The high-speed advances in electromagnetic(EM)wave and laser detection technology have accelerated the innovation of absorbing materials toward specific multi-band *** is difficult to achieve dual absorption of EM waves and near-infrared lasers by absorbing materials in a single frequency band;the design of high-performance laser-EM wave multi-band compatible absorbing materials is ***,ErBO_(3)@ATO(erbium borate/antimony-doped tin oxide)porous composite microspheres with an average size of 15-20μm are produced solvothermal method and self-assembly,which exhibit excellent laser-EM wave compatible *** porous structure on the surface of ErBO_(3)microspheres provides heterogeneous nucleation sites for ATO particle *** minimum reflectivity of the composite for1.06 and 1.54μm lasers is 9.59%and 4.79%,which is0.57%and 3.78%lower than those of pure ATO particles,*** composites containing 70 wt%porous ErBO_(3)@ATO reveal the minimum reflection loss(RL)value of-31.6 dB,and an effective absorption band width reaches 2.08 GHz at 2.5 mm *** mechanism of near-infrared laser and EM wave compatible absorption is the synergistic effect of the energy level transition of ErBO_(3)and the dielectric loss of ATO,coupled with the large surface area and porous structure of the micro ***,the designed porous ErBO_(3)@ATO composite microspheres can be an attractive choice for lasers and EM wave high-quality compatible absorption.

In the present study, Al-5.5Fe-4Cu-2Zn-0.4Mg-0.5Mn al oy samples were prepared by electromagnetic stirring and semi-solid forming processing, and then the effects of T6 and T1 heat treatments on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the semi-solid forming samples were investigated. The results indicate that after semi-solid forming, the mechanical properties of the sample improved significantly compared to that of the merely electromagnetically stirred sample. The grains of semi-solid forming alloy became almost fine equiaxed; big long strip-shaped Al3 Fe phases became short rod-like morphology and distributed uniformly in the matrix. However, the mechanical properties of the T6-treated semi-solid forming sample decreased significantly instead of increasing and, with solution temperature rising, the tensile strength of the al oy decreased further. The results of EDS show that after high temperature solid-solution treatment, the Cu element in the semi-solid forming alloy sample is mainly concentrated at the boundaries of the Al3 Fe phases instead of being dissolved in the matrix. At the same time, the grains of the semi-solid forming sample grew slightly after solid-solution treatment. Therefore, the growth of the grains and the accumulation of Cu element at Al3 Fe phase boundaries during solution treatment of the semi-solid forming alloy were the main reasons for the mechanical properties decreasing after T6 treatment. The mechanical properties of the alloy were improved after T1 heat treatment due to aging strengthening phase being precipitated in the matrix.

BACKGROUND Here we report a rare case of submucosal esophageal abscess evolving into intramural submucosal *** SUMMARY An 80-year-old woman was admitted to our emergency department with a chief complaint of dysphagia and *** tests showed mild leukocytosis and elevated C-reactive protein *** tomography showed thickening of the esophageal *** endoscopy showed a laceration of the esophageal mucosa and a submucosal *** drainage occurred,and we could see purulent exudate from the *** closed the laceration with endoscopic *** patient did not remember swallowing a foreign body;however,she ate crabs before the symptoms *** prescribed the patient with antibiotic,and the symptoms were gradually *** months later,upper endoscopy showed that the laceration was healed,and the submucosal abscess ***,intramural esophageal dissection was *** performed endoscopic incision of the septum using dual-knife *** In conclusion,we are the first to report the case of esophageal submucosal abscess evolving into intramural esophageal *** significance of this case lies in clear presentation of the evolution process between two *** addition,we recommend that endoscopic incision be considered as one of the routine therapeutic modalities of intramural esophageal dissection.

Emerging evidence indicates that sleep deprivation(SD)can lead to Alzheimer’s disease(AD)-related pathological changes and cognitive ***,the underlying mechanisms remain *** the present study,we identified the existence of a microbiota-gut-brain axis in cognitive deficits resulting from chronic SD and revealed a potential pathway by which gut microbiota affects cognitive functioning in chronic *** findings demonstrated that chronic SD in mice not only led to cognitive decline but also induced gut microbiota dysbiosis,elevated NLRP3 inflammasome expression,GSK-3βactivation,autophagy dysfunction,and tau hyperphosphorylation in the *** with the“SD microbiota”replicated the pathological and behavioral abnormalities observed in chronic sleep-deprived ***,both the deletion of NLRP3 in NLRP3-/-mice and specific knockdown of NLRP3 in the hippocampus restored autophagic flux,suppressed tau hyperphosphorylation,and ameliorated cognitive deficits induced by chronic SD,while GSK-3βactivity was not regulated by the NLRP3 inflammasome in chronic ***,deletion of NLRP3 reversed NLRP3 inflammasome activation,autophagy deficits,and tau hyperphosphorylation induced by GSK-3βactivation in primary hippocampal neurons,suggesting that GSK-3β,as a regulator of NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,plays a significant role in promoting tau ***,gut microbiota dysbiosis was identified as a contributor to chronic SD-induced tau pathology via NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,ultimately leading to cognitive ***,these findings highlight GSK-3βas a regulator of NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,playing a critical role in promoting tau hyperphosphorylation.

Heterogeneous gold nanocatalysts have both inspired researchers with their unique catalytic performance and frustrated them due to the contradictions observed in their activities and stabilities.A recent breakthrough has shown that gold nanoparticles(NPs)can retain their catalytically active size over a MgGa2O4 spinel support upon sintering at high ***,we report the catalytic activity of anti-sintering AuGMgGa2O4 for use in water gas shift reaction(WGSR)and catalytic combustion reactions,and the promoting effect of *** adding ceria to 800℃-aged AuGMgGa2O4,the CO conversion in the WGSR was increased from ~1.5% to ~34.0% at 450 ℃,and the “light-off” temperatures(T50)for methane combustion and CO oxidation were decreased by ~80 and ~100 ℃,*** using XRD,HAADF-STEM,EDS mapping,H2-TPR,XPS,and DRIFTs confirmed the proximate contact of Au with ceria and their significant synergistic effect,which thereby combined the benefits of ceria toward the dissociation of H2O or O2 and the Au NPs toward activating CO or *** results show that this stepwise stabilization-activation strategy is efficient for rationally constructing stable and active gold nanocatalysts,which may open up possibilities for the wide application of gold nanocatalysts at elevated temperatures.

Study on the application of spectral fatigue analysis

Fatigue failure has long been an important issue for ships and offshore structures. Among the numerous methods for predicting fatigue life, the spectral method is accepted as the most reliable. Although the theory behind spectral analysis is straight-forward, the analysis itself is complicated and time-consuming because it is closely related to critical technical details such as the application of fatigue loading (wave pressures and the inertial forces due to cargoes), the extraction of the stress, and the calculation of stress RAO. Here, four key technical details-loading application, displacement boundary condition, the calculation of stress RAO, and the extraction of the fatigue stress-are discussed thoroughly. For each aspect, a resolution is presented based on the finite element pre-and post-processing software MSC/PATRAN or FE solver MSC/NASTRAN. The resolutions are effective and efficient, which can help engineers perform spectral fatigue analysis accurately and faster.

Exo-atmospheric vehicles are constrained by limited maneuverability,which leads to the contradiction between evasive maneuver and precision *** address the problem of Integrated Evasion and Impact(IEI)decision under multi-constraint conditions,a hierarchical intelligent decision-making method based on Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)was ***,an intelligent decision-making framework of“DRL evasion decision”+“impact prediction guidance decision”was established:it takes the impact point deviation correction ability as the constraint and the maximum miss distance as the objective,and effectively solves the problem of poor decisionmaking effect caused by the large IEI decision ***,to solve the sparse reward problem faced by evasion decision-making,a hierarchical decision-making method consisting of maneuver timing decision and maneuver duration decision was proposed,and the corresponding Markov Decision Process(MDP)was designed.A detailed simulation experiment was designed to analyze the advantages and computational complexity of the proposed *** results show that the proposed model has good performance and low computational resource *** minimum miss distance is 21.3 m under the condition of guaranteeing the impact point accuracy,and the single decision-making time is 4.086 ms on an STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer,which has engineering application value.

The study of high-energy gamma-ray emission from gamma-ray bursts(GRBs) involves complex synchrotron radiation and synchrotron self-Compton(SSC) scattering mechanisms with multiple parameters exhibiting a wide distribution. Recent advancements in GRB research, particularly the observation of very high energy(VHE,>100 Ge V) radiation, have ushered in a new era of multiwavelength exploration, offering fresh perspectives and limitations for understanding GRB radiation mechanisms. This study aimed to leverage VHE observations to refine constraints on synchrotron + SSC radiation from electrons accelerated by forward shocks. By analyzing two external environments—the uniform interstellar medium and stratified stellar wind medium, we conducted spectral and variability fitting for five specific bursts(GRB 180720B, GRB 190114C, GRB 190829A, GRB 201216C, and GRB 221009A) to identify the optimal parameters characterizing these events. A comparative analysis of model parameter distributions with and without VHE radiation observations reveals that the magnetic energy equipartition factor εBis more concentrated with VHE emissions. This suggests that VHE emissions may offer greater constraints on this microphysical parameter. Additionally, we found that the energy budget between VHE and ke V–Me V γ-ray emissions under the SSC radiation exhibits an almost linear relationship, which may serve as a tool to differentiate radiation mechanisms. We anticipate future statistical analyses of additional VHE bursts to validate our findings.

To improve the accuracy of thermal response estimation and overcome the limitations of the linear regression model and Artificial Neural Network(ANN)model,this study introduces a deep learning estimation method specifically based on the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network,to predict temperature-induced girder end displacements of the Dasha Waterway Bridge,a suspension bridge in ***,to enhance data quality and select target sensors,preprocessing based on the sigma rule and nearest neighbor interpolation is applied to the raw ***,to eliminate the high-frequency components from the displacement signal,the wavelet transform is ***,the linear regression model and ANN model are established,whose results do not meet the requirements and fail to address the time lag effect between temperature and *** study proceeds to develop the LSTM network model and determine the optimal parameters through hyperparameter sensitivity ***,the results of the LSTM network model are discussed by a comparative analysis against the linear regression model and ANN model,which indicates a higher accuracy in predicting temperatureinduced girder end displacements and the ability to mitigate the time-lag *** be more specific,in comparison between the linear regression model and LSTM network,the mean square error decreases from 6.5937 to 1.6808 and R2 increases from 0.683 to 0.930,which corresponds to a 74.51%decrease in MSE and a 36.14%improvement in *** to ANN,with an MSE of 4.6371 and an R2 of 0.807,LSTM shows a decrease in MSE of 63.75%and an increase in R2 of 13.23%,demonstrating a significant enhancement in predictive performance.
