strain of cancer cell line（HeLa） and human colorectal cancer cell line（SW480）], one EGFR low-expressed cell line（human liver cancer cell line, HepG2） and one human liver normal cell line（HL7702） using 3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay, Some target compounds exhibited potent anficancer activities against A549, HeLa, SW480 and weak activities on HepG2, which signifies that the target compounds are likely to be EGFR inhibitors as expected. And they showed weak cytotoxic effects on HL7702, which implies the target compounds are probably to be of low toxicity against normal cells. Among them, the target compound 1-ethyl-N-（fttran-2-ylmethyl）-5-{2-{ [2-（2-methoxy- phenoxy）ethyl]amino}-2-oxoethoxy}-2-methyl-1H-indole-3-carboxamide（6p） with 2-{[2-（2-methoxyphenoxy）ethyl]- amino}-2-oxoethoxy group at the C5 position of the N-（furan-2-ylmethyl）-lH-indole-3-carboxamide scaffold exhibited the most potent anticancer activity. Also the binding interaction of the target compound 6p with EGFR was explored by molecular docking. Conclusively, the novel indole scaffold may be beneficial to investigate new anticancer agents for targeting the EGFR.

A Landscape Pattern Analysis Method Based on Boundaries and Nodes:A Case Study in Upper Minjiang River,China

Traditionally,patch-based analysis at the landscape scale fragmentation has been used in the study of landscape ecology while the study of boundary and node has not been considered as much detail until *** study investigated the possibility of applying boundary-and node-based methods in landscape pattern analysis to the upper reaches of the Minjiang River in the southwestern ***-based and node-based landscape indices were selected to be used in analyzing changes in landscape patterns,and the results were compared with analysis using traditional pattern *** compared the responses of patch-area-based,boundary-length-based and node-number-based indices,and concluded that boundary-based and node-based indices are more sensitive to disturbance than patch-based indices with various patterns,and node-based indices are even more sensitive than boundary-based ***,the results suggest that boundary-based and node-based pattern analysis methods provide helpful supplementary information to traditional patch-based pattern analysis *** results about pattern dynamics of landscapes in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River based on boundaries and nodes showed that with human disturbance,the dominance of forest landscape was weakened by other landscape types;thus the landscape pattern of the study area became more homogeneous and the boundary network became more *** changes further augmented disturbance interfaces in the landscape and increased the possibilities of further landscape fragmentation.

Gas breakthrough pressure is a key parameter to evaluate the sealing capacity of caprock,and it also plays important roles in safety and capacity of CO_(2)geological *** on the published experimental results,we present numerical simulations on CO_(2)breakthrough pressure in unsaturated low-permeability rock under 9 multiple P-T conditions(which can keep CO_(2)in gaseous,liquid and supercritical states)and thus,a numerical method which can be used to accurately predict CO_(2)breakthrough pressure on rock-core scale is *** simulation results show that CO_(2)breakthrough pressure and breakthrough time are exponential correlated with P-T ***,pressure has stronger effects on experimental results than that of ***,we performed sensitivity studies on the pore distribution indexλ(0.6,0.7,0.8,and 0.9)in van Genuchten-Muale *** show that with the increase ofλ,CO_(2)breakthrough pressure and breakthrough time both show decreasing *** other words,the larger the value ofλis,the better the permeability of the caprock is,and the worse the CO_(2)sealing capacity *** numerical method established in this study can provide an important reference for the prediction of gas breakthrough pressure on rock-core scale and for related numerical studies.

目的分析急性腔隙性脑梗死后进展性脑微出血（CMBs）的临床特征以及与肾功能减退的相关性.方法选取首发急性腔隙性脑梗死患者265例,入院24 h内测定血肌酐水平并计算肾小球滤过率估计值（eGFR）,于入院2 d内、1年后随访分别行头颅MRI检查,以CMBs解剖评估量表（MARS）评定进展性CMBs,并将患者分为进展性CMBs组（进展组,42例）和未进展性CMBs组（未进展组,223例）,对比两组的临床特征并统计分析进展性CMBs与肾功能减退的相关性.结果进展组年龄、入院时24 h脉压及肾功能减退和CMBs发生率均显著高于未进展组[（69.8±5.8）岁比（61.5±4.9）岁、（63.3±3.1）mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）比（51.8±4.2）mmHg、69.0％（29/42）比39.9％（89/223）和57.1％（24/42）比25.1％（56/223）],而血小板明显低于未进展组[（168±35）×109/L比（189±40）×109/L],差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或〈0.01）.二分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,肾功能减退和CMBs是进展性CMBs的独立危险因素（OR=1.571和1.054,95％CI 1.042～2.493和1.010～1.142,P〈0.05）.结论急性腔隙性脑梗死后进展性CMBs患者的肾功能减退比例升高,且进展性CMBs与肾功能减退有相关性.

在开颅手术中，磨削作为传统精密加工方法可以实现骨组织的高效切除。针对过大的磨削力容易造成骨裂纹、骨组织损伤这一问题，基于普通磨削与超声振动辅助磨削运动学方程，建立皮质骨超声振动辅助磨削有限元仿真模型，结合试验结果获得磨削参数和超声振动参数与磨削力的二次回归预测模型，研究磨削速度、磨削深度和超声振幅对磨削力的影响。结果表明：磨削力随着磨削速度与磨削深度的增加而增加；在选取的超声振幅范围内，随着超声振幅的增加，磨削力先减小后略有增大；合理地选择磨削参数可以有效降低磨削力。
