Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)and cytomegalovirus(CMV),two of the most prevalent human herpesviruses,cause a wide spectrum of diseases and symptoms and are associated with serious health *** this study,we developed an internal control reference recombinase-aided amplification(ICR-RAA)assay for the rapid detection of EBV and CMV within 30 *** assay had a sensitivity of 5 and 1 copies/test for EBV and CMV,respectively,with no cross reaction with other *** comparison with those of the commercial quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),the sensitivity of the EBV and CMV ICR-RAAs using extracted DNA was 93.33%and 84.84%,respectively;the specificity was 98.75%and 100.00%,respectively;and the Kappa values were 0.930 and 0.892(Phe sensitivity of the EBV and CMV ICR-RAAs using the DNA by thermal lysis was 72.22%and 80.00%,respectively;the specificity was 100.00%。

This study aims to reveal the occurrence and origin of typical groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in the loess area of the Guanzhong Basin—a Neogene faulted *** findings are as follows:(1)Groundwater samples with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations collected from the loess area and the terraces of the Weihe River accounted for 26%and 30%,respectively,of the total samples,with primary hydrochemical type identified as HCO_(3)-*** karst and sand areas exhibit relatively high groundwater quality,serving as preferred sources for water *** is recommended that local governments fully harness groundwater in these areas;(2)groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in the loess area and the alluvial plain of rivers in Dali County is primarily distributed within the Guanzhong Basin,which represents the drainage zone of groundwater;(3)arsenic and fluoride in groundwater originate principally from natural and anthropogenic sources;(4)the human health risk assessments reveal that long-term intake of groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations pose cancer or non-cancer risks,which are more serious to kids compared to *** study provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in loess areas.

The pre-gate suction vortex,gate-bottom-edge transverse vortex,gate-slot vertical vortex,and downstream-of-gate return vortex are important factors affecting the flow instability of flat gates,which may lead to fatigue failure in severe *** study used the volume of fluid(VOF)model and large eddy simulation(LES)method to accurately capture the transient turbulence characteristics of flow under different water flow conditions and reveal the flow field and vortex *** Q—criterion,Omega(Ω)method,and latest third-generation Liutex vortex identification method were used to analyze and compare the pre-gate suction vortex,gate-slot vertical vortex,and downstream-of-gate return vortex,focusing on the ability of each vortex identification method to capture the flow field information and vortex *** results reveal that theΩmethod and Liutex method are less dependent on the threshold value,and the Liutex method captures a wide range of pre-gate *** flow conditions cause changes in the vortex structure of over-gate *** the relative opening of the gate is smaller,the intensity of the vortices in the flow field around the gate is greater,the return vortices downstream of the gate are more disordered,and the vortex changes are more violent,which in turn affects the efficient and stable operation of the gate.

数字信贷将新型信息技术与信贷场景紧密融合,改变了企业融资渠道与融资方式,进而影响其投资决策。围绕“技术+信贷应用场景”选取影响信贷业务变革的关键词,并通过百度新闻爬取关键词构建地区数字信贷指数,探究数字信贷如何影响企业短贷长投。实证结果表明:(1)数字信贷能够缓解企业短贷长投现象;(2)数字信贷能够通过降低融资成本和改善流动性限制两种作用机制减轻企业投融资期限错配程度;(3)对于小规模、民营企业与低金融发展地区,数字信贷更能缓解企业短贷长投行为,验证了数字信贷具有优配置、补短板的作用;(4)数字信贷显著缓解了企业短贷长投对全要素生产率的负向作用。

目的探讨对进行人工流产的患者使用循环改进健康教育是否可以改善其创伤后恢复状况及生殖保健结局。方法选取2022年2月至12月南京医科大学第一附属医院收治的人工流产患者144例作为研究对象,用数字随机法将患者分为研究组(n=72)和对照组(n=72),对照组患者采用常规健康教育方法,研究组在对照组护理方案的基础上接受PDCA循环改进健康教育方法,比较两组患者干预后创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)评分情况、并发症发生情况、术后重复流产率及术后备孕成功率,分析循环改进健康教育方法的重要性。结果干预后,与对照组比较,研究组患者PTGI量表中新的可能性、个人力量、精神变化和对生活的欣赏四个维度评分及总分,以及术后6个月长效可逆避孕措施使用率增高(P<0.05),术后辅助生殖就诊率增高(95.24%vs 72.73%,χ^(2)=7.990,P=0.005),新发不孕症率降低(50.00%vs 84.38%,χ^(2)=9.268,P=0.002)。结论PDCA循环改进健康教育能够有效改善人工流产患者生殖保健意识、改善创伤后成长,减少不孕不育的发生,有较高的应用价值。

【目的】蚕豆象是农业上一种重要害虫,本文测序、分析了蚕豆象的线粒体全基因组,以期为更好地理解茎甲亚科分支类群、豆象亚科和蚕豆象的系统发育提供线粒体基因组数据。【方法】在系统发育分析中,内群取样包含茎甲亚科分支类群的22种昆虫,外群选择2个肖叶甲亚科(Basilepta fulvipes和Basilepta melanopus)昆虫,分别利用最大似然法和贝叶斯法重建茎甲亚科分支类群的系统发育关系。【结果】蚕豆象的线粒体基因组全长为16586 bp(GenB ank序列号:OP650255),包含37个基因(13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因和22个转运RNA基因)和一段非编码控制区。所有转运RNA基因中,除trnS1因缺少二氢尿嘧啶(DHU)臂而形成一个简单的环,无法构成稳定的三叶草结构外,其余转运RNA基因均能形成典型的三叶草结构。此外,trnS1的反密码子不是常见的GCU,而是UCU。【结论】本研究首次获得了蚕豆象的线粒体基因组全序列。2种不同的系统发育分析方法构建的系统发育关系显示:豆象亚科、茎甲亚科、水叶甲亚科和负泥虫亚科为单系群;豆象亚科与水叶甲亚科+负泥虫亚科为姐妹群;蚕豆象与四纹豆象为姐妹群。

In order to conduct optical neurophysiology experiments on a freely swimming zebrafish,it is essential to quantify the zebrafish head to determine exact lighting *** efficiently quantify a zebrafish head's behaviors with limited resources,we propose a real-time multi-stage architecture based on convolutional neural networks for pose estimation of the zebrafish head on *** stage is implemented with a small neural ***,a light-weight object detector named Micro-YOLO is used to detect a coarse region of the zebrafish head in the first *** the second stage,a tiny bounding box refinement network is devised to produce a high-quality bounding box around the zebrafish ***,a small pose estimation network named tiny-hourglass is designed to detect keypoints in the zebrafish *** experimental results show that using Micro-YOLO combined with RegressNet to predict the zebrafish head region is not only more accurate but also much faster than Faster R-CNN which is the representative of two-stage *** with DeepLabCut,a state-of-the-art method to estimate poses for user-defined body parts,our multi-stage architecture can achieve a higher accuracy,and runs 19x faster than it on CPUs.

The experimental research on zero-net-mass-flux jet closed-loop active control was conducted in the wind *** mu-level method successfully detected burst events of the coherent structures. The streamwise velocity signals in the turbulent boundary layer were measured by HWA. The drag reduction rate of 16.7% is obtained comparable to that of the open-loop control and saves 75% of the input energy at the asynchronous 100 V/160 Hz control case, which reflects the advantages of the closed-loop control. The experimental findings indicate that the intensity increases in the near-wall *** perturbation of the PZT vibrators on the skewness factor is concentrated in the region y+he generation of highspeed fluids is depressed and the downward effect of high-speed fluids weakens. The alteration of energy distribution and the discernible impact of modulation between structures of varying scales are observed. The correlation coefficient exhibits a strong positive correlation, which indicates that the large-scale structures produce modulation effect on small-scale *** occurrence of burst events is effectively suppressed. The disturbance has the characteristics of stable periodicity,positive and negative symmetry, low intermittency, and high pulsation strength. The conditional phase waveform shows that the fluctuation amplitude increases, indicating amplitude modulation effects on coherent structures.
