The Internet of Things(IoT)is a network system that connects physical devices through the Internet,allowing them to ***,IoT has become an integral part of our lives,offering convenience and smart ***,the growing number of IoT devices has brought about a corresponding increase in cybersecurity threats,such as device vulnerabilities,data privacy concerns,and network *** blockchain technology with IoT has proven to be a promising approach to enhance IoT ***,the emergence of quantum computing poses a significant challenge to the security of traditional classical cryptography used in blockchain,potentially exposing it to quantum *** support the growth of the IoT industry,mitigate quantum threats,and safeguard IoT data,this study proposes a robust blockchain solution for IoT that incorporates both classical and post-quantum security ***,we present the Quantum-Enhanced Blockchain Architecture for IoT(QBIoT)to ensure secure data sharing and integrity ***,we propose an improved Proof of Authority consensus algorithm called“Proof of Authority with Random Election”(PoARE),implemented within QBIoT for leader selection and new block ***,we develop a publickey quantum signature protocol for transaction verification in the ***,a comprehensive security analysis of QBIoT demonstrates its resilience against cyber threats from both classical and quantum *** summary,this research introduces an innovative quantum-enhanced blockchain solution to address quantum security concernswithin the realmof *** proposedQBIoT framework contributes to the ongoing development of quantum blockchain technology and offers valuable insights for future research on IoT security.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of silicone oil(SO)as a corneal lubricant to improve visualization during ***:Patients who underwent vitreoretinal surgery were divided into two *** 1 was operated on with initial SO(Oxane 5700)as a corneal *** 2 was operated on with initial lactated ringer’s solution(LRS)and then replaced with SO as *** clarity was scored during the *** staining was performed to determine the damage to corneal ***:Totally 114 eyes of 114 patients were *** SO use maintained a clear cornea and provided excellent visualization of surgical *** group 1,the fundus clarity was grade 3 in 41/45 eyes and grade 2 in 4/45 *** group 2,corneal edema frequently occurred after initial LRS *** fundus clarity was grade 3 in 19/69 eyes,2 in 37/69 eyes and 1 in 13/69 eyes(P0.05).CONCLUSION:The use of SO as a corneal lubricant is effective and safe for preserving and improving corneal clarity and providing clear surgical field during vitrectomy.

As an efficient scheduling method, the intelligent planning of ammunition support operation of carrier-borne air craft is an important way to boost the development of advanced technology of aircraft carrier engineering. Ensuring the correctness of operation planning schemes under the high safety-critical attribute has gradually become the key technical bottleneck restricting the security of their practical application deployments. Aiming at the challenges posed by the difficulties in modeling ammunition support systems, describing operation execution behavior, and realizing formal verification tools, this study proposes a behavior model for ammunition support systems based on the separation logic idea, where the theorem prover Coq is employed to conduct formal verification on the operation planning scheme. First, a serialized two-tier resource heap model that conforms to the characteristics of ammunition support operation is proposed. Subsequently, a set of modeling language and operational semantics are constructed based on this model to describe job execution behavior. Finally, a proof assistant tool is implemented in Coq. The usability and engineering practicability of the tool are verified by interactive demonstrations of several typical ammunition support operation planning schemes. © 2024 Chinese Academy of Sciences. Ubiquitously transcribed tetratricopeptide repeat on chromosome X(UTX),also known as lysine(K)-specific demethylase 6A(KDM6A),functions as a tumor suppressor gene or oncogene depending on the tumor type and ***,its tumor-suppressive mechanisms remain largely ***,we investigated the clinical significance and biological effects of UTX expression in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDA)and determined the potential mechanisms of its *** expression and its association with clinicopathologic characteristics of PDA patients were analyzed using *** mRNA and protein expression and their regulation in PDA cell lines were measured using quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot *** biological functions of UTX in PDA cell growth,migration,and invasion were determined using gain-and loss-of-function assays with both in vitro and in vivo animal *** expression was reduced in human PDA cell lines and *** UTX expression was associated with poor differentiation and prognosis in *** UTX expression inhibited PDA proliferation,migration,and invasion in vitro and PDA growth and metastasis in vivo,whereas knockdown of UTX expression did the ***,UTX expression was trans-activated by GATA6 ***6-mediated PDA progression could be blocked,at least partially,by silencing UTX *** conclusion,loss of GATA6-mediated UTX expression was evident in human PDA and restored UTX expression suppressed PDA growth and ***,UTX is a tumor suppressor in PDA and may serve as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target.

Layer Hall effect induced by hidden Berry curvature in antiferromagnetic insulators

The layer Hall effect describes electrons spontaneously deflected to opposite sides at different layers, which has been experimentally reported in the MnBi2Te4thin films under perpendicular electric fields. Here, we reveal a universal origin of the layer Hall effect in terms of the so-called hidden Berry curvature, as well as material design principles. Hence, it gives rise to zero Berry curvature in momentum space but non-zero layer-locked hidden Berry curvature in real space. We show that, compared to that of a trivial insulator, the layer Hall effect is significantly enhanced in antiferromagnetic topological insulators. Our universal picture provides a paradigm for revealing the hidden physics as a result of the interplay between the global and local symmetries, and can be generalized in various scenarios.

Acute pancreatitis is a common systemic inflammatory disease, manifested by a spectrum of severity, ranging from mild in the majority of patients to severe acute pancreatitis. Patients with severe acute pancreatitis suffer from severe local and systemic complications and organ failure, leading to a poor prognosis. The early recognition of the severe condition is important to improve prognosis. Obesity has risen in tandem with an increase in the severity of acute pancreatitis in recent years. Studies have revealed that adipose tissue, particularly visceral adipose tissue is associated with the prognosis of acute pancreatitis. This review discussed the role of visceral adipose tissue in obese patients with acute pancreatitis and explored the possible mechanism involved.

Numerical simulation of melt flow and temperature field during DC casting 2024 aluminium alloy under different casting conditions

Casting speed,casting temperature and secondary cooling water flow rate are the main process parameters affecting the DC casting *** parameters significantly influence the flow and temperature fields during casting,which are crucial for the quality of the ingot and can determine the success or failure of the casting *** simulation,with the advantages of low cost,rapid execution,and visualized results,is an important method to study and optimize the DC casting *** the present work,a simulation model of DC casting 2024 aluminum alloy was established,and the reliability of the model was ***,the influence of casting parameters on flow field and temperature field was studied in detail by numerical simulation *** show that with the increase of casting speed,the melt flow becomes faster,the depths of slurry zone and mushy zone increase,and the variation of slurry zone depth is greater than that of mushy *** an increase in casting temperature,the melt flow rate increases,the depth of the slurry zone becomes shallower,and the depth of the mushy zone experiences only minor *** simulation results further indicate that the increase of the flow rate of the secondary cooling water slightly reduces the depths of both slurry and mushy zone.

Corrugated Graphene Paper Reinforced Silicone Resin Composite for Efficient Interface Thermal Management

With the rapid development of high-power-density electronic devices,interface thermal resistance has become a critical barrier for effective heat management in high-performance electronic ***,there is an urgent demand for advanced thermal interface materials(TIMs)with high cross-plane thermal conductivity and excellent compressibility to withstand increasingly complex operating *** achieve this aim,a promising strategy involves vertically arranging highly thermoconductive graphene on ***,with the currently available methods,achieving a balance between low interfacial thermal resistance,bidirectional high thermal conductivity,and large-scale production is ***,we prepared a graphene framework with continuous filler structures in in-plane and cross-plane directions by bonding corrugated graphene to planar graphene *** interface interaction between the graphene paper framework and polymer matrix was enhanced via surface functionalization to reduce the interface thermal *** resulting three-dimensional thermal framework endows the polymer composite material with a cross-plane thermal conductivity of 14.4 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)and in-plane thermal conductivity of 130W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)when the thermal filler loading is 10.1 wt%,with a thermal conductivity enhancement per 1 wt%filler loading of 831%,outperforming various graphene structures as *** its high thermal conductivity,low contact thermal resistance,and low compressive modulus,the developed highly thermoconductive composite material demonstrates superior performance in TIM testing compared with TFLEX-700,an advanced commercial TIM,effectively solving the interfacial heat transfer issues in electronic *** novel filler structure framework also provides a solution for achieving a balance between efficient thermal management and ease of processing.

Biological structural materials,despite consisting of limited kinds of compounds,display multifunctionalities due to their complex hierarchical *** some biomimetic strategies have been applied in artificial materials to enhance their mechanical stability,the simultaneous optimization of other functions along with the mechanical properties via biomimetic designs has not been thoroughly ***,iron oxide/carbon nanotube(CNT)-based artificial nacre with both improved mechanical and electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance is fabricated via the mineralization of Fe_(3)O_(4)onto a CNTincorporated *** micro-and nano-structures of the artificial nacre are similar to those of natural nacre,which in turn improves its mechanical *** alternating electromagnetic wave-reflective CNT layers and the wave-absorptive iron oxide layers can improve the multiple reflections of the waves on the surfaces of the reflection layers,which then allows sufficient interactions between the waves and the absorption ***,compared with the reflection-dependent EMI-shielding of the non-structured material,the artificial nacre exhibits strong absorption-dependent shielding behavior even with a very low content of wave-absorptive *** to the high mechanical stability,the shielding effectiveness of the artificial nacre that deeply cut by a blade is still maintained at approximately 70%−96%depending on the incident wave *** present work provides a new way for designing structural materials with concurrently enhanced mechanical and functional properties,and a path to combine structural design and intrinsic properties of specific materials via a biomimetic strategy.

High-precision and real-time diagnosis of sucker rod pumping system(SRPS)is important for quickly mastering oil well *** learning-based method for classifying the dynamometer card(DC)of oil wells is an efficient diagnosis ***,the input of the DC as a two-dimensional image into the deep learning framework suffers from low feature utilization and high computational ***,different SRPSs in an oil field have various system parameters,and the same SRPS generates different DCs at different ***,there is heterogeneity in field data,which can dramatically impair the diagnostic *** solve the above problems,a working condition recognition method based on 4-segment time-frequency signature matrix(4S-TFSM)and deep learning is presented in this ***,the 4-segment time-frequency signature(4S-TFS)method that can reduce the computing power requirements is proposed for feature extraction of DC ***,the 4S-TFSM is constructed by relative normalization and matrix calculation to synthesize the features of multiple data and solve the problem of data ***,a convolutional neural network(CNN),one of the deep learning frameworks,is used to determine the functioning conditions based on the *** on field data verify that the proposed diagnostic method based on 4S-TFSM and CNN(4S-TFSM-CNN)can significantly improve the accuracy of working condition recognition with lower computational *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first work to discuss the effect of data heterogeneity on the working condition recognition performance of SRPS.
