Does the transformation of energy structure promote green technological innovation?A quasi-natural experiment based on new energy demonstration city construction

New energy development is essential to achieving carbon peaks and neutrality and promoting green technological *** the causal relationship between new energy demonstration city construction and green technological innovation is crucial for the expansion and promotion of new energy demonstration *** this study,we take the construction of new energy demonstration cities as a quasi-natural experiment,study their impact on green technological innovation using difference-indifference(DID),and conduct a robustness test using DID after propensity score matching(PSM-DID).The research results indicate the following:First,energy structure optimization can significantly improve the level of urban green technological innovation(this result was shown to be valid using PSM-DID and other tests involving the effects of placebo and instrumental variables).Second,new energy demonstration city construction mainly improves the level of urban green technological innovation through technology research and development,the improvement of the industrial innovation environment,and the promotion of environmental ***,the impact of energy structure optimization on green technological innovation has regional,financial,and economic development ***,new energy demonstration city policy affects the flow of capital,labor,technology,and other production factors to pilot areas according to new energy demonstration city policy,forming a“siphon effect”.The carbon reduction effect of new energy demonstration city construction is greater than its pollution reduction *** the results of the study,policy recommendations to promote the expansion of new energy demonstration cities are proposed.

Elliptic curve cryptography is an important part of nowaday's public key *** points of elliptic curves over finite fields is of great significance to the selection of safety *** present,there are many p-adic algorithms,such as SST algorithm,generalized AGM algorithm,Kedlaya algorithm,etc.,which can deal with the situation of finite fields of small *** this paper,the authors generalize the MSST algorithm of characteristic 2 to general fields of odd characteristic,and propose the generalized MSST *** generalized MSST algorithm is achieved by combining the advantages of the SST algorithm and the generalized AGM *** the time complexity of the multiplication of two n-bit numbers is denoted as O((n)^(μ)),then the time complexity of the generalized MSST algorithm is O(n^(2μ+1/1+μ)),which is the same as the improved SST *** practical experiments,the running time of the generalized MSST algorithm is less than that of the improved SST algorithm.

Spin-orbit interaction induced Casimir-Lifshitz torque between two-dimensional electron gases

We investigate theoretically the Casimir interaction between two parallel two-dimensional electron gases(2DEGs)with Rashba and Dresselhaus spin-orbit interactions(SOIs),based on the quantum field *** derive an analytical expression for the polarization tensor and obtain the solution to the motion equation of the electromagnetic(EM)*** calculate the CasimirLifshitz torque(CLT)between two parallel 2DEGs with Rashba and Dresselhaus SOIs,which can be tuned by changing the relative strength between two *** anisotropic Casimir energy between 2DEGs caused by the interplay between the SOIs of 2DEGs offers a new origin of CLT and a new type of optoelectronic device.

Reliability ensemble averaging reduces surface wind speed projection uncertainties in the 21st century over China

Accurate prediction of future surface wind speed(SWS)changes is the basis of scientific planning for wind *** studies have projected SWS changes in the 21st century over China on the basis of the multi-model ensemble(MME)of the 6th Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP6).However,the simulation capability for SWS varies greatly in CMIP6 multi-models,so the MME results still have large *** this study,we used the reliability ensemble averaging(REA)method to assign each model different weights according to their performances in simulating historical SWS changes and project the SWS under different shared socioeconomic pathways(SSPs)in *** results indicate that REA considerably improves the SWS simulation capacity of CMIP6,eliminating the overestimation of SWS by the MME and increasing the simulation capacity of spatial *** spatial correlations with observations increased from 0.56 for the MME to 0.85 for ***,REA could eliminate the overestimation of the SWS by 33%in *** for southeastern China,the SWS generally decreases over China in the near term(2020-2049)and later term(2070-2099),particularly under high-emission *** SWS reduction projected by REA is twice as high as that by the MME in the near term,reaching-4%to-3%.REA predicts a larger area of increased SWS in the later term,which expands from southeastern China to eastern *** study helps to reduce the projected SWS uncertainties.

p53 is mutated in half of cancer ***,no p53-targeting drugs have been ***,we reposition decitabine for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),a subtype with frequent p53 mutations and extremely poor *** a retrospective study on tissue microarrays with 132 TNBC cases,DNMT1 overexpression was associated with p53 mutations(P=0.037)and poor overall survival(OS)(P=0.010).In a prospective DEciTabinE and Carboplatin in TNBC(DETECT)trial(NCT03295552),decitabine with carboplatin produced an objective response rate(ORR)of 42%in 12 patients with stage IV *** the 9 trialed patients with available TP53 sequencing results,the 6 patients with p53 mutations had higher ORR(3/6 vs.0/3)and better OS(16.0 vs.4.0 months)than the patients with wild-type *** a mechanistic study,isogenic TNBC cell lines harboring DETECT-derived p53 mutations exhibited higher DNMT1 expression and decitabine sensitivity than the cell line with wild-type *** the DETECT trial,decitabine induced strong immune responses featuring the striking upregulation of the innate immune player IRF7 in the p53-mutated TNBC cell line(upregulation by 16-fold)and the most responsive patient with *** integrative studies reveal the potential of repurposing decitabine for the treatment of p53-mutated TNBC and suggest IRF7 as a potential biomarker for decitabine-based treatments.

Exciplex-emitters are attractive due to their distinct feature of easily achieving small singlet-triplet energy splitting for thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF),but face with challenges in convenient design of electron *** 9-phenylfluorene-based acceptor 9-[6-(2-cyano-7-isocyano-9-phenyl-9H-fluoren-9-yl)-9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl]-9-phenyl-9H-fluorene-2,7-dicarbonitrile(TriCNDPFCz)was designed and synthesized through *** mixing TriCNDPFCz with conventional donor 1,1-bis[(di-4-tolylamino)phenyl]cyclohexane(TAPC),bright exciplex-TADF was obtained with a maximum current efficiency of 46.7 cd·A^(-1),power efficiency of 52.3 lm·W^(-1)and external quantum efficiency of 14.5%.The experimental characterizations indicate that tricyano-substitution in 9-phenylfluorene skeleton can form strong electron-accepting ability,which is useful and convenient for constructing electron acceptor in exciplex emission.

EV Charging Station Load Prediction in Coupled Urban Transportation and Distribution Networks

The increasingly large number of electric vehicles(EVs)has resulted in a growing concern for EV charging station load prediction for the purpose of comprehensively evaluating the influence of the charging load on distribution *** address this issue,an EV charging station load predictionmethod is proposed in coupled urban transportation and distribution ***,a finer dynamic urban transportation network model is formulated considering both nodal and path ***,a finer EV power consumption model is proposed by considering the influence of traffic congestion and ambient ***,the Monte Carlo method is applied to predict the distribution of EVcharging station load based on the proposed dynamic urban transportation network model and finer EV power consumption ***,a dynamic charging pricing scheme for EVs is devised based on the EV charging station load requirements and the maximum thresholds to ensure the security operation of distribution ***,the validity of the proposed dynamic urban transportation model was verified by accurately estimating five sets of test data on travel time by contrast with the BPR *** five groups of travel time prediction results showed that the average absolute percentage errors could be improved from 32.87%to 37.21%compared to the BPR ***,the effectiveness of the proposed EV charging station load prediction method was demonstrated by four case studies in which the prediction of EV charging load was improved from27.2 to 31.49MWh by considering the influence of ambient temperature and speed on power energy consumption.

Inhibition of Bcl-6 Expression Ameliorates Asthmatic Characteristics in Mice

Objective The function of Bcl-6 in T follicular helper(Tfh)cell maturation is indispensable,and Tfh cells play a pivotal role in *** study investigated the impact of Bcl-6 on asthmatic *** The microscopic pathological alterations,airway resistance(AR),and lung compliance(LC)were determined in asthmatic mice and Bcl-6 interference *** surface molecular markers of Tfh cells and the Bcl-6 mRNA and protein expression were determined by flow cytometry,RT-qPCR,and Western blotting,*** relationships between the Tfh cell ratio and the IgE and IgG1 concentrations in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were *** Asthmatic inflammatory changes were observed in the lung tissue and were attenuated by Bcl-6 siRNA and dexamethasone(DXM).Asthmatic mice exhibited an increased AR and a decreased LC,while Bcl-6 siRNA or DXM mitigated these *** percentages of Tfh cells and eosinophils were significantly increased in the asthmatic mice,and they significantly decreased after Bcl-6 inhibition or DXM ***-qPCR and Western blotting analyses revealed that the Bcl-6 expression level in PBMCs was significantly higher in asthmatic mice,and it decreased following Bcl-6 inhibition or DXM *** IgE expression in the serum and BALF and the B cell expression in PBMCs exhibited a similar *** asthmatic mice,the ratio of Tfh cells in the peripheral blood showed a strong positive correlation with the IgE levels in the serum and BALF,but not with the IgG1 *** The amelioration of airway inflammation and airway hyper-responsiveness is achieved through Bcl-6 suppression,which effectively hinders Tfh cell differentiation,ultimately resulting in a concurrent reduction in IgE production.
