Automatic pattern acquisition from game records in GO

Computer programs of GO are typically constructed using a knowledge-based approach with heuristics and pattern matching because of enormous complexities of the game. In this approach, quantity, quality, and consistency of patterns used in computer programs of GO to a large extent determine the strengths of the programs. This study presents an effective method to acquire automatically comprehensive GO patterns from large collections of game records. Statistical usages of the patterns ensure consistency and quality of the patterns, which in turn can help improve the strengths of computer GO programs. Additionally, statistical usages of patterns from different sources of game records clearly show subtle and significant discrepancies among various types of GO players, and clarify certain myths in the playing of GO.

BACKGROUND Yigong San(YGS)is a representative prescription for the treatment of digestive disorders,which has been used in clinic for more than 1000 ***,the mechanism of its anti-gastric cancer and regulate immunity are still remains *** To explore the mechanism of YGS anti-gastric cancer and immune *** Firstly,collect the active ingredients and targets of YGS,and the differentially expressed genes of gastric ***,constructed a protein-protein interaction network between the targets of drugs and diseases,and screened hub *** the clinical relevance,mutation and repair,tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity of the hub gene were ***,molecular docking was used to verify the binding ability of YGS active ingredient and hub *** Firstly,obtained 55 common targets of gastric cancer and *** Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes screened the microtubule-associated protein kinase signaling axis as the key pathway and IL6,EGFR,MMP2,MMP9 and TGFB1 as the hub *** 5 hub genes were involved in gastric carcinogenesis,staging,typing and prognosis,and their mutations promote gastric cancer ***,molecular docking results confirmed that the components of YGS can effectively bind to therapeutic *** YGS has the effect of anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation.

Intravitreal injection of conbercept for diabetic macular edema complicated with diabetic nephropathy

AIM:To observe the therapeutic effect of conbercept on diabetic macular edema(DME)complicated with diabetic nephropathy(DN).METHODS:In this retrospective study,54 patients(54 eyes)that diagnosed as DME from January 2017 to October 2021 were *** patients were divided into two groups:DME patients with DN(25 eyes),and DME patients without DN(29 eyes).General conditions were collected before treatment,laboratory tests include fasting blood glucose,HbA1c,microalbumin/creatinine,serum *** coherence tomography(OCT)was used to check the ellipsoidal zone(EZ)and external limiting membrane(ELM)*** macular thickness(CMT),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),and retinal hyperreflective foci(HF)as well as numbers of injections were ***:There were significant differences between fasting blood glucose,HbA1c,serum creatinine,urinary microalbumin/creatinine,and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)between the two groups(all P<0.05).EZ and ELM continuity in the DME+DN group was worse than that in the DME group(P<0.05).BCVA(logMAR)in the DME group was significantly better than that in the DME+DN group at the same time points during treatment(all P<0.05).CMT and HF values were significantly higher in the DME+DN group than that in the DME group at the all time points(all P<0.05)and significantly decreased in both groups with time during *** 6mo after treatment,the mean number of injections in the DME+DN and DME group was 4.84±0.94 and 3.79±0.86,***:Conbercept has a significant effect in short-term treatment of DME patients with or without DN,and can significantly ameliorate BCVA,CMT and the number of HF,treatment efficacy of DME patients without DN is better than that of DME patients with DN.

本文提出了一种由8个磁性隧道结(magnetic tunnel junction,MTJ)构成的3位磁弹模数转换器(magnetoelastic analog-to-digital converter,MEADC),该转换器中MTJ自由层为双组分多铁纳磁体.通过对多铁纳磁体实施应变介导的电压调控,可以实现零场条件下的确定性磁化翻转.研究发现:对于给定尺寸,给定材料的双组分多铁纳磁体,压电层厚度与双组分多铁纳磁体的临界翻转电压线性相关.基于该原理,通过调整压电层的厚度使得MEADC具有8个不同的电压切换阈值,将模拟信号转换为8个多铁MTJ不同磁化状态组合.同时,设计了锁存比较器和独立的读取电路来检测MTJ的阻态,以此实现了数字信号的输出.Monte Carlo功能模拟表明:该MEADC在室温下写入成功率可达100%;此外,读写电路相互分离,使得压电层厚度与MTJ的输出参考电压无关,因此每个MTJ可设置相同的参考电压,从而具有更高的读取可靠性.微磁仿真和数值模拟分析发现:该MEADC的工作频率可达250 MHz,单次转换能耗仅为20 aJ;与基于Racetr ack技术的磁模数转换器相比,能耗降低了1000倍,采样速率提高了10倍.本文提出的MEADC可为基于自旋电子器件的存算一体电路架构提供重要的技术支撑.

P2-type layered oxide, Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2, has drawn particular interest as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) due to its fast sodium-ion transport channels with low migration potential. However, some catastrophic flaws, such as air instability, complicated multiphase evolution, and irreversible anionic redox, limit its electrochemical performance and hinder its application. Here, an air-stable single-crystal P2-type Na2/3Ni1/3Mn1/3Ti1/3O2is proposed based on the multifunctional structural modulation of Ti substitution that could alleviate the issues for practical SIBs. As a result, the cathode with high energy density shows excellent air stability and highly reversible phase transitions(P2–OP4), and delivers faster kinetics and stable anion redox chemistry. Meanwhile, a thorough investigation of the relationship between structure, function, and properties is demonstrated,emphasizing formation processes, electrochemical behavior, structural evolution, and air stability. Overall, this study provides the direction of multifunctional structural modulation for the development of high-performance sodium-based layered cathode materials for practical applications.

基于被动声呐音频信号的水中目标识别是当前水下无人探测领域的重要技术难题,在军事和民用领域都应用广泛.本文从数据处理和识别方法两个层面系统阐述基于被动声呐信号进行水中目标识别的方法和流程.在数据处理方面,从基于被动声呐信号的水中目标识别基本流程、被动声呐音频信号分析的数理基础及其特征提取三个方面概述被动声呐信号处理的基本原理.在识别方法层面,全面分析基于机器学习算法的水中目标识别方法,并聚焦以深度学习算法为核心的水中目标识别研究.本文从有监督学习、无监督学习、自监督学习等多种学习范式对当前研究进展进行系统性的总结分析,并从算法的标签数据需求、鲁棒性、可扩展性与适应性等多个维度分析这些方法的优缺点.同时,还总结该领域中较为广泛使用的公开数据集,并分析公开数据集应具备的基本要素.最后,通过对水中目标识别过程的论述,总结目前基于被动声呐音频信号的水中目标自动识别算法存在的困难与挑战,并对该领域未来的发展方向进行展望.
