Cobalt selenide（CoSe2） emerges as a highly promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries（LIBs） owing to its high theoretical capacity and cost-effectiveness. Despite these merits, its practical utilization faces challenges stemming from substantial volume fluctuations and limited electronic conductivity. To tackle these issues, a plumbranch-like structure of CoSe2@N-doped carbon that embedded in one-dimensional N-doped carbon fibers（CoSe2@NC/CFs）, is successfully synthesized through an in-situ confinement method. Well-defined CoSe2@NC nanoparticles, featuring diameters between 20～30 nm, are uniformly dispersed on both the inner and outer surfaces of the carbon fibers. The distinctive architecture of CoSe2@NC/CFs ensures an increased number of active sites, elevated electronic conductivity, alleviated volume expansion, and accelerated reaction kinetics.Consequently, the CoSe2@NC/CFs exhibits remarkable cycling performance and exceptional rate capability.Operating at a current density of 1000 mA g-1, the CoSe2@NC/CFs anode sustains a capacity of 664 mA h g-1with no obvious capacity decay over 500 cycles. Even at a high current density of 5000 mA g-1, it maintains a capacity of 445 mA h g-1with a mere 0.02 % capacity decay per cycle. This study introduces a novel approach to anode material design, showcasing significant advancements in lithium-ion battery technology.

Scutellarin(SCU)is a herbal flavonoid glucuronide with multiple pharmacological activities,including antioxidant,anti-inflammation,vascular relaxation,anti-platelet,and myocardial protection.However,the effect of SCU on complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA)-induced rheumatoid arthritis(RA)had not been studied.In this study,we investigated the beneficial effects of SCU in the CFA-induced RA mice model and the anti-arthritic activity was evaluated by paw edema.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was carried out to evaluate the plasma levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgE,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL),and osteoprotegerin(OPG).Histological slides were prepared from the harvested paws of mice to determine the pathological changes in the joints.The proportions of T helper type 1(Th1)and T helper type 2(Th2)cells of CD4+T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry.The expression of Kelch-like ECHassociated protein 1(Keap1),nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)was analyzed using real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)and western blotting assays.The present study demonstrated that SCU prevented CFA-induced RA,and inhibited the expression of inflammation factors,IgG,IgE,TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6.While SCU also reduced the RANKL level,it increased OPG expression in RA mice.The Th1/Th2 ratio was significantly lower in mice treated with SCU.Additionally,HO-1 expression was reduced while the expression of Keap1 and Nrf2 was elevated following SCU treatment.Results provide preliminary evidence to employ SCU in arthritis treatment which might be related to the regulation of Th1/Th2 balance and the Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 pathway.

The cell membrane structure is closely related to the occurrence and progression of many metabolic bone diseases observed in the clinic and is an important target to the development of therapeutic strategies for these diseases.Strong experimental evidence supports the existence of membrane microdomains in osteoclasts(OCs).However,the potential membrane microdomains and the crucial mechanisms underlying their roles in OCs have not been fully characterized.Membrane microdomain components,such as scaffolding proteins and the actin cytoskeleton,as well as the roles of individual membrane proteins,need to be elucidated.In this review,we discuss the compositions and critical functions of membrane microdomains that determine the biological behavior of OCs through the three main stages of the OC life cycle.

Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration and epidermal hyperplasia.However,the regulatory complexity of cytokine and cellular networks still needs to be investigated.Here,we show that the expression of FXYD3,a member of the FXYD domain-containing regulators of Na+/K+ATPases family,is significantly increased in the lesional skin of psoriasis patients and mice with imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis.IL-17A,a cytokine important for the development of psoriatic lesions,contributes to FXYD3 expression in human primary keratinocytes.FXYD3 deletion in keratinocytes attenuated the psoriasis-like phenotype and inflammation in an IMQ-induced psoriasis model.Importantly,FXYD3 promotes the formation of the IL-17R-ACT1 complex by competing with IL-17R for binding to TRAF3 and then enhances IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes.This promotes the activation of the NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways and leads to the expression of proinflammatory factors.Our results clarify the mechanism by which FXYD3 serves as a mediator of IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes to form a positive regulatory loop to promote psoriasis exacerbation.Targeting FXYD3 may serve as a potential therapeutic approach in the treatment of psoriasis.

Thromboembolism is the leading cause of cardiovascular mortality.Currently,for the lack of targeting,short half-life,low bioavailability and high bleeding risk of the classical thrombolytic drugs,pharmacological thrombolysis is usually a slow process based on micro-pumping.In addition,frequently monitoring and regulating coagulation functions are also required during(and after)the process of thrombolysis.To address these issues,a targeted thrombolytic and anticoagulation nanoplatform(UCATS-UK)is developed based on upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)that can convert 808 or 980 nm near-infrared(NIR)light into UV/blue light.This nanoplatform can target and enrich in the thrombus site.Synergistic thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy thus could be realized through the controlled release of urokinase(UK)and nitric oxide(NO).Both in vitro and in vivo experiments have confirmed the excellent thrombolytic and anticoagulative capabilities of this multifunctional nanoplatform.Combined with the unique fluorescent imaging capability of UCNPs,this work is expected to contribute to the development of clinical thrombolysis therapy towards an integrated system of imaging,diagnosis and treatment.

Highly Durable and Fast Response Fabric Strain Sensor for Movement Monitoring Under Extreme Conditions

The exploration of smart electronic textiles is a common goal to improve people’s quality of life.However,current smart e-textiles still face challenges such as being prone to failure under humid or cold conditions,lack of washing durability and chemical fragility.Herein,a multifunctional strain sensor with a negative resistance change was developed based on the excellent elasticity of knitted fabrics.A reduced graphene oxide(rGO)conductive fabric was first obtained by electrostatic self-assembly of chitosan(CS).Then a strain sensor was prepared using a dip-coating process to adsorb nanoscale silica dioxide and poly(dimethylsiloxane)(PDMS).A broad working range of 60%,a fast response time(22 ms)and stable cycling durability over 4000 cycles were simultaneously achieved using the prepared sensor.Furthermore,the sensor showed excel-lent superhydrophobicity,photothermal effects and UV protection,as graphene,silica and PDMS acted in synergy.This multifunctional sensor could be mounted on human joints to perform tasks,including activity monitoring,medical rehabili-tation evaluation and gesture recognition,due to its superior electromechanical capabilities.Based on its multiple superior properties,this sensor could be used as winter sportswear for athletes to track their actions without being impacted by water and as a warmer to ensure the wearer's comfort.

Vascular abnormality is a hallmark of most solid tumors and facilitates immune evasion.Targeting the abnormal metabolism of tumor endothelial cells(TECs)may provide an opportunity to improve the outcome of immunotherapy.Here,in comparison to vascular endothelial cells from adjacent peritumoral tissues in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC),TECs presented enhanced glycolysis with higher glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH)expression.Then an unbiased screening identified that osimertinib could modify the GAPDH and thus inhibit its activity in TECs.Low-dose osimertinib treatment caused tumor regression with vascular normalization and increased infiltration of immune effector cells in tumor,which was due to the reduced secretion of lactate from TECs by osimertinib through the inhibition of GAPDH.Moreover,osimertinib and anti-PD-1 blockade synergistically retarded tumor growth.This study provides a potential strategy to enhance immunotherapy by targeting the abnormal metabolism of TECs.

传统高速100 G激光器一般采用长方形可伐合金壳体即BOX封装,成本较高;新兴的单波100 G激光器逐步采用同轴封装,在物料成本上可降低约50%,但由于同轴封装内部集成制冷器和使用单透镜方案,因此在光路控制方面存在公差和不确定性,导致激光器外形尺寸结构的差异,在后期光模块的装配中存在匹配问题,且不良率较高,批量生产控制成本较高。本研究通过理论分析和ZMAX仿真,分析了激光器长度与偏位容差的关系,讨论了耦合效率与激光器长度和偏位容差的变化趋势与控制方法;在理论分析和仿真结果的基础上,对激光器封装进行了实验验证;提出激光器长度和偏位容差的控制方法及解决方案,对实际批量生产中提高激光器耦合效率、降低成本、提高生产效率具有指导意义。

The synthesis of carbazoles based on the electrochemical Pd-catalyzed intramolecular C-H amination of 2-amidobiaryls through oxidative cross coupling has been achieved under mild reaction conditions.The reaction can be carried out in undivided cell without the addition of external chemical oxidant.Besides good functional group compatibility,the desired carbazoles can be scaled up and modified easily.Compared with previous methods,this protocol affords a simple and sustainable avenue for the construction of car-bazoles.

为解决传统传感器柔性差、制备成本高等问题,以涤纶包氨纶纱为基材,通过聚多巴胺修饰和聚吡咯的原位冷冻界面聚合制备了具有快速响应、稳定的电力学性能和循环耐用传感性能的柔性纱线应变传感器。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪对导电纱的微观形貌和化学结构进行表征,探究了不同拉伸应变下导电纱的电阻变化性能。结果显示:在吡咯单体与三氯化铁的量比为1的最佳配比下,在不同的拉伸范围、拉伸速度下,纱线传感器电阻变化稳定,拉伸形变小于6%时,灵敏度达4.039;在10%应变下,响应时间为166.67 ms;此外,纱线循环拉伸1000次后仍具有优异的稳定性。导电纱可通过编织、针织或刺绣等方式与织物相结合,实时监测人体关节活动,广泛应用于人体运动识别和远程医疗服务等领域。
