某柴油加氢装置加热炉安全与环保指标无法满足规范要求,对该装置加热炉空气预热器进行整体改造,包括DCS、SIS扩容升级,优化自动控制方案,完善鼓风机、引风机安全联锁回路,同时设计增加了加热炉熄火报警保护系统,结合燃料气压力和加热炉进料流量联锁,提升了装置本质安全及自动化程度。改造后两台加热炉氧含量得到有效控制,加热炉热效率显著提高至93%以上。加热炉燃料气用量显著降低,经核算每年节约燃料气84000 Nm^(3)。

多光谱辐射测温技术具有不干扰被测场、测量无上限以及响应速度快等优点,是高温测量领域的最有力工具之一。目前,多光谱高温计以点温测量为主,光路通过物镜、光阑、棱镜等光路通道将待测点辐射分光后进入探测器阵列,实现单点的多光谱信息采集。随着工业智能化程度的不断提高,更加需要实时获得大量的温度分布信息,如特种金属材料的冶炼过程、高温合金激光自动焊接过程、半导体晶体生长过程、火箭发动机尾喷焰温度诊断等领域都需要实时获得某条线乃至整个二维表面的温度,从而提高产品性能和质量,因此通过多光谱辐射测温技术测量待测表面某条线的温度分布十分重要。但是,简单将光阑变为狭缝,实现待测线表面的辐射经透镜、棱镜等传统光路分光后,由于光学系统球差的作用,会使得分光后的狭缝光谱由于离轴传输而呈现严重的弯曲现象,不利于矩形光电探测器阵列的完全接收。为此,提出基于正交柱状透镜组的多光谱线温光路系统,利用正交柱状透镜在不同位置成像可以实现由圆到椭圆再到直线的特殊作用,较好地解决了传统多光谱辐射高温计光路所存在的球差问题。利用ZEMAX光学设计软件,基于S4111-16Q的光电探测器阵列实际大小进行反向光学系统设计,确定了狭缝、物镜、棱镜、正交柱状透镜等光学器件关键的参数,基于这些参数所实际加工的光学器件,搭建了多光谱线温高温计光学系统,并进行了无正交柱状透镜和有正交柱状透镜成像情况下的对比实验,结果表明,在没有柱状透镜的情况下,狭缝成像明显弯曲,在加入正交柱状透镜的情况下,狭缝成像弯曲现象消失,经狭缝分光后的线光谱明显呈直线状态,这为整条线的光谱辐射信息完整进入各探测器阵列提供了技术支撑,从而为后续线温测量提供了有力的光谱辐射数据信息。

A novel Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) transmitter that can operate at 40Gb/s and above is proposed. The transmission characteristics of a FSK signal at 40Gb/s are investigated under varying dispersion management. The resilience of compensation ratio and power level is obtained. We also experimentally demonstrate transmission over 100km SMF and transparent wavelength conversion based on a semiconductor optical amplifier.

The paper develops a novel framework of consensus control with fault-estimation-in-the-loop for multi-agent systems(MASs)in the presence of faults.A dynamic event-triggered protocol(DETP)by adding an auxiliary variable is utilized to improve the utilization of communication ***,a novel estimator with a noise bias is put forward to estimate the existed fault and then a consensus controller with fault compensation(FC)is adopted to realize the demand of reliability and safety of addressed ***,a novel consensus control framework with fault-estimation-in-the-loop is developed to achieve the predetermined consensus performance with the l_(2)-l_(∞)constraint by employing the variance analysis and the Lyapunov stability ***,the desired estimator and controller gains are obtained in light of the solution to an algebraic matrix equation and a linear matrix inequality in a recursive way,***,a simulation result is employed to verify the usefulness of the proposed design framework.

The paper discussed the limitation of ’Dominant wavelengt h theory’. The theoretical model and nonhomogeneous differential equation of fold and deformation of a monolayer sandwiched-in limited and different thickn ess terranes are proposed by using mechanics of elasticity. In addition, the ′D ominant wavelength theory’ is proved by the experimental folding in elastic ma terials. 江西省宜春市袁州区拥有丰富的土壤硒资源,但由于城镇化和工业化的迅速推进所导致的土壤重金属种类和数量的增多,以及土壤硒与重金属伴生关系的存在,使得富硒土壤一定程度上受到重金属威胁,限制了富硒农产品的开发利用。采集检测袁州区162份表层土壤样品中铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、镍(Ni)8种重金属的含量,通过土壤重金属环境容量估算以及运用环境容量指数法和空间插值法评价得到袁州区农用地富硒土壤重金属环境容量水平及空间分布情况,据此分析袁州区农用地富硒土壤重金属污染状况。结果表明:(1)整个袁州区农用地可以划分为富硒、潜在富硒和足硒3种土壤,分别占袁州区农用地的74.04%、16.00%和9.96%。(2)Pb、Cr、As、Hg、Cu、Zn和Ni 7种重金属在8个年限内的平均静态年容量和平均动态年容量大小排序相同,从大到小依次为Zn、 Cr、Pb、Ni、As、Cu、Hg,7种重金属的平均静态和动态年容量都随着控制年限的增长而减小,且7种重金属的平均动态年容量都比平均静态年容量大。(3)研究区富硒土壤中的Pb、Cr、As、Hg、Cu、Zn和Ni 7种重金属都以中容量区为主,而Cd主要为超载区。综合来看,研究区85%以上为低容量区,整体容量较小,土壤受到中度污染,为提高研究区土壤重金属环境容量,降低污染程度,保证富硒农产品的安全,可针对不同容量区采取土壤污染防控和修复等措施。

The deformation gradients in multilayered hot roll-bonded composite materials incorporating two dissimilar face-centered cubic metals, i.e., brass and Cu, were investigated by characterizing the deformation microstructure, hardness and texture at different thickness positions of the composites. For the constitutive metals, the center part of each metal sheet forms the substructure containing coarse grains, while the ultrafine grains and significant shear banding form in the outer part. As deformation increases, the cross-interface shear occurs in the Cu sheet of the composites. Then, grain fragmentation, shear banding and dynamic recovery become the main factors that influence hardness of the metal. Moreover, in the co-deformed composites, the interface between brass and Cu plays a role in texture developments of the individual metals.

A Sensing Layer Network Resource Allocation Model Based on Trusted Groups

There are many heterogeneous sensing nodes in the sensing layer of the Internet of Things, and the amount of data transmission is huge, which puts high requirements on the allocation of network bandwidth. At the same time, untrusted sensing nodes maliciously invade network resources. Therefore, how to confirm whether a sensing node is trusted and reasonably allocate network resources is an urgent problem to be solved. To resolve this issue, this paper proposes a sensing network resource allocation model based on trusted groups. Through the sensing node computing environment and behavior measurement, we can identify and exclude untrusted nodes, so the trusted group can be built. Then the network resources are distributed from a global perspective. Based on the available bandwidth of the link, a network resource fusion model of IPv4 and IPv6 is proposed. On this basis, a global network resource allocation model is further proposed. Afterwards, real-time monitoring of data transmission behavior ensures data security during transmission. Simulation experiments show that this mechanism can effectively optimize the bandwidth allocation in the data transmission process and has little effect on the running efficiency of existing network applications. At the same time, it can effectively guarantee the trust of nodes and achieve trusted data transmission.
