To improve the sulfur loading capacity of lithium-sulfur batteries(Li-S batteries)cathode and avoid the inevitable“shuttle effect”,hollow N doped carbon coated CoO/SnO_(2)(CoO/SnO_(2)@NC)composite has been designed and prepared by a hydrothermal-calcination *** specific surface area of CoO/SnO_(2)@NC composite is 85.464 m2·g^(-1),and the pore volume is 0.1189 cm3·g^(-1).The hollow core-shell structure as a carrier has a sulfur loading amount of 66.10%.The initial specific capacity of the assembled Li-S batteries is 395.7 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.2 C,which maintains 302.7 mAh·g^(-1) after 400 *** the rate increases to 2.5 C,the specific capacity still has 221.2 mAh·g^(-1).The excellent lithium storage performance is attributed to the core-shell structure with high specific surface area and *** structure effectively increases the sulfur loading,enhances the chemical adsorption of lithium polysulfides,and reduces direct contact between CoO/SnO_(2) and the electrolyte.

BACKGROUND Adenylosuccinate lyase(ADSL)deficiency is a rare autosomal-recessive defect of purine metabolism caused by mutation of the ADSL *** can cause severe neurological impairment and diverse clinical manifestations,including *** SUMMARY Here,we describe a 3-year-old Chinese boy who had both psychomotor retardation and refractory *** resonance imaging showed myelin *** findings supported a diagnosis of ***-exon sequencing revealed the presence of a novel complex heterozygous mutation in the ADSL gene:The splicing mutation c.154-3C>G and the missense mutation c.71C>T(***24Leu).Considering the patient’s clinical presentation and genetic test results,the complex heterozygous mutation was predicted to prevent both ADSL alleles from producing normal ADSL,which may have led to ADSL ***,the child was diagnosed with ADSL *** We identified a novel complex heterozygous mutation in the ADSL gene associated with ADSL deficiency,thus expanding the known spectrum of pathogenic mutations that cause ADSL ***,we describe epilepsy that occurs in patients with ADSL deficiency.

Over the past two decades,immunotherapies have increasingly been considered as first-line treatments for most *** such treatment is immune checkpoint blockade(ICB),which has demonstrated promising results against various solid tumors in clinical *** antibodies(mAbs)are currently available as immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs).These ICIs target specific immune checkpoints,including cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen-4(CTLA-4)and programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1).Clinical trial results strongly support the feasibility of this immunotherapeutic ***,a substantial proportion of patients with cancer develop resistance or tolerance to treatment,owing to tumor immune evasion mechanisms that counteract the host immune ***,substantial research focus has been aimed at identifying additional ICIs or synergistic inhibitory receptors to enhance the effectiveness of anti-PD-1,anti-programmed cell death ligand 1(anti-PD-L1),and anti-CTLA-4 ***,several immune checkpoint molecular targets have been identified,such as T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains(TIGIT),mucin domain containing-3(TIM-3),lymphocyte activation gene-3(LAG-3),V-domain immunoglobulin suppressor of T cell activation(VISTA),B and T lymphocyte attenuator(BTLA),and signal-regulatory proteinα(SIRPα).Functional m Abs targeting these molecules are under ***-4,PD-1/PD-L1,and other recently discovered immune checkpoint proteins with distinct structures are at the forefront of *** review discusses these structures,as well as clinical progress in m Abs targeting these immune checkpoint molecules and their potential applications.

As an important mechanism in multi-agent interaction,communication can make agents form complex team relationships rather than constitute a simple set of multiple independent ***,the existing communication schemes can bring much timing redundancy and irrelevant messages,which seriously affects their practical *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a targeted multiagent communication algorithm based on state control(SCTC).The SCTC uses a gating mechanism based on state control to reduce the timing redundancy of communication between agents and determines the interaction relationship between agents and the importance weight of a communication message through a series connection of hard-and self-attention mechanisms,realizing targeted communication message *** addition,by minimizing the difference between the fusion message generated from a real communication message of each agent and a fusion message generated from the buffered message,the correctness of the final action choice of the agent is *** evaluation using a challenging set of Star Craft II benchmarks indicates that the SCTC can significantly improve the learning performance and reduce the communication overhead between agents,thus ensuring better cooperation between agents.

苏鲁超高压变质带北部的威海和桃行地区出露大量含黑云母和绿帘石的花岗质片麻岩。激光拉曼测试和阴极发光图像分析结果表明,含黑云母和绿帘石花岗质片麻岩(SLU1和SLU2)的锆石中保存大量矿物包裹体,主要为石英(Qtz)+钾长石(Kfs)+钠长石(Ab)±磷灰石(Ap),与基质中的矿物组合完全一致。阴极发光图像显示典型岩浆结晶环带的特点,稀土元素配分模式显示轻稀土元素明显亏损,而重稀土元素明显富集的特点,具有强烈的负Eu异常(Eu/Eu*=0.03～0.13)。锆石U-Pb SHRIMP和LA-ICP-MS定年结果表明,该类花岗质片麻岩的原岩形成时代为古元古代(1825±6～1838±3Ma),并经历了三叠纪超高压变质作用(215±33～227±35Ma)的改造。Lu-Hf同位素研究结果证明,该类花岗质片麻岩的原岩是中—新太古代古老地壳再活化和部分熔融的产物。上述特征表明,苏鲁超高压变质带中不仅存在与Rodinia超大陆裂解有关的花岗岩,而且也存在古元古代由古老地壳部分熔融而成的花岗岩。

DEAR EDITOR Centenarians are a typical longevity model characterized by delayed onset of morbidity in age-related diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, dementia, and stroke （Andersen et al, 2012）. Though there may be a number of underlying mechanisms behind this longevity, curiously it seems that the survival advantage persists in their offspring （Terry et al, 2003）, suggesting a potentially important role for genetic factors. Previous studies suggested that the heritability of human longevity may be ~25% （Herskind et al, 1996; Mcgue et al, 1993）, whicih is consistent with other studies on model organisms that identified several longevity-related genes, such as age-l, daf-2, daf-16, and sir-2 （Friedman ＆ Johnson, 1988; Kenyon et al, 1993; Lin et al, 1997; Tissenbaum ＆ Guarente, 2001）. Likewise, several studies have reported the existence of many mutations related to human longevity （Holstege et al, 2014; Sebastiani et al, 2012）.

The recycling of cathode materials from spent lithium-ion battery has attracted extensive attention,but few research have focused on spent blended cathode *** reality,the blended materials of lithium iron phosphate and ternary are widely used in electric vehicles,so it is critical to design an effective recycling *** this study,an efficient method for recovering Li and Fe from the blended cathode materials of spent LiFePO_(4)and LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)batteries is ***,87%A1 was removed by alkali ***,91.65%Li,72.08%Ni,64.6%Co and 71.66%Mn were further separated by selective leaching with H_(2)SO_(4)and H_(2)O_(2).Li,Ni,Co and Mn in solution were recovered in the form of Li_(2)CO_(3)and hydroxide ***,98.38%Fe was leached from the residue by two stage process,and it is recovered as FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O with a purity of 99.5%by *** and P were present in FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O in amounts of 28.34%and 15.98%,***,the drift and control of various components were discussed,and cost-benefit analysis was used to assess the feasibility of potential application.
