High-dimensional entanglement is of great importance in quantum communications and can be realized by encoding information on multiple degrees of freedom(Do Fs)of the ***,the realization of such high-dimensional entanglement involves different combinations of bulky optical *** this work,we present the use of a single dielectric metasurface to generate high-dimensional entanglement by modulating multi-Do Fs of *** sending one of the polarization-entangled photons to interact with the metasurface,we encode path,spin angular momentum,and orbital angular momentum information to the original *** achieve a four-qubit quantum state in the *** verify it,we experimentally demonstrate the nonlocal correlations between the two photons by recording the correlated images,and we also perform a quantum state tomography *** scheme can be applied to on-chip quantum state manipulation,which is promising in quantum communication with integrated components.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attainline and 360.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

Searching for the neutrinoless double beta decay(NLDBD)is now regarded as the topmost promising technique to explore the nature of neutrinos after the discovery of neutrino masses in oscillation *** X-III(particle and astrophysical xenon experiment III)will search for the NLDBD of136Xe at the China Jin Ping Underground Laboratory(CJPL).In the first phase of the experiment,a high pressure gas Time Projection Chamber(TPC)will contain 200 kg,90%136Xe enriched gas operated at10 *** pitch micro-pattern gas detector(Microbulk Micromegas)will be used at both ends of the TPC for the charge readout with a cathode in the *** signals can be used to reconstruct the electron tracks of the NLDBD events and provide good energy and spatial *** detector will be immersed in a large water tank to ensure～5 m of water shielding in all *** second phase,a ton-scale experiment,will consist of five TPCs in the same water tank,with improved energy resolution and better control over backgrounds.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

目的探讨持续不卧床腹膜透析(continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis,CAPD)患者中不同的血压表型与左心室肥厚的患病率之间的关系及对左心室心肌重构的影响。方法选择127例CAPD患者,根据诊室测量的肱动脉血压将患者分为4组:正常血压组(46例):收缩压(SBP)lic hypertension,ISH)组(42例):SBP≥140mm Hg且DBPlic/diastolic hypertension,SDH)组(39例):SBP≥140mm Hg且DBP≥90mm Hg;孤立舒张期高血压(isolated diastolichypertension,IDH)组(0例):SBP0.05);SBP、DBP、平均动脉压(MAP)、脉压(PP),SDH组>ISH组>正常血压组(P<0.01),LVM、LVMI在ISH组和SDH组均高于正常血压组(P<0.05);LVH的患病率在ISH组为76.2%,在SDH组为71.8%,均高于正常血压组(50.0%,P<0.05)。LVEF、LVFS,SDH组和ISH组均低于正常血压组(P<0.01)。LVEDD和LVESD在SDH组和ISH组高于正常血压组(P<0.01),E峰在3组间无差异,而A峰在SDH组低于ISH组(P<0.01),E/A在SDH组高于ISH组及正常组(P<0.01);TPR和TPRI在SDH组高于ISH组和正常血压组。多因素logistics回归分析显示,ISH组和SDH组患LVH的风险分别是正常血压组的2.01倍和1.74倍;女性患LVH的风险是男性的1.36倍;透析龄每增加一个月患LVH的风险增加0.03倍。结论 CAPD患者中,高血压表型是左心室肥厚的独立危险因素,SDH表型患者外周血管阻力较高,左心室舒张功能减低明显,而ISH表型患者LVH患病率和危险度较高,因此高血压不同表型对心血管损伤机制可能存在差异,其中ISH压型对心脏重构的影响较大,LVH患病危险度较高。

目的监测2005年我国不同地区15家教学医院分离的医院获得革兰阴性病原菌的耐药性。方法按设计方案收集非重复的1927株院内获得革兰阴性病原菌。菌株经中心实验室复核后,采用琼脂稀释法测定6类18种抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),数据输入 WHONET 5.4软件进行耐药性分析。结果不产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBEs)的大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和奇异变形杆菌对被测β内酰胺类药物的敏感性均较高,而对于产 ESBLs 的大肠杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,敏感率大于80%的药物只有美罗培南、亚胺培南和哌拉西林-三唑巴坦。不产 ESBLs 大肠埃希菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性很低(34.8%～36.1%),产 ESBLs 大肠埃希菌的敏感性则更低(13.4%～17.1%)。对于易产头孢菌素酶(AmpC)的菌株(包括阴沟肠杆菌、产气肠杆菌、枸橼酸杆菌属、沙雷菌属、普通变形杆菌),敏感率均大于80%的抗生素有美罗培南、亚胺培南、哌拉西林-三唑巴坦,另外,敏感性较高的抗菌药物还包括头孢吡肟(67.3%～100%)、阿米卡星(67.3%～95.2%)、头孢他啶(52.9%～100%)和头孢哌酮-舒巴坦(51.9%～100%),氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感率为52.5%～86.2%。铜绿假单胞菌对多黏菌素 B 的敏感性最高(95.6%),敏感率在70%～80%之间的药物有美罗培南、亚胺培南、阿米卡星和哌拉西林-三唑巴坦。鲍曼不动杆菌对多黏菌素 B 的敏感率达98.3%,继之为亚胺培南(80.8%)、美罗培南(76.2%)和米诺环素(67.4%),其他药物的敏感率低于60%。对嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,敏感性较高的抗菌药物有米诺环素(85.0%)、左氧氟沙星(82.5%)和甲氧苄啶-磺胺甲噁唑(77.5%)。对洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,敏感性相对较高的抗菌药物有米诺环素(77.2%)和美罗培南(61.4%)。结论碳青酶烯类、哌拉西林-三唑巴坦、阿米卡星和头孢吡肟对医院分离的肠杆菌科菌保持了较高的抗菌活性,而非发酵革兰阴性杆菌对临床常用药物的敏感性较以往监测有所降低。
