High-precision and real-time diagnosis of sucker rod pumping system(SRPS)is important for quickly mastering oil well *** learning-based method for classifying the dynamometer card(DC)of oil wells is an efficient diagnosis ***,the input of the DC as a two-dimensional image into the deep learning framework suffers from low feature utilization and high computational ***,different SRPSs in an oil field have various system parameters,and the same SRPS generates different DCs at different ***,there is heterogeneity in field data,which can dramatically impair the diagnostic *** solve the above problems,a working condition recognition method based on 4-segment time-frequency signature matrix(4S-TFSM)and deep learning is presented in this ***,the 4-segment time-frequency signature(4S-TFS)method that can reduce the computing power requirements is proposed for feature extraction of DC ***,the 4S-TFSM is constructed by relative normalization and matrix calculation to synthesize the features of multiple data and solve the problem of data ***,a convolutional neural network(CNN),one of the deep learning frameworks,is used to determine the functioning conditions based on the *** on field data verify that the proposed diagnostic method based on 4S-TFSM and CNN(4S-TFSM-CNN)can significantly improve the accuracy of working condition recognition with lower computational *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first work to discuss the effect of data heterogeneity on the working condition recognition performance of SRPS.

The accurate and intelligent identification of the working conditions of a sucker-rod pumping system is necessary. As onshore oil extraction gradually enters its mid-to late-stage, the cost required to train a deep learning working condition recognition model for pumping wells by obtaining enough new working condition samples is expensive. For the few-shot problem and large calculation issues of new working conditions of oil wells, a working condition recognition method for pumping unit wells based on a 4-dimensional time-frequency signature (4D-TFS) and meta-learning convolutional shrinkage neural network (ML-CSNN) is proposed. First, the measured pumping unit well workup data are converted into 4D-TFS data, and the initial feature extraction task is performed while compressing the data. Subsequently, a convolutional shrinkage neural network (CSNN) with a specific structure that can ablate low-frequency features is designed to extract working conditions features. Finally, a meta-learning fine-tuning framework for learning the network parameters that are susceptible to task changes is merged into the CSNN to solve the few-shot issue. The results of the experiments demonstrate that the trained ML-CSNN has good recognition accuracy and generalization ability for few-shot working condition recognition. More specifically, in the case of lower computational complexity, only few-shot samples are needed to fine-tune the network parameters, and the model can be quickly adapted to new classes of well conditions.

Reconstruction of symmetric models composed of analytic curves and surfaces from point cloud

This paper presents a method to reconstruct symmetric geometric models from point cloud with inherent symmetric structure. Symmetry types commonly found in engineering parts, i.e., translational, reflectional and rotational symmetries are considered. The reconstruction problem is formulated as a constrained optimization, where the objective function is the sum of squared distances of points to the model, and constraints are enforced to keep geometric relationships in the model. First, the explicit representations of symmetric models are presented. Then, by using the concept of parameterized points (where the coor-dinate components are represented as functions rather than constants), the distances of points to symmetric models are deduced. With these distance functions, symmetry information, for both 2D and 3D models, is uniformly represented in the process of reconstruction. The constrained optimization problem is solved by a standard nonlinear optimization method. Owing to the explicit representation of symmetry information, the computational complexity of our method is reduced greatly. Finally, examples are given to demonstrate the application of the proposed method.

In this paper,numerical experiments are carried out to investigate the impact of penalty parameters in the numerical traces on the resonance errors of high-order multiscale discontinuous Galerkin(DG)methods(dong et *** J Sci Comput 66:321–345,2016;dong and Wang in J Comput Appl Math 380:1–11,2020)for a one-dimensional stationary Schrödinger *** work showed that penalty parameters were required to be positive in error analysis,but the methods with zero penalty parameters worked fine in numerical simulations on coarse *** this work,by performing extensive numerical experiments,we discover that zero penalty parameters lead to resonance errors in the multiscale DG methods,and taking positive penalty parameters can effectively reduce resonance errors and make the matrix in the global linear system have better condition numbers.

Exceptional points enhance sensing in silicon micromechanical resonators

Exceptional points(EPs)have recently emerged as a new method for engineering the response of open physical systems,that is,systems that interact with the *** systems at the EPs exhibit a strong response to a small ***,we show a method by which the sensitivity of silicon resonant sensors can be enhanced when operated at *** our experiments,we use a pair of mechanically coupled silicon micromechanical resonators constituting a parity-time(PT)-symmetric *** perturbations introduced on the mechanically coupled spring cause the frequency to split from the EPs into the PT-symmetric regime without broadening the two spectrum linewidths,and this frequency splitting scales with the square root of the perturbation *** overall signal-tonoise ratio is still greatly enhanced,although the measured noise spectral density of the EP sensing scheme has a slight increase comparable to the traditional *** results pave the way for resonant sensors with ultrahigh sensitivity.

Mesenteric adipose tissue B lymphocytes promote intestinal injury in severe acute pancreatitis by mediating enteric pyroptosis
