Progress of quantum molecular dynamics model and its applications in heavy ion collisions

In this review article,we first briefty introduce the transport theory and quantum molecular dynamics model applied in the study of the heavy ion collisions from low to intermediate *** developments of improved quantum molecular dynamics model(ImQMD)and ultra-relativistic quantum molecular dynamics model(UrQMD),are *** reaction mechanism and phenomena related to the fusion,multinucleon transrer,fragmentation,collective flow and particle production are reviewed and discussed within the framework of the two *** constraints on the isospin asymmetric muclear equation of state and in-medium nucleon nucleon cross sections by comparing the heavy ion collision data with transport models calculations in last decades are also discussed,and the uncertainties of these constraints are analyzed as ***,we discuss the future direction of the development of the transport models for improving the understanding of the reaction mechanism,the descriptions of various observables,the constraint on the nuclear equation of state,as well as for the constraint on in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross sections.

5,7,2',4',5'-Pentamethoxyflavanone regulates M1/M2 macrophage phenotype and protects the septic mice

Flavonoids have been reported to exert protective effect against many inflammatory diseases, while the underlying cellular mechanisms are still not completely known. In the present study, we explored the anti-inflammation activity of 5, 7, 2', 4', 5'-pentamethoxyflavanone(abbreviated as Pen.), a kind of polymethoxylated flavonoid, both in vitro and in vivo experiments. Pen. was showed no obvious toxicity in macrophages even at high dosage treatment. Our results indicated that Pen. significantly inhibited both mR NA and protein level of proinflammatory cytokines, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and iN OS, which was characteristic expressed on M1 polarized macrophages. These effects of Pen. were further confirmed by diminished expression of CD11c, the M1 macrophage surface marker. Further researches showed that the mechanism was due to that Pen. downregulated the activity of p65, key transcription factor for M1 polarization. On the other hand, Pen. also enhanced M2 polarization with upregulation of anti-inflammatory factors and increase of M2 macrophage surface markers, which lead to the balance of M1 and M2 macrophages. Moreover, in vivo research verified that Pen. treatment alleviated LPS-induced sepsis in mice by increasing survival rate, decreasing inflammatory cytokines and improving lung tissue damage. In summary, our results suggested that Pen. modulated macrophage phenotype via suppressing p65 signal pathway to exert the anti-inflammation activity.

Visceral hypersensitive rats share common dysbiosis features with irritable bowel syndrome patients

AIM: To evaluate gut microbial dysbiosis in two visceral hypersensitive models in comparison with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) patients and to explore the extent to which these models capture the dysbiosis of IBS patients. METHODS: Visceral hypersensitivity was developed using the maternal separation(MS) rat model and post-inflammatory rat model. The visceral sensitivity of the model groups and control group was evaluated using the abdominal withdraw reflex score and electromyography in response to graded colorectal distention. The 16 S ribosomal RNA gene from fecal samples was pyrosequenced and analyzed. The correlation between dysbiosis in the microbiota and visceral hypersensitivity was calculated. Positive findings were compared to sequencing data from a published human IBS ***: Dysbiosis triggered by neonatal maternal separation was lasting but not static. Both MS and postinflammatory rat fecal microbiota deviated from that of the control rats to an extent that was larger than the co-housing effect. Two short chain fatty acid producing genera, Fusobacterium and Clostridium XI, were shared by the human IBS cohort and by the maternal separation rats and post-inflammatory rats, respectively, to different extents. Fusobacterium was significantly increased in the MS group, and its abundance positively correlated with the degree of visceral hypersensitivity. Porphyromonadaceae was a protective biomarker for both the rat control group and healthy human controls. CONCLUSION: The dysbiosis MS rat model and the post-inflammatory rat model captured some of the dysbiosis features of IBS patients. Fusobacterium, Clostridium XI and Porphyromonadaceae were identified as targets for future mechanistic research.

A two-step Taylor-Galerkin fractional-step finite element method, which is of second order accuracy in space and time, was proposed for the three-dimensional free surface problem. With this method, the intermediate velocity was explicitly obtained by neglecting pressure gradient term, and then the velocity was corrected by adding the effects of pressure once the pressure field had been obtained from the pressure Poisson equation. The level set approach was applied to track implicitly the free surface. In order to track the free surface, the transport equation of the level set function was solved at each time step and the level set function is reinitialized through iteration to maintain it as a distance function. The governing equations of the system were discretized by the two- step Taylor-Galerkin method, which is of high-order accuracy and easy to be used. The validity and reliability of this method in this article were proved by two numerical examples.

Preparation of thermal barrier coatings by ultrasonic plasma spraying

Modulated plasma arc not only can heat the powder, but also can excite ultrasonic of different frequencies and different powers. The principles and characters of the plasma arc-excited ultrasonic were described, and the ultrasonic plasma spraying was compared with normal plasma spraying. Zirconia thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) were fabricated with two kinds of method. The TBCs were studied by the optical microscope observation, SEM observation and bonding strength experiment. The results show that suitable ultrasonic changes the performance and microstructure of TBCs in evidence. And the mechanism of ultrasonic influencing the TBCs was also discussed.

Thickening progression mechanism of silica fume-oil well cement composite system at high temperatures

This work studied the thickening progression mechanism of the silica fume-oil well cement composite system at high temperatures(110-180.C)in order to provide a theoretical guidance for the rational application of silica fume in the cementing *** showed that silica fume seldom affected the thickening progression of oil well cement slurry at 110-120.C,but when temperature reached above130.C,it would aggravate the bulging degree of thickening curves and significantly extend the thickening time,meanwhile causing the abnormal“temperature-based thickening time reversal”and“dosage-based thickening time reversal”phenomena in the range of 130-160.C and 170-180.C *** 130-160.C,the thickening time of oil well cement slurry was mainly associated with the generation rate of calcium hydroxide(CH)*** introduced silica fume would be attracted to the cement minerals'surface that were hydrating to produce CH and agglomerate together to form an“adsorptive barrier”to hinder further hydration of the inner cement ***“adsorptive barrier”effect strengthened with the rising temperature which extended the thickening time and caused the occurrence of the“temperature-based thickening time reversal”*** 170-180.C,the pozzolanic activity of silica fume significantly enhanced and considerable amount of C-S-H was generated,thus the“temperature-based thickening time reversal”vanished and the“dosage-based thickening time reversal”was presented.

A geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase gene, Ib GGPS, increases carotenoid contents in transgenic sweetpotato

Geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase(GGPS) plays an important role in the biosynthesis of carotenoids. In a previous study, the IbGGPS gene was isolated from a sweetpotato, Ipomoea batatas(L.) Lam., line Nongdafu 14 with high carotenoid contents, but its role and underlying mechanisms in carotenoid biosynthesis in sweetpotato were not investigated. In the present study, the IbGGPS gene was introduced into a sweetpotato cv. lizixiang and the contents of β-carotene, β-cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin and lutein were significantly increased in the storage roots of the IbGGPSoverexpressing sweetpotato plants. Further analysis showed that IbGGPS gene overexpression systematically upregulated the genes involved in the glycolytic, 2-C-methyl-D-erythritol-4-phosphate(MEP) and carotenoid pathways,which increased the carotenoid contents in the transgenic plants. These results indicate that the IbGGPS gene has the potential for use in improving the carotenoid contents in sweetpotato and other plants.

Design and FPGA implementation of a memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system

A novel memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is *** on a voltage-controlled memristor and a modulating sine nonlinear function,a novel method is proposed to generate the multi-scroll hyperchaotic ***,a multi-scroll chaotic system is constructed from a three-dimensional chaotic system by designing a modulating sine nonlinear ***,a voltage-controlled memristor is introduced into the above-designed multi-scroll chaotic ***,a memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is generated,and this hyperchaotic system can produce various coexisting hyperchaotic attractors with different topological ***,different number of scrolls and different topological attractors can be obtained by varying the initial conditions of this system without changing the system *** Lyapunov exponents,bifurcation diagrams and basins of attraction are given to analyze the dynamical characteristics of the multi-scroll hyperchaotic ***,the field programmable gate array(FPGA)based digital implementation of the memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is carried *** experimental results of the FPGA-based digital circuit are displayed on the oscilloscope.

核酸实验室室内质量控制策略分析

目的:对核酸检测实验室内各种影响因素进行比对和分析,进而评价质量控制措施,以保证核酸检测医学检验实验室的检测质量,为优化和完善核酸实验室的质控方案提供相关依据。方法:通过统计获得从2022年12月一2023年2月期间新冠病毒检测项目的室内、环境、人员和试剂四个方面的质量控制的循环阈值(Ct值),所得数据使用WPSExcel软件进行统计学分析。结果:室内质控的靶标N基因有7次超出x±s范围,其CV值为6.54%;靶标ORF1ab基因检测有8次超出了x土s范围,变异系数为5.24%。此外,共收集到48份环境监测样本,其结果均为阴性。经过对不同检测人员对检测结果准确性的影响对比发现:ORF1ab基因变异系数较大,为6.71%,但工作年限>3年组和≤3年组的工作人员对检测结果的准确性影响无差异(P>0.05)。两种不同厂家试剂阴性符合率为100%,阳性对照品稀释200倍的低值对照品检测新冠病毒N基因片段的变异系数最大,为3.99%。结论:室内质控、环境监测质控、人员比对和试剂比对验证可以在核酸实验室中作为常用的质控措施。
