This study is based on the sedimentation conditions, organic geochemistry, storage spaces, physical properties, lithology and gas content of the shale gas reservoirs in Longmaxi Formation of the Jiaoshiba area and the gas accumulation mode is summarized and then compared with that in northern America. The shale gas reservoirs in the Longmaxi Formation in Jiaoshiba have good geological conditions, great thickness of quality shales, high organic content, high gas content, good physical properties, suitable depth, good preservation conditions and good reservoir types. The quality shales at the bottom of the deep shelf are the main target interval for shale gas exploration and development. Shale gas in the Longmaxi Formation has undergone three main reservoiring stages：the early stage of hydrocarbon generation and compaction when shale gas reservoirs were first formed; the middle stage of deep burial and large-scale hydrocarbon generation, which caused the enrichment of reservoirs with shale gas; the late stage of uplift, erosion and fracture development when shale gas reservoirs were finally formed.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary ratios of n-6：n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids （PUFA） on the performance of lactating sows and their piglets. Thirty pregnant Landrace sows were assigned to one of three treatments from d 108 of gestation until weaning （26-29 d） and were fed diets containing different ratios of n-6：n-3 PUFA including 3：1,9：1 and 13：1. The effects on sow and litter production traits were examined together with an assessment of sow body condition. No differences were detected among the treatments for the daily feed intake of sows or changes in sow weight and back-fat levels during lactation （P 〉 0.05）. Litter size at d 14 and d 21 were tended to increase in 3：1 treatment compared with 9：1 and 13：1 treatments （P 〈 0.10）. Litter weight gain （1.77 kg/d） from d 0 to d 14 was tended to increase in 9：1 groups compared with the other two treatments （P 〈 0.10）. A significant difference was observed for the content of a -linolenic acid, total n-3 PUFA, and the ratio of n-6：n-3 PUFA in the colostrum, milk, and piglets plasma （P 〈 0.01）. The effects of different ratios of n-6：n-3 PUFA in sow diets on colostrum, milk and piglet plasma immunoglobulin concentrations are studied. No difference was observed among treatments in the concentrations of IgM, and IgA in colostrum （P 〉 0.05）. A great significant difference for IgG concentration was observed among 3 group in colostrum. A great significant difference for IgA, and IgM （P〈 0.01） concentrations in piglet plasma at d14 and a significant difference for IgG（P 〈 0.05） was observed at d14. Furthermore, at d 21 of lactation, piglet plasma IgG and IgA concentration were greater in 3：1 compared with 13：1 group （P 〈 0.01）. In summary, the current study demonstrated that altering the ratio of n-6：n-3 PUFA in lactating sow diet had an effect on the immune component including immunoglobulin and cytokines, and it tended to increase the litter average daily gain and improve the immune status o

Objective:To investigate whether acupoint penetration acupuncture(APA)could regulate chondrocyte autophagy and apoptosis via the PI3K/Akt-mTOR signaling pathway to reduce cartilage degeneration in knee osteoarthritis(KOA)***: KOA was induced in rats via intra-articular injection of sodium iodoacetate *** male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to blank control,model,APA,electro-acupuncture(EA),and sham model groups(n=8)and those in the APA and EA groups received their respective *** completion of the treatment course,histological examinations of cartilage and muscle were *** of apoptosis-and autophagy-related factors,including Bax,Bcl-2,mTOR,ULK-1,and Beclin-1 protein,and mRNAs were ***,β-endorphin(β-EP)concentrations in the brain and serum were ***: Histological analysis revealed that APA alleviated cartilage and muscle damage compared with the model *** inhibited cartilage degeneration by modulating the expression of apoptosis-and autophagy-related proteins and mRNA,thus preventing chondrocyte *** the APA group,Bax and mTOR protein levels were significantly lower than those in the model group(both P=.024).Conversely,the Bcl-2 expression level was significantly higher than that in the EA group(P=.035).Additionally,ULK-1 expression was significantly lower than that in the EA group(P=.045).The mRNA level of Bax was significantly higher than that in the blank control group(P<.001).However,Beclin-1 levels were significantly higher than those in both the model and EA groups(both P<.001).ELISA results showed a significant decrease in the concentration ofβ-EP in the brains of the rats in the APA group compared with those in the model group(P=.032).Conclusions: APA reduced osteoarthritis-related pain and alleviated cartilage damage by upregulating chondrocyte autophagy and down-regulating apoptosis via signaling pathways involving PI3K/Akt-mTOR in KOA rats.

Microscopic phase field simulation is performed to study antisite defect type and temporal evolution characteristic of D022-Ni3V structure in Ni75AlxV25-x ternary *** result demonstrates that two types of antisite defect VNi and NiV coexist in D022 structure;however,the amount of NiV is far greater than VNi;when precipitates transform from D022 singe phase to two phases mixture of D022 and L12 with enhanced Al:V ratio,the amount of VNi has no evident response to the secondary L12 phase,while NiV exhibits a definitely contrary variation tendency:NiV rises without L12 structure precipitating from matrix but declines with it;temporal evolution characteristic and temperature dependent antisite defect VNi,NiV are also studied in this paper:The concentrations of the both defects decline from high antistructure state to equilibrium level with elapsed time but rise with elevated temperature;the ternary alloying element aluminium atom occupies both α and β sublattices of D022 structure with a strong site preference of substituting α site.

Genetic control of the timing of flowering in woody plants is complex and has yet to be adequately investigated due to their long life-cycle and difficulties in genetic *** in Populus,one of the best woody plant models,have revealed a highly conserved genetic network for flowering timing in ***,traits like continuous flowering cannot be addressed with *** and strawberries have relatively small,diploid genomes and feature enormous natural *** the development of new genetic populations and genomic tools,roses and strawberries have become good models for studying the molecular mechanisms underpinning the regulation of flowering in woody ***,we review findings on the molecular and genetic factors controlling continuous flowering in roses and woodland *** variation at TFL1 orthologous genes in both roses and strawberries seems be the key plausible factor that regulates continuous ***,recent efforts suggest that a two-recessive-loci model may explain the controlling of continuous flowering in *** propose that epigenetic factors,including non-coding RNAs or chromatin-related factors,might also play a *** into the genetic control of flowering time variation in roses should benefit the development of new germplasm for woody crops and shed light on the molecular genetic bases for the production and maintenance of plant biodiversity.

Using object mathematical model of traditional control theory can not solve the forecasting problem of the chemical components of sintered *** order to control complicated chemical components in the manufacturing process of sintered ore,some key techniques for intelligent forecasting of the chemical components of sintered ore are studied in this paper.A new intelligent forecasting system based on SVM is proposed and *** results show that the accuracy of predictive value of every component is more than 90%.The application of our system in related companies is for more than one year and has shown satisfactory results.

Technologies in Discovery and Exploration of Fuling Shale Gas Field, China

ThO (thoria) is an important semiconductor, optical material, and mineral. It has Fm3m phase at normal pressure, and it transforms to the Pnma phase under high pressure. The electronic and optical properties of ThO are important and urgent to study for its applications. Since the exhaustive optical properties of ThO are scarce, we used the GGA+U method to calculate the electronic and optical properties of ThO at normal pressure as well as under high pressure in detail. Our calculated band gap of Fm3m phase increases with increasing pressure, while that of the Pnma phase nearly keeps constant. A blue shift in optical properties is found with increasing pressure.

Marine shale gas in South China is widely distributed and demonstrates an enriched resource. Compared with the North American commercial shale gas field, the shale formation in South China is featured by old age, multiple stages tectonic movements, and high thermal evolution degree and complex reservoir forming conditions. As a result, the existing theories and technical methods of exploration in North America cannot be simply applied to South China. Since 2007, based on the in-depth study on a large quantity of analytical test data, we have conducted the theory and technology research for the southern marine shale gas, found Wufeng-Longmaxi Group deep water shelf high-quality shale gas critical parameters coupling laws, proposed the “Binary Enrichment” theory for highly evolved marine shale gas in southern complex tectonic zone, and established a zone selection and evaluation criteria, which are based on the quality of shale, for the key of preservation condition, and for the purpose of economy. Taking this as a guide, we selected Longmaxi formation Lower Silurian of Fuling area in southeastern Sichuan Province as the preferred breakthrough field for the shale gas exploration. The Jiaoye 1 well has the daily gas production of 20.3 × 104 m3, which embarked the found of China’s first large-scale business development gas field, the Fuling shale gas field. And we submit the first domestic shale gas proven reserves of 1067.5 × 108 m3. The Fuling shale gas reservoirs are deep water shelf marine high-quality shale, with favorable thickness and even distribution, without dissection in the middle. They are typical self-generation and self-storage shale gas reservoirs. The gas fields have high production gas well;high pressure gas reservoir, good gas components and good exploit results, and there for the Fuling shale gas field is characterized by mid-depth, high pressure, high reservoir pressure, and high quality gas accumulation.
