The evolution of the microstructure and toughness of APL5L X80 pipeline steel after thermal welding simulation was investigated by X-ray diffraction,electron backscatter diffraction,and transmission electron *** results indicated tha. primary heat-affected zones can be divided into weld,coarse-grained,fine-grained,intercritical,and sub-critical *** microstructure of the weld zone is mainly composed of bainitic ferrite and a small amount of granular bainite;however,the original austenite grains are distributed in the columnar *** structure of the coarse-grained zone is similar to tha. of the weld zone,but the original austenite grains are *** contrast,the microstructure in the fine-grained zone is dominated by fine granular bainite,and the effective grain size is only 8.15μm,thus providing the highest toughness in the entire heat-affected *** intercritical and subcritical zones were brittle valley regions,and the microstructure was dominated by granular ***,the martensite-austenite(M/A)constituents are present in island cha.ns along the grain boundaries,and the coarse size of the M/A constituents seriously reduces the *** results of the crack propagation analyzes revealed tha. high-angle grain boundaries can significantly slow down crack growth and cha.ge the crack direction,thereby increasing the material *** impact toughness of the low-temperature tempering zone was equivalent to tha. of the columnar grain zone,and the impact toughness was between those of the critical and fine-grained zones.

Reliable and selective sensing of dopamine（DA） is essential for early diagnosis of mental *** the various potential methods, nanozyme-based sensing systems ha.e demonstrated promising sensitivity and reliability. However, owing to the lack of substrate specificity, it is cha.lenging to selectively detect DA using nanozymes. Herein, based on the reactivity of the DA oxidation intermediates,we report a cascade colorimetric sensing system for the selective detection of DA using only a single nanozyme. It was disclosed tha. the oxidation product of DA catalyzed by Co-N-doped carbon sheets（Co-N-C, a common oxidase-like nanozyme）, dopamine quinone（DAQ）, showed significant biocatalytic electron-donating activity in the reduction of O2to generate O2·-. Further using O2·-to oxidize3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine（TMB）, a colorimetric sensing platform for DA was constructed with a linear detection range of 50 nmol/L to 50 μmol/L and a low limit of detection of 4 nmol/L. Tha.ks to the reactivity of the oxidation product, without any biometric units（such as nucleic acids, enzymes,and antibodies/antigens）, the reaction selectivity of DA against other interferences（e.g., ascorbic acid,adrenaline, 5-hydroxytryptamine, and glutathione） was enha.ced up to 71-fold. Beyond complicated cascade systems requiring at least two nanozymes, sophisticated artificial recognition via multiple interactions was simplified by exploiting the oxidative properties of product intermediates; thus, only a single common oxidase-like nanozyme was needed. This work offers a new strategy to enha.ce the selectivity of nanozymes for bioanalytical applications.

Considerable spring precipitation occurs over South China(SC),a region tha. is adjacent to large-scale Asian topography and *** reasonable simulation is crucial for improving regional climate *** study investigates spring precipitation biases over SC and their possible causes in atmosphere-only and coupled Flexible Global Ocean–Atmosphere–Land System finite-volume version 3(FGOALS-f3) models with different horizontal *** performance of spring precipitation simulation over SC varies across different FGOALS-f3 model versions,with the best reproducibility in the high-resolution coupled model(25 km).In the low-resolution atmosphere-only model(100–125 km),the precipitation dry bias over SC is closely linked to overestimated surface sensible forcing over the eastern Tibetan Plateau(TP),which weakens the subtropical anticyclone over the western Pacific(SAWP) through regional circulation *** contrast,the high-resolution atmosphere-only model further amplifies surface thermal forcing in the Asian continents,causing intensified land–sea thermal contrast between the Southeast Asian continents and western Pacific,enha.ced southerly winds and SAWP,and increased water vapor transport into ***,the reduced middle–high level cold bias over 10°–30°N in the high-resolution atmosphere-only model intensifies the East Asian westerly jet and ascent over SC,leading to enha.ced spring precipitation *** high-resolution coupled model simulation not only reduces sea surface cold bias over the Bay of Bengal,thus intensifying the Indian–Burma trough and strengthening low-level water vapor transport into SC,but also enha.ces ascent over *** a result,the high-resolution coupled model better reproduces the magnitude and pattern of spring precipitation over SC tha. its atmosphere-only *** with low-resolution models,the domain-mean spring precipitation dry bias decreases by 11.2% over SC in the high-resolution atmosphere-only mod
