ultraviolet position-sensitive detectors(PSDs)are expected to undergo harsh environments,such as high temperatures,for a wide variety of applications in military,civilian,and ***,no report on relevant PSDs operating at high temperatures can be found up to ***,we design a new 2D/3D graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))/gall.um nitride(GaN)hybrid heterojunction to construct the ultraviolet high-temperature-resistant *** g-C_(3)N_(4)/GaN PSD exhibits a high position sensitivity of 355 mV mm^(-1),a rise/fall response time of 1.7/2.3 ms,and a nonlinearity of 0.5%at room *** ultralow formation energy of-0.917 eV atom^(-1)has been obtained via the thermodynamic phase stability cal.ulations,which endows g-C_(3)N_(4)with robust stability against *** merits of the strong built-in electric field of the 2D/3D hybrid heterojunction and robust thermo-stability of g-C_(3)N_(4),the g-C_(3)N_(4)/GaN PSD delivers an excellent position sensitivity and angle detection nonlinearity of 315 mV mm^(-1)and 1.4%,respectively,with high repeatability at a high temperature up to 700 K,outperforming most of the other counterparts and even commercial silicon-based *** work unveils the high-temperature PSD,and pioneers a new path to constructing g-C_(3)N_(4)-based harsh-environment-tolerant optoelectronic devices.

Recently,the chemiluminescence(Cl)induced by carbon nanodots(CDs)has intrigued researchers’extensive interests in various applications due to its special light emission ***,the difficulty of synthesizing chemiluminescent CDs with full-spectrum emission severely hinders the further regulation of the Cl emission ***,the multi-color-emissive chemiluminescent CDs are rational designed and further synthesized by regulating the sp2-hybrid core and sp3-hybrid surface from the citrate-ammonia molecular in a single solvothermal *** experimental characterizations and density functional theory cal.ulations reveal that the higher temperature can promote the crosslinking polymerization/carbonization of carbon core and the higher protonation of solvent can determine the core size of final CDs,resulting in the variant Cl emission from molecular-,crosslinking-and ***,the Cl emission of the CDs can be further synthesized by tuning the luminescence chromophores in the formation process via regulating the temperature and solvent,enabling the applications of the Cl CDs in il.umination and information *** study paves a new technology to understand the luminescence of CDs and affords an industry translational potential over traditional chemiluminescent molecular.

The emergence of novel self-powered humidity sensors has attracted considerable attention in the fields of smart electronic devices and personal ***,self-powered humidity sensors have been fabricated using a moisture-driven energy generation(MEG)device based on asymmetric tubular graphitic carbon nitride(g-CN)films prepared on anodized aluminum(AAO)*** a relative humidity(RH)of 96%,the MEG device can provide an open-circuit voltage of 0.47 V and a short-circuit current of 3.51μA,with a maximum output power of 0.08μ*** inherent self-powered ability and humidity response via current variation,an extraordinary response of 1.78×106%(41%-96%RH)can be gained from the MEG *** possible power generation mechanism is that g-CN/AAO heterostructure can form ion gradient and diffusion under the action of moisture to convert chemical potential into electrical potential,evoking a connaturally sensitive response to ***-powered respiration monitoring device based on the sensor is designed to monitor human movement(sitting,warming up,and running)and sleep status(normal,snoring,and apnea),maintaining excellent stability during cumulative 12-h respiration *** self-powered humidity sensing technology has promising potential for extensive integration into smart electronic and round-the-clock health monitoring devices.

Objective:To explore the potential mechanism of lysionotin in treating ***:First,target prediction based on Bernoulli Naïve Bayes profiling and pathway enrichment was used to predict the biological activity of *** binding between 5-lipoxygenase(5-lO)and lysionotin was detected by surface plasmon resonance(SPR)and molecular docking,and the inhibitory effects of lysionotin on 5-lO and proliferation of glioma were determined using enzyme inhibition assay in vitro and cell viability analysis,***,the pharmaceutical effect of lysionotin was explored by cell survival rate analysis and liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry(lC-MS/MS).The protein expression,intracel.ular calcium ion concentration and cytoskeleton detection were revealed by Western blot,flow cytometry and fluorescence labeling,***:Target prediction and pathway enrichment revealed that lysionotin inhibited 5-lO,a key enzyme involved in the arachidonic acid metabolism pathway,to inhibit the proliferation of *** docking results demonstrated that 5-lO can be binding to lysionotin through hydrogen bonds,forming bonds with His600,Gln557,Asn554,and *** analysis further confirmed the interaction between 5-lO and ***,enzyme inhibition assay in vitro and cell survival rate analysis revealed that 50%inhibition concentration of lysionotin and the median effective concentration of lysionotin were 90 and 16.58µmol/l,respectively,and the results of lC-MS/MS showed that lysionotin inhibited the production of 5S-hydroperoxy-eicosatetraenoic acid(PlC-MS/MS results indicated that lysionotin can enter glioma cells well(Plot analysis demonstrated that lysionotin can inhibit the expression of 5-lO(Pl.ukotriene B4 receptor(Pults showed that lysionotin affected intracel.ular calcium ion concentration by inh

Objective Human adenovirus(HAdV)infection is common and can develop to serious conditions with high mortality,yet the mechanism of HAdV infection remains *** the present study,the serum metabolite profiles of HAdV-7-infected patients with pneumonia or upper respiratory tract infection(uRTI)were *** In total,35 patients were enrolled in the study following an outbreak of HAdV-7 in the army,of whom 14 had pneumonia and 21 had *** samples were collected at the acute stage and at the recovery stage and were analyzed by untargeted *** Over 90% of the differential metabolites identified between the pneumonia patients and uRTI patients were lipids and lipid-like molecules,including glycerophospholipids,fatty acyls,and *** metabolic pathways that were significantly enriched were primarily the lipid metabolism pathways,including sphingolipid metabolism,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and linoleic acid *** sphingolipid metabolism was identified as a significantly differential pathway between the pneumonia patients and uRTI patients and between the acute and recovery stages for the pneumonia patients,but not between the acute and recovery stages for the uRTI *** and lactosylceramide,involved in sphingolipid metabolism,were significantly higher in the pneumonia patients than in the uRTI patients with good discrimination abilities[area under curve(AuC)0.742 and 0.716,respectively;combination AuC 0.801].Conclusion Our results suggested that HAdV modulated lipid metabolism for both the patients with uRTI and pneumonia,especially the sphingolipid metabolism involving ceramide and lactosylceramide,which might thus be a potential intervention target in the treatment of HAdV infection.

Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction（ENRR） for ammonia synthesis is a promising strategy to relieve nitration contamination,as well as an alternative to the Haber-Bosch *** blue analogs（PBAs） are expected to be an electrocatalytic material with superior performance owing to their abundant active sites and open channel ***,most reported PBA materials possess low nitrate conversion and ammonia yield rates,which has led to a hindrance in their research of ***,CuMn-PBA-shelled nanoboxes（CuMn-PBA SNBs） synthesized through tannic acid etching and cation exchange approaches are demonstrated for efficient ammonia *** optimal CuMn-PBA SNBs electrode achieves a high nitrate conversion of 91.33% and ammonia selectivity of 98.87% in a 0.2 mol·l-1Na2SO4solution with100×10-6NO3--N at-1.4 V ***,the CuMn-PBA SNB s electrode exhibits exceptional stability throughout a 30 h electrocatalytic *** outstanding electrochemical performance is attributed to the unique hollow nanobox structure with abundant active sites and high-throughput transport pathways for ions' aspects.
