Owing to the broad energy coverage of Insight-HXMT in the hard X-ray band,we detected the highest energy of pulsation exceeding 200 keV around the 2017–2018 outburst peak of the first Galactic pulsating ultraluminous X-ray source (PULX) Swift J0243.6+6124,which is the highest energy detected from PULXs to *** also obtained the highest energy of pulsation of every exposure during the outburst in 2017–2018,and found the highest energy is roughly positively correlated with *** our newly developed method,we identified the critical luminosity being 4×10^(38)erg s^(-1) when the main peaks of the low and high energy pulse profiles became aligned,which separates the fan-beam dominated and pencil-beam dominated accretion *** the critical luminosity,the phase of the main peak shifted gradually from 0.5 to 0.8 until the outburst peak in al energy bands is reached,which is in agreement with the phase shift found previously at low *** result is consistent with what is derived from spectral analysis.

Adipose browning has demonstrated therapeutic potentials in several ***,by conducting transcriptomic profiling at the single-cell and single-nucleus resolution,we reconstituted the cellular atlas in mouse inguinal subcutaneous white adipose tissue(iWAT)at thermoneutrality or chronic cold *** major nonimmune cells within the iWAT,including adipose stem and progenitor cells(ASPCs),mature adipocytes,endothelial cells,Schwann cells,and smooth muscle cells,were recovered,allowing us to uncover an overall and detailed blueprint for transcriptomes and intercellular cross-talks and the dynamics during white adipose tissue brown *** findings also unravel the existence of subpopulations in mature adipocytes,ASPCs,and endothelial cells,as well as new insights on their interconversion and reprogramming in response to *** adipocyte subpopulation competent of major histocompatibility complex class Ⅱ(MHCⅡ)antigen presentation is ***,a subcluster of ASPC with CD74 expression was identified as the precursor of this MHCⅡ^(+)*** adipocytes are transdifferented from preexisting lipid generating adipocytes,which exhibit developmental trajectory from de novo differentiation of amphiregulin cells(Aregs).Two distinct immune-like endothelial subpopulations are present in iWAT and are responsive to *** data reveal fundamental changes during cold-evoked adipose browning.

Daqing Oilfield is located in the northeast of Songnen Plain in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, which is a petrochemical industry gathering place based on petroleum refining, chemical industry, chemical fiber and fertilizer. In recent years, the quantity demand of petroleum and petrochemical production for groundwater in Daqing Oilfield is growing, and it's of great significance to analyze and study the quality and pollution degree of groundwater for groundwater exploitation, utilization and protection. In this paper, groundwater quality of Daqing Oilfield evaluated by Nemerow Index is poor, and most points are Class IV groundwater; When evaluating groundwater pollution by hierarchical ladder method, the results show that the severe and extremely severe pollution points account for 34.48% in shallow phreatic water and 20% in deep confined water, showing that shallow groundwater is more seriously polluted than the deep. The main components influencing the quality of groundwater in the study area are total hardness, total dissolved solids, Cl^-, SO_4^(2-) and so on, which are affected by both the native environment and human activities; The main pollution components in groundwater are nitrite and nitrate nitrogen which are affected by human activities. Daqing Oilfield groundwater pollution is characterized by inorganic pollution, while organic components related to human activities contribute less to the groundwater pollution currently.

Background： Catheter-directed thrombolysis （CDT） has been a mainstay in treating deep venous thrombosis （DVT）. However, the optimal dosage ofa thrombolytic agent is still controversial. The goal of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of low dosage urokinase with CDT for DVT. Methods： A retrospective analysis was perfornaed using data from a total of 427 patients with DVT treated with CDT in our single center between July 2009 and December 2012. Early efficacy of thrombolysis was assessed with a thrombus score based on daily venography. The therapeutic safety was evahmted by adverse events. A venography or duplex ultrasound was performed to assess the outcome at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years postoperatively. Results： The mean total dose of 3.34 （standard deviation [SD] 1.38） million units of urokinase was administered during a mean of 5.18 （SD 2.28） days. Prior to discharge, Grade Ⅲ （complete lysis） was achieved in 154 （36%） patients; Grade II （50-99% lysis） in 222 （52%）： and Grade I （50%~ lysis） in 51 （12%）. The major complications included one intracranial hemorrhage, one henaatochezia, five gross hematuria, and one pulmonary embolism. Moreover, no death occurred in the study. Conclusions： Treatment of low-dose catheter-directed thrombosis is an efficacious and safe therapeutic approach in patients with DVT offering good long-term outcomes and minimal complications.

Structural Health Monitoring(SHM)systems have become a crucial tool for the operational management of long *** immersed tunnels exposed to both traffic loads and the effects of the marine environment,efficiently identifying abnormal conditions from the extensive unannotated SHM data presents a significant *** study proposed amodel-based approach for anomaly detection and conducted validation and comparative analysis of two distinct temporal predictive models using SHM data from a real immersed ***,a dynamic predictive model-based anomaly detectionmethod is proposed,which utilizes a rolling time window for modeling to achieve dynamic *** the assumption of temporal data similarity,an interval prediction value deviation was employed to determine the abnormality of the ***,dynamic predictive models were constructed based on the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA)and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)*** hyperparameters of these models were optimized and selected using monitoring data from the immersed tunnel,yielding viable static and dynamic predictive ***,the models were applied within the same segment of SHM data,to validate the effectiveness of the anomaly detection approach based on dynamic predictive modeling.A detailed comparative analysis discusses the discrepancies in temporal anomaly detection between the ARIMA-and LSTM-based *** results demonstrated that the dynamic predictive modelbased anomaly detection approach was effective for dealing with unannotated SHM *** a comparison between ARIMA and LSTM,it was found that ARIMA demonstrated higher modeling efficiency,rendering it suitable for short-term *** contrast,the LSTM model exhibited greater capacity to capture long-term performance trends and enhanced early warning capabilities,thereby resulting in superior overall performance.

以湖北宜昌地区25 m~2的建筑房间冬季供暖需求为应用场景,构建由能量桩、集分水器、热泵机组、循环水泵等组成的地源热泵系统,分析建筑房间实际冬季供暖需求条件下,能量桩系统持续或间歇运行对能量桩热力响应及系统性能的影响规律,并开展传统钻孔埋管地源热泵系统试验和空气源热泵系统试验进行对比分析。着重探讨实际运行条件下能量桩热力响应特性与传统TPT或TRT试验条件下获得结果之间的异同点,监测能量桩系统的供暖效果、能效比(COP)。持续运行试验对应桩顶出现最大温度降低值3.78℃及最大约束拉应力0.70 MPa(约为完全约束应力上限值的57.5%),运行桩较非运行对角桩对应承台部位产生的实测应变值差值在顶部和底部分别为19.98,17.78με。实测能量桩系统COP约为3.03,较相关空气源热泵系统提高约12.2%~21.2%(规范参考COP为2.50~2.70)。能量桩系统较常规空气源热泵系统,能提前约2.5 h到达预设温度,具有更快的启动速度。

To improve the sulfur loading capacity of lithium-sulfur batteries(Li-S batteries)cathode and avoid the inevitable“shuttle effect”,hollow N doped carbon coated CoO/SnO_(2)(CoO/SnO_(2)@NC)composite has been designed and prepared by a hydrothermal-calcination *** specific surface area of CoO/SnO_(2)@NC composite is 85.464 m2·g^(-1),and the pore volume is 0.1189 cm3·g^(-1).The hollow core-shell structure as a carrier has a sulfur loading amount of 66.10%.The initial specific capacity of the assembled Li-S batteries is 395.7 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.2 C,which maintains 302.7 mAh·g^(-1) after 400 *** the rate increases to 2.5 C,the specific capacity still has 221.2 mAh·g^(-1).The excellent lithium storage performance is attributed to the core-shell structure with high specific surface area and *** structure effectively increases the sulfur loading,enhances the chemical adsorption of lithium polysulfides,and reduces direct contact between CoO/SnO_(2) and the electrolyte.

Application of Benchmark Dose (BMD) in Estimating Biological Exposure Limit (BEL) to Cadmium

Objective To estimate the biological exposure limit （BEL） using benchmark dose （BMD） based on two sets of data from occupational epidemiology. Methods Cadmium-exposed workers were selected from a cadmium smelting factory and a zinc product factory. Doctors, nurses or shop assistants living in the same area served as a control group. Urinary cadmium （UCd） was used as an exposure biomarker and urinary D2-microgloburin （B2M）, N-acetyl-D-D-glucosaminidase （NAG） and albumin （ALB） as effect biomarkers. All urine parameters were adjusted by urinary creatinine. Software of BMDS （Version 1.3.2, EPA.U.S.A） was used to calculate BMD. Results The cut-off point （abnormal values） was determined based on the upper limit of 95% of effect biomarkers in control group. There was a significant dose response relationship between the effect biomarkers （urinary B2M, NAG9 and ALB） and exposure biomarker （UCd）. BEL value was 5 μg/g creatinine for UB2M as an effect biomarker, consistent with the recommendation of WHO. BEL could be estimated by using the method of BMD. BEL value was 3 μg/g creafinine for UNAG as an effect biomarker. The more sensitive the used biomarker is, the more occupational population will be protected. Conclusion BMD can be used in estimating the biological exposure limit （BEL）. UNAG is a sensitive biomarker for estimating BEL after cadmium exposure.
