Objective:To explore Professor yang Suqing’s experience in treating blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris and analyze the characteristics of its prescription;Methods:Outpatient prescriptions for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood stasis syndrome were selected and extracted traditional Chinese medicine for standardized processing.Then analyze the data by using set visualization analysis and Apriori algorithm.Results:A total of 149 traditional Chinese herbs were extracted.Among them,and the top 12 commonly used herbs with frequency>30 were Licorice,Saposhnikovia,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Rehmannia glutinosa,Cicada slough,Oyster and Keel through the set visualization analysis,herbs association rules analysis,and herbs combination analysis.Saposhnikovia,Liquorice,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Angelica sinensis and Paeonia Alba are the most commonly used combination of herbs by Professor yang Suqing in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris.Conclusion:In addition to invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis herbs,which are preferred for the treatment of blood stasis syndromes,Saposhnikovia and Schizonepeta tenuifolia,etc.,are used to synergistically exert the functions of invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and eliminating wind expression,with remarkable efficacy.

Directed energy deposition-arc(DED-Arc)technology has the advantages of simple equipment,low manufacturing cost and high deposition rate,while the use of DED-Arc has problems of microstructure inhomogeneity,position dependence of macroscopic mechanical properties and anisotropy.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a subsequent heat treatment to improve its microstructure uniformity,mechanical properties and superelasticity.In this investigation,the DED-Arc 15-layer NiTi alloy thin-walled parts with the solution treatment at different process parameters were studied to analyze the effects of solution heat treatment on microstructure,phase composition,phase transformation,microhardness,tensile and superelasticity.The temperature range of solution treatment is 800-1050℃,and the treatment time range is 1-5.5 h.The results show that after solution treatment at 800℃/1 h,the content of precipitated phase decreases,the grain is refined,the microhardness increases,and the mechanical properties in the 0°direction are improved.The strain recovery rate after 10 tensile cycles has increased from 37.13%(as-built)to 49.25%(solid solution treatment).This research provides an effective post treatment method for high-performance DED-Arc NiTi shape memory alloys.

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of smart city construction,there have been significant changes and improvements in the field of intelligent transportation.The semantic segmentation of road scenes has important practical significance in the fields of automatic driving,transportation planning,and intelligent transportation systems.However,the current mainstream lightweight semantic segmentation models in road scene segmentation face problems such as poor segmentation performance of small targets and insufficient refinement of segmentation edges.Therefore,this article proposes a lightweight semantic segmentation model based on the LiteSeg model improvement to address these issues.The model uses the lightweight backbone network MobileNet instead of the LiteSeg backbone network to reduce the network parameters and computation,and combines the Coordinate Attention(CA)mechanism to help the network capture long-distance dependencies.At the same time,by combining the dependencies of spatial information and channel information,the Spatial and Channel Network(SCNet)attention mechanism is proposed to improve the feature extraction ability of the model.Finally,a multiscale transposed attention encoding(MTAE)module was proposed to obtain features of different resolutions and perform feature fusion.In this paper,the proposed model is verified on the Cityscapes dataset.The experimental results show that the addition of SCNet and MTAE modules increases the mean Intersection over Union(mIoU)of the original LiteSeg model by 4.69%.On this basis,the backbone network is replaced with MobileNet,and the CA model is added at the same time.At the cost of increasing the minimum model parameters and computing costs,the mIoU of the original LiteSeg model is increased by 2.46%.This article also compares the proposed model with some current lightweight semantic segmentation models,and experiments show that the comprehensive performance of the proposed model is the best,especially in achieving excellent results in small object seg

Multiplicative Functions Resembling the Mobius Function

A multiplicative function f is said to be resembling the Mobius function if f is supported on the square-free integers,and f(p)=±1 for each prime p.We prove O-and Ω-results for the summatory function ∑_(n)≤x f(n)for a class of these f,and the point is that these O-results demonstrate cancellations better than the square-root saving.It is proved in particular that the summatory function is O(x^(1/3+ε))under the Riemann Hypothesis.On the other hand it is proved to be Ω(x^(1/4))unconditionally.It is interesting to compare these with the corresponding results for the Mobius function.

By virtue of alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM), Newton-Raphson method, ratio consensus approach and running sum method, two distributed iterative strategies are presented in this paper to address the economic dispatch problem(EDP) in power systems. Different from most of the existing distributed ED approaches which neglect the effects of packet drops or/and time delays, this paper takes into account both packet drops and time delays which frequently occur in communication networks. Moreover, directed and possibly unbalanced graphs are considered in our algorithms, over which many distributed approaches fail to converge. Furthermore, the proposed schemes can address the EDP with local constraints of generators and nonquadratic convex cost functions, not just quadratic ones required in some existing ED approaches. Both theoretical analyses and simulation studies are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed schemes.

The glucosinolate regulation in plant: A new view on lanthanum stimulating the growth of plant

The harmful effect of low-concentration lanthanum [La(Ⅲ)] on plants was investigated by choosing horseradish as a representative of plants and using the methods of physics, analytical chemistry and biology. The results show that the genetic expressions related to glucosinolates(GLS, the marker of plant resisting harmful effects) synthesis are significantly increased after the endocytosis in leaf cells is initiated by low-concentrations La(Ⅲ). Consequently, the activities in the key enzymes for catalyzing the GLS synthesis are promoted. Meanwhile, the contents of the precursors and substrates in GLS synthesis are increased. All the above changes accelerate the GLS synthesis and result in the maximum increase in GLS content by 14%. Finally, the uptake of nutrient elements in horseradish is enhanced, and the yield of horseradish is maximally increased by 25%. Therefore, low-concentration La(Ⅲ) is harmful to plants, and plants can promote growth to resist the harmful effects of low-concentration La(Ⅲ) by regulating GLS content. The results show a new insight into how rare earth elements stimulate plant growth, and provide a reference for the risk assessment of rare earth elements.

A new family of functional hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites(HOIPs)is theoretically designed based on the following chemical insights:when a proton is adhered to molecules like water or ethanol,the newly formed larger-sized cations(e.g.,H_(5)O_(2)^(+),C_(2)H_(5)OH_(2)^(+),and CH_(3)SH^(+))entail low electron affinities mimicking superalkalis;they are conjugated acids of weak bases that cannot survive in solution,while their chemistry behavior in the HOIP frameworks,however,may be markedly different due to greatly enhanced cohesive energies of the proton,which facilitate the formation of new HOIPs.First-principles computations show that the putative formation reactions for these newly designed HOIPs typically release much more energy compared with the prevailing HOIP MAPbI3,suggesting the likelihood of facile solution-based fabrications,while the suppression of reverse formation suggests that the humidity stability may be markedly enhanced.During their formations,halide acids are unlikely to react with ethanol or methanethiol without the presence of metal halides,a condition further favoring their stability.The proposed structure of(H_(5)O_(2))PbI_(3)may also clarify the origin of the long-speculated existence of HPbI3.Importantly,density functional theory computations suggest that many of these HOIPs possess not only direct bandgaps with values within the optimal range for solar light absorbing but also more desirable optical absorption spectra than that of MAPbI3,where their ferroelectric polarizations also benefit photovoltaics.The stability and photovoltaic efficiency may be even further improved for the newly designed two-dimensional(2D)HOIPs and 2D/3D hybrid HOIP structures.

BACKGROUND The diagnosis of multiple primary malignancies(MPMs)has increased due to the improvements and development of diagnostic techniques,in conjunction with extended life span.Notably however,reports of synchronous quadruple primary malignancies remain extremely rare.CASE SUMMARY Herein we describe the case of a 56-year-old woman who was diagnosed with synchronous quadruple multiple primary cancers,namely an endocervical adenocarcinoma admixed with neuroendocrine features,localized endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma,unilateral endometrioid ovarian carcinoma,and gastric adenocarcinoma.All four of these tumors were removed in one combined surgical procedure.CONCLUSION To our knowledge the above-described combination of multiple synchronous primary malignancies has not been previously reported.The nature of the association between them is unknown.Further research should focus on the etiology and mechanisms involved in MPMs.

Here,a series of polyurethane porous hydrogels(PUF-s)loaded with different sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)were successfully prepared by one-step foaming method.The physio-chemical prop-erties and morphologies were characterized.The effects of CMC content,adsorbent dosage,temperature,pH value and other fac-tors on the adsorption of methylene blue(MB)dye in water by CMC-PUF-s were also investigated through static adsorption experi-ments.The results showed that CMC-PUF-10 had excellent adsorp-tion performance for MB solution with removal rate of 81.47%,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 27.5 mg/g.In addition,the study of adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms showed that the adsorption of MB by CMC-PUF was more consistent with Langmuir isotherm adsorption model and pseudo second-order kinetic model.The adsorption thermodynamics study suggested that the adsorption process of MB by CMC-PUF-10 was sponta-neous and exothermic at room temperature.The results of cyclic adsorption experiment demonstrated that the removal rate of MB reached above 70%after five cycles,indicating the foams with excellent recyclability.Finally,a low-cost,environmentally friendly and recyclable MB adsorbent was synthesized in this study.As polyurethane foam was synthesized by one-step foaming method,this adsorbent can be prepared on site in practical application and reduce the transportation cost.

Visual simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)is crucial in robotics and autonomous driving.However,traditional visual SLAM faces challenges in dynamic environments.To address this issue,researchers have proposed semantic SLAM,which combines object detection,semantic segmentation,instance segmentation,and visual SLAM.Despite the growing body of literature on semantic SLAM,there is currently a lack of comprehensive research on the integration of object detection and visual SLAM.Therefore,this study aims to gather information from multiple databases and review relevant literature using specific keywords.It focuses on visual SLAM based on object detection,covering different aspects.Firstly,it discusses the current research status and challenges in this field,highlighting methods for incorporating semantic information from object detection networks into mileage measurement,closed-loop detection,and map construction.It also compares the characteristics and performance of various visual SLAM object detection algorithms.Lastly,it provides an outlook on future research directions and emerging trends in visual SLAM.Research has shown that visual SLAM based on object detection has significant improvements compared to traditional SLAM in dynamic point removal,data association,point cloud segmentation,and other technologies.It can improve the robustness and accuracy of the entire SLAM system and can run in real time.With the continuous optimization of algorithms and the improvement of hardware level,object visual SLAM has great potential for development.
