Production of neutron-rich actinide isotopes in isobaric collisions via multinucleon transfer reactions

We systematically calculated the multinucleon transfer reactions of ^(208)Os,^(208)Pt,^(208)Hg,^(208)Pb,^(208)Po,^(208)Rn,^(208)Ra,and ^(132,136) Xe when bombarded on ^(232) Th and ^(248) Cm at Coulomb barrier energies within the dinuclear system *** results are in good agreement with the available experimental *** influence of Coulomb and shell effects on actinide production in these reactions has been rigorously *** calculated and analyzed the potential energy surface (PES) and total kinetic energy (TKE) mass distributions for the reactions involving ^(208)Hg,^(208)Pb,and ^(208) Po with ^(248) Cm and ^(232)*** PES and TKE spectra shed light on the fragment formation mechanisms in multinucleon transfer reactions,with clear indications of isospin and shell *** production cross sections for multinucleon transfer products show a strong dependence on isobar projectiles with a mass number A=*** projectiles with high N/Z ratios are advantageous for generating neutron-rich target-like ***,products induced by isobar projectiles with larger charge numbers tend to shift toward proton-rich *** intertwining of the Coulomb potential and shell effect is evident in the production cross sections of actinide *** from reactions induced by radioactive projectiles,we anticipate the discovery of several new actinide isotopes near the nuclear drip lines,extending our reach into the superheavy nuclei domain.

Consideration of green intelligent steel processes and narrow window stability control technology on steel quality

In order to promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the steel industry, intelligent technology features based on the current situation and challenges of the steel industry are discussed in this paper. Based on both domestic and global research, functional analysis, reasonable positioning, and process optimization of each aspect of steel making are expounded. The current state of molten steel quality and implementation under narrow window control is analyzed. A method for maintaining stability in the narrow window control technology of steel quality is proposed, controlled by factors including composition, temperature, time, cleanliness, and consumption(raw material). Important guidance is provided for the future development of a green and intelligent steel manufacturing process.

目的通过对2009年至2015年广东省中医类医疗机构7年的基本情况、总诊疗人次数、门急诊人次、病床使用率、出院者平均住院日、出院人数六项指标进行综合分析,反映几年来广东省中医类医疗机构服务量水平,提出合理建议,为广东省中医药事业政策的制定提供科学依据。方法参考《广东省中医统计信息汇编》,统计分析数据。结果 2011年至2015年广东省中医医疗机构床位数连年增加,总诊疗服务量逐年上升,门急诊服务量增长相对稳定,其中村卫生室发展迅速,服务量猛增。病床使用率波动不大,各地区间差异较大,总的来说中医综合医院上升,中医专科、内骨伤科、中西医结合医院下降;平均住院日缩短,出院人数增加。结论 2009年至2015年广东省中医类医疗机构服务量得到了显著提高,人们对中医药服务的需求量越来越大;基层中医药发展缓慢,应着力提高基层中医医疗机构服务能力。

Some new thoughts of definitions of terms of sedimentary facies:Based on Miall's paper(1985)

In recent years,the Journal of Palaeogeography(Chinese Edition and English Edition)continually received manuscripts,in which some authors are from China and some are from Pakistan,Lithuania,Morocco,South Africa,*** authors of these manuscripts,according to the viewpoint and method of Miall’s paper(1985),selected rocks from each bed in the clastic sections of their study areas and induced some rock types,such as conglomerates,sandstones and fine-grained stones,and considered them as *** does not conform to the definition of lithofacies.I wrote some papers,i.e.,feng(2018,2019,2020),to point out the problems and hope that the authors worldwide,especially Chinese authors,will not continually cite,spread and follow Miall’s paper(1985)viewpoint and method *** is the first person who considered rocks(in fact,the sediments)as lithofacies and proposed a facies analysis *** viewpoint and facies analysis method confused the definition of facies and facies analysis *** current paper is a special article to discuss the principal problems of Miall’s paper(1985),i.e.,he considered the sediments as lithofacies and utilized lithofacies to analyze facies,but not to discuss the contributions and less strictness of architectural elements of his ***,I have to declare that the facies in my current paper is the facies of sedimentary petrology,but not of other geological disciplines,such as igneous petrology,metamorphic petrology,palaeontology,stratigraphy,geophysics,***,the definitions of facies and lithofacies are *** current paper will adhere to the policy of“A hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend”.I hope that through academic discussions,contends and geological practice,these problems will be solved gradually.

X-ray detectors which convert X-ray irradiation into electrical signals play an important role in diverse applications including medical diagnosis, security examination, nondestructive inspection, personal X-ray dosimeters and fundamental research[1–5]. Recently, metal halide perovskites（MHP） have been developed as a promising family for X-ray detection contributing to their intrinsic advantages, e.g.,simple synthesis, efficient X-ray absorption and excellent semiconducting properties[5–10].

目的建立仪器分析方法确证右佐匹克隆的化学结构。方法通过元素分析、紫外吸收光谱(UV)、红外吸收光谱(IR)、高分辨质谱(HRMS)、差热(DSC)、X-射线粉末衍射、核磁共振(NMR)、比旋度测定、手性柱-液相色谱法分析,确证其结构。结果通过实验证实右佐匹克隆的结构为4-甲基-1-哌嗪甲酸-(5S)-6-(5-氯-2-吡啶基)-6,7-二氢-7-氧代-5H-吡咯并[3,4-b]吡嗪-5-基酯。结论该方法准确可行,可为右佐匹克隆的结构鉴定提供依据。

Stress-corrosion behavior and characteristics of the friction stir welding of an AA2198-T34 alloy

To better understand the stress-corrosion behavior of friction stir welding(FSW),the effects of the microstructure on the stress-corrosion behavior of the FSW in a 2198-T34 aluminum alloy were *** experimental results show that the low-angle grain boundary(LABs)of the stir zone(SZ)of FSW is significantly less than that of heated affected zone(HAZ),thermo-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ),and parent materials(PM),but the grain boundary precipitates(GBPs)T1(Al2CuLi)were less,which has a slight effect on the stress *** dislocation density in SZ was greater than that in other *** residual stress in SZ was+67 MPa,which is greater than that in the *** residual stress in the HAZ and PM is-8 MPa and-32 MPa,respectively,and both compressive *** corrosion potential in SZ is obviously less than that in other ***,micro-cracks were formed in the SZ at low strain rate,which indicates that the grain boundary characters and GBPs have no significant effect on the crack initiation in the stress-corrosion process of the ***,the residual tensile stress has significant effect on the crack initiation during the stress-corrosion process.

All-perovskite tandem solar cells have the potential to surpass the theoretical efficiency limit of single junction solar cells by reducing thermalization ***,the challenges encompass the oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and uncontrolled crystallization kinetics in Sn-Pb perovskites,leading to nonradiative recombination and compositional heterogeneity to decrease photovoltaic efficiency and operational ***,we introduced an ionic liquid additive,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide （EMIMI） into Sn-Pb perovskite precursor to form low-dimensional Sn-rich/pure-Sn perovskites at grain boundaries,which mitigates oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and regulates the film-forming dynamics of Sn/Pb-based perovskite *** optimized single-junction Sn-Pb perovskite devices incorporating EMIMI achieved a high efficiency of 22.87%.Furthermore,combined with wide-bandgap perovskite sub-cells in tandem device,we demonstrate 2-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 28.34%,achieving improved operational stability.

背景:既往研究表明艾灸能减轻膝骨关节炎软骨病变,延缓膝骨关节炎进展;课题组前期研究中发现调控circPan3/miR-667-5p/Ghrelin信号通路可增强软骨细胞自噬水平,从而在膝骨关节炎中发挥软骨保护作用。目的:基于circPan3/miR-667-5p/Ghrelin信号通路探究艾灸对大鼠膝骨关节炎软骨的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和艾灸组(n=10),对后2组大鼠行右后肢膝关节前交叉韧带横断和内侧半月板部分切除术建立膝骨关节炎大鼠模型;假手术组大鼠仅接受关节囊切开术。6周后,艾灸组大鼠每日艾灸“足三里”“肾俞”穴区20 min,持续4周,其余2组不予以特殊处理。4周后通过组织病理学染色观察膝关节滑膜病变和软骨损伤程度,通过酶联免疫吸附实验检测血清中炎症因子白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子α的变化。此外,取上述3组大鼠右侧膝关节软骨细胞分为:正常对照组、模型组和艾灸组,通过Western blot和qRT-PCR检测各组细胞中软骨基质合成代谢分子(Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和Sox9)、基质降解分子(基质金属蛋白酶13和ADAMTS5)、自噬标志物(ATG5、Beclin-1、微管相关蛋白1轻链3)、Ghrelin、CircPan3以及miR-667-5P的表达水平。结果与结论:①治疗4周后,相对于假手术组,模型组大鼠滑膜显著增厚,炎症细胞浸润显著,关节间隙狭窄,软骨表面粗糙不平,变薄,软骨细胞数量减少,滑膜炎和OARSI评分显著升高,白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子α水平明显上调(P<0.0001);与模型组相比,艾灸组滑膜增厚减轻,炎症细胞浸润减少,关节间隙增宽,软骨更光滑完整、变厚,软骨细胞数量增多,滑膜炎和OARSI评分降低,白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子α水平显著降低(P<0.0001)。②体外实验结果表明,与正常对照组相比,模型组软骨细胞基质金属蛋白酶13、ADAMTS5和miR-667-5P表达增多,Ⅱ型胶原蛋白、Sox9、自噬标志物、Ghrelin和Circpan3表达减少(P<0.01);与模型组相比,艾灸可逆转上述指标改变(P<0.01)。③结果说明艾灸可能通过调节circPan3/miR-667-5p/Ghrelin信号通路增强软骨细胞自噬,抑制膝骨关节炎炎症和软骨破坏,对软骨发挥保护作用。

Repetitive traumatic brain injury impacts adult neurogenesis in the hippocampal dentate gyrus,leading to long-term cognitive ***,the mechanism underlying this neurogenesis impairment remains *** this study,we established a male mouse model of repetitive traumatic brain injury and performed long-term evaluation of neurogenesis of the hippocampal dentate gyrus after repetitive traumatic brain *** results showed that repetitive traumatic brain injury inhibited neural stem cell proliferation and development,delayed neuronal maturation,and reduced the complexity of neuronal dendrites and *** with repetitive traumatic brain injuryalso showed deficits in spatial memory ***,following repetitive traumatic brain injury,neuroinflammation was enhanced in the neurogenesis microenvironment where C1q levels were increased,C1q binding protein levels were decreased,and canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling was *** inhibitor of C1 reversed the long-term impairment of neurogenesis induced by repetitive traumatic brain injury and improved neurological *** findings suggest that repetitive traumatic brain injury–induced C1-related inflammation impairs long-term neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus and contributes to spatial memory retrieval dysfunction.
