The central nervous system, information integration center of the body, is mainly composed of neurons and glial cells. The neuron is one of the most basic and important structural and functional units of the central nervous system, with sensory stimulation and excitation conduction functions. Astrocytes and microglia belong to the glial cell family, which is the main source of cytokines and represents the main defense system of the central nervous system. Nerve cells undergo neurotransmission or gliotransmission, which regulates neuronal activity via the ion channels, receptors, or transporters expressed on nerve cell membranes. Ion channels, composed of large transmembrane proteins, play crucial roles in maintaining nerve cell homeostasis. These channels are also important for control of the membrane potential and in the secretion of neurotransmitters. A variety of cellular functions and life activities, including functional regulation of the central nervous system, the generation and conduction of nerve excitation, the occurrence of receptor potential, heart pulsation, smooth muscle peristalsis, skeletal muscle contraction, and hormone secretion, are closely related to ion channels associated with passive transmembrane transport. Two types of ion channels in the central nervous system, potassium channels and calcium channels, are closely related to various neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy. Accordingly, various drugs that can affect these ion channels have been explored deeply to provide new directions for the treatment of these neurological disorders. In this review, we focus on the functions of potassium and calcium ion channels in different nerve cells and their involvement in neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, depression, epilepsy, autism, and rare disorders. Mangroves are crucial to the ecological security of the Earth and human well-being. Their management, conservation, and restoration are of great importance and necessitate the support of spatio-temporal information and multidisciplinary knowledge such as biology and ecology. Traditional knowledge services such as plant atlas provide illustrated textual knowledge of mangroves. However, this kind of service is oriented to information retrieval and is incapable of effectively mining and utilizing fragmented knowledge from multi-source heterogeneous data, facing the problem of “massive data, rare knowledge”. Knowledge graphs are capable of extracting, organizing, and fusing the knowledge contained in massive data into semantic networks that can be understood and computed by computers. They provide a solution for the realization of intelligent knowledge services. Focusing on the urgent need for mangrove knowledge acquisition, formal representation, and intelligent services, this paper proposes a research prospect on mangrove knowledge graphs and knowledge services. We first analyze the similarities and differences between various domain-specific concepts of Tupu. On this basis, we define the mangrove knowledge graph as a large-scale knowledge base that integrates multi-disciplinary knowledge and spatio-temporal information with mangrove ecosystems as the core. Then, we propose a research framework for mangrove knowledge services that can realize the transformation from multi-modal data to intelligent knowledge services, including multiple research levels such as ubiquitous data sensing and aggregation, knowledge organization and graph construction, and intelligent mangrove knowledge services. Subsequently, the methods and workflow for constructing mangrove knowledge graphs are introduced. 目的局部晚期鼻咽癌按照诱导化疗后肿瘤体积勾画靶区安全性仍存在争议,研究局部晚期鼻咽癌诱导化疗后勾画靶区和危及器官(organs at risk,OAR),分析大体肿瘤靶区(gross tumor volume,GTV)变化对靶区适形性指数(conformity index,CI)、均匀性指数(homogeneity index,HI)和OAR剂量的影响,并观察近期疗效与不良反应,为局部晚期鼻咽癌诱导化疗后勾画靶区安全性进行临床研究。方法收集2012-01-01-2012-12-31钦州市第一人民医院肿瘤科收治的46例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者,采用紫杉醇(paclitaxel,PTX)联合顺铂(DDP)诱导化疗2个周期,按化疗后影像勾画GTV及OAR,逆向5野调强适形(intensity-modulated radiotherapy,IMRT)设野,对2次放疗计划靶体积差值及剂量学差异行配对检验;同期DDP每周方案化疗,观察不良反应与近期疗效。结果诱导化疗前后原发灶鼻咽部GTV(GTVnx)平均体积分别为(83.85±22.64)和(42.87±15.41)cm^3,t=-5.905,P=0.001;颈淋巴结GTV(GTVnd)分别为(85.93±31.20)和(44.96±19.01)cm^3,t=-5.905,P=0.001;化疗后GTVnx靶区CI(t=-2.311,P=0.021)和HI(t=-3.297,P=0.001)均好于化疗前靶区;化疗后GTVnd靶区CI(t=-2.907,P=0.001)和HI(t=-4.643,P=0.001)均好于化疗前靶区。诱导化疗后脑干、脊髓、眼球、颞叶、腮腺所受最大剂量(t=-5.905,P=0.001)和平均剂量(t=-5.834,P=0.001)降低,差异有统计学意义;3年局部控制率(local control rate,LCR)、无远处转移生存率(distant metastasis free survival,DMFS)、无瘤生存率(disease-free survival,DFS)和总生存率(overall survival,OS)分别为91.3%、86.9%、80.4%和89.1%。诱导化疗后同步放化疗白细胞减少发生率为100.0%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级者54.2%;口腔黏膜炎发生率为100.0%,Ⅲ级者30.4%;皮肤反应发生率为97.9%,Ⅲ级者54.2%;恶心呕吐发生率为93.5%,Ⅲ级者19.6%。结论鼻咽癌TP方案诱导化疗后肿瘤体积缩小,按化疗后病灶勾画GTV的IMRT,CI和HI可接受;OAR最大剂量和平均剂量减小,OAR得到较好保护;诱导化疗后同步放化疗不良反应发生率高、程度略重,可耐受;近期疗效较好,远期疗效需进一步观察。

Spinal cord injuries lead to significant loss of motor, sensory, and autonomic functions, presenting major challenges in neural regeneration. Achieving effective therapeutic concentrations at injury sites has been a slow process, partly due to the difficulty of delivering drugs effectively. Nanoparticles, with their targeted delivery capabilities, biocompatibility, and enhanced bioavailability over conventional drugs, are garnering attention for spinal cord injury treatment. This review explores the current mechanisms and shortcomings of existing treatments, highlighting the benefits and progress of nanoparticle-based approaches. We detail nanoparticle delivery methods for spinal cord injury, including local and intravenous injections, oral delivery, and biomaterial-assisted implantation, alongside strategies such as drug loading and surface modification. The discussion extends to how nanoparticles aid in reducing oxidative stress, dampening inflammation, fostering neural regeneration, and promoting angiogenesis. We summarize the use of various types of nanoparticles for treating spinal cord injuries, including metallic, polymeric, protein-based, inorganic non-metallic, and lipid nanoparticles. We also discuss the challenges faced, such as biosafety, effectiveness in humans, precise dosage control, standardization of production and characterization, immune responses, and targeted delivery in vivo. Additionally, we explore future directions, such as improving biosafety, standardizing manufacturing and characterization processes, and advancing human trials. Nanoparticles have shown considerable progress in targeted delivery and enhancing treatment efficacy for spinal cord injuries, presenting significant potential for clinical use and drug development.

To observe the dynamic changes on the bias ***1/Th2 responses,the mouse lung injury model was established by injection with lipopolysaccharides（LPS）via tail vein into mice and the levels of CD26;and CD30;cells were assayed by flow cytometry in order to determine the differentiation of Th1 and Th2 cells as well as the bias of Th1/Th2 *** was demonstrated that there was marked in- crease in the number of CD26;T cells in the group of mice injected with LPS 7 h after injection in com- parison with that of the control *** highest and lowest levels of differentiation of the CD26;T cells occurred at 14 h and 38 h after injection with LPS respectively,and then remained at a lower ***- larly,the CD30;T cell differentiation was also increased at 7 h after injection and its peak was observed at 38 h after *** addition,all the mice injected with LPS showed definite damage of lung tissues 38 h after injection as revealed from the pathological section *** is concluded from above ob- servations that the bias from the Th1 to Th2 responses and the subsequent suppression of the cell-mediated immunity may be the important cause of the LPS-induced lung injury.
