A mild, configurable, flexible CoNi-LDH（v）/Zn battery based on H-vacancy-induced reversible Zn2+ intercalation

Flexible Zn-based batteries have attracted increasing research interest as essential components of wearable energy storage ***,the advancement of flexible aqueous Zn-based batteries based on Co-Ni layered double hydroxide （CoNi-LDH） as the cathode material is hampered by their poor cycling stability and the corrosiveness of alkaline ***,CoNi-LDH nanosheets enriched with H vacancies (CoNi-LDH（v）) were constructed on a flexible carbon cloth （CC） substrate via electrochemical deposition and *** Zn-based battery comprising CoNi-LDH（v）@CC as the cathode exhibited highly reversible conversion reactions and stable operation in 3 M ZnSO4electrolyte （pH=4）.The battery delivered an excellent specific capacity (225 mA h g-1,0.26 mA h cm-2),acceptable cycling stability（53.9%,900 cycles）,and high discharging *** abundant H vacancies served as active sites for the reversible intercalation of Zn2+and the extravasation of NO3-generated channels and space for Zn2+transport and storage,together enabling an excellent Zn2+storage ***,a sandwich-structured solid-state CoNi-LDH（v）@CC//Zn@CC battery was fabricated and was found to exhibit a noteworthy electrochemical performance and mechanical *** a proof of concept,the unencapsulated battery powered a digital watch under various deformation conditions and operated stably for 80 ***,the flexible battery displayed outstanding customizability,maintaining an open-circuit voltage of 1.42 V even after being cut *** proposed engineering strategy contributes to the realization of textiles with truly wearable energy-storage devices.

Dual-ligand chiral MOFs exhibiting circularly polarized room temperature phosphorescence for anti-counterfeiting

Advanced chiral optical materials exhibiting circularly polarized room-temperature phosphorescence（CPRTP） possess significant research value. This study facilitates the synthesis of chiral metal-organic frameworks（CMOFs） with good CPRTP performance by implementing a dual-ligand strategy. By self-assembling the luminescent ligand H2BIIM with the chiral ligands L-or D-H2IDPA in the presence of Zn（II） ions, two robust three-dimensional（3D） CMOFs were successfully constructed. These complexes demonstrated intense fluorescence and exhibited prolonged yellow room-temperature phosphorescence（RTP） with a duration of up to 6 s. Notably, they exhibited both circularly polarized fluorescence(glum= ±7.57 × 10-3) and CPRTP(glum=±2.68 × 10-3). These unique properties were effectively utilized in the creation of multi-color anti-counterfeiting patterns,underscoring their promising potential for a wide range of applications.

Discussion on the Cross- cultural Communication Barriers and Improvement

Along with the arrival of the economic globalization,the people with different cultural backgrounds communicate with each other more and more frequently. From the superficial level,barriers are not caused by the cultural differences to the communication between people. In fact,there are many in-depth barriers in the cross-cultural communication,and these barriers have hindered the essence of the communication to be deeply recognized,so that the understanding between different cultures is impeded. In this paper,the barriers in the cross-culturalcommunication are concluded based on reading a vast amount of data and also the causes for these barriers are explored,and then the strategies for enhancing the cross-cultural communication are summarized on the basis of a meticulous analysis.

Scutellarin alleviates complete freund’s adjuvant-induced rheumatoid arthritis in mice by regulating the Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 pathway

Scutellarin(SCU)is a herbal flavonoid glucuronide with multiple pharmacological activities,including antioxidant,anti-inflammation,vascular relaxation,anti-platelet,and myocardial ***,the effect of SCU on complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA)-induced rheumatoid arthritis(RA)had not been *** this study,we investigated the beneficial effects of SCU in the CFA-induced RA mice model and the anti-arthritic activity was evaluated by paw ***-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was carried out to evaluate the plasma levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgE,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL),and osteoprotegerin(OPG).Histological slides were prepared from the harvested paws of mice to determine the pathological changes in the *** proportions of T helper type 1(Th1)and T helper type 2(Th2)cells of CD4+T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow *** expression of Kelch-like ECHassociated protein 1(Keap1),nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)was analyzed using real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)and western blotting *** present study demonstrated that SCU prevented CFA-induced RA,and inhibited the expression of inflammation factors,IgG,IgE,TNF-α,IL-1β,and *** SCU also reduced the RANKL level,it increased OPG expression in RA *** Th1/Th2 ratio was significantly lower in mice treated with ***,HO-1 expression was reduced while the expression of Keap1 and Nrf2 was elevated following SCU *** provide preliminary evidence to employ SCU in arthritis treatment which might be related to the regulation of Th1/Th2 balance and the Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 pathway.

Rare-earth coordination polymers (RECPs), as a family member of coordination polymers (CPs), have been prepared and studied widely. Thanks to their characteristic properties and functions, RECPs have already been used in various application fields ranging from catalysis to drug delivery. In recent years, CPs with tunable morphologies and sizes have drawn increasing interest and attractive attention. This review presents the recent research progress of RECP micro/nanomaterials, and emphasizes the preparation, properties and broad applications of these fascinating materials.

Density Function Theory Study on the Reaction Mechanism of Cerium with Oxygen for Ce-bearing Aerosol Particle Formation

We obtained the reaction mechanism of cerium with oxygen by means of density functional theory (DFT) under the explosive or detonation situation. The energy level order of cerium was calculated and the potential energy profile was plotted. The properties of the bonds of all special structures in the reaction path were analyzed using the method of the electron localization function (ELF). The results indicate that the final reaction pathway can be expressed as Ce+O2→ FC→TS→IM→O-Ce-O, and the formation of Ce2O3 has not been found. In addition, the ELF diagram of the final product CeO2 shows that Ce bonds with both O atoms and the bond angles increase significantly.

FACLSTM:ConvLSTM with focused attention for scene text recognition

Scene text recognition has recently been widely treated as a sequence-to-sequence prediction problem, where traditional fully-connected-LSTM(FC-LSTM) has played a critical role. Owing to the limitation of FC-LSTM, existing methods have to convert 2-D feature maps into 1-D sequential feature vectors, resulting in severe damages of the valuable spatial and structural information of text images. In this paper, we argue that scene text recognition is essentially a spatiotemporal prediction problem for its2-D image inputs, and propose a convolution LSTM(Conv LSTM)-based scene text recognizer, namely,FACLSTM, i.e., focused attention Conv LSTM, where the spatial correlation of pixels is fully leveraged when performing sequential prediction with LSTM. Particularly, the attention mechanism is properly incorporated into an efficient Conv LSTM structure via the convolutional operations and additional character center masks are generated to help focus attention on right feature areas. The experimental results on benchmark datasets IIIT5 K, SVT and CUTE demonstrate that our proposed FACLSTM performs competitively on the regular,low-resolution and noisy text images, and outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches on the curved text images with large margins.

Microwave-promoted Synthesis of Novel Fused Osthole Analogues

Osthole is a natural coumarin derivative and has a broad scope of biological activities. Two series of novel fused osthole analogues were designed, and synthesized through a highly efficient microwave-promoted synthetic proto- col via the reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarins and fl-ketoesters. The reaction conditions including solvent, catalyst, microwave power and irradiation time were also optimized. The pyrano[3,2-c]chromene-2,5-diones and furo[3,2-c]- coumarins were obtained through two distinct intramolecular cyclization processes, and the proposed mechanism was also discussed.

Design method and experiment of machinery for combined application of seed,fertilizer and herbicide

This study aimed to resolve the problems of full wheat straw returning to the field,which might readily cause stalk obstruction,poor sowing quality,and serious weeds at the seedling stage,affecting the growth of *** on the idea of“simultaneous seeding and spraying,closed weeding”,this paper presented a design method for designing a corn seed-fertilizer-herbicide simultaneous operation machine,which focuses on the design of vertical active straw-removing anti-blocking device mechanism,design of nozzle key parameters,nozzle selection,seeding monomer analysis and spatial layout design of seed-fertilizer-herbicide *** addition,the interrelated formulas were deduced and machine design and field experiment were *** experiment results showed that the average variation coefficient of spray uniformity of machines was 17.70%.The post-experiment weed amount was 8.9%,which was lower than that before sowing,8.5%lower than that before artificially closed weeding,and 14.3%lower than that in unenclosed weeding ***,the weeds were less in the working area of the machine,and the growth of corn was *** with manual closed weeding,the average plant height uniformity and average stem diameter uniformity increased by 4.4%and 5.1%,*** with unclosed weeding,the average plant height uniformity and average stem diameter uniformity increased by 18.3%and 10.8%,***,the rationality of the design method proposed in this paper was validated,and these can lay a foundation for the research and development of the same type of machine.
