Proposing a machine learning approach to analyze and predict basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines and its factors

The basic high-temperature properties of iron ore play a crucial role in optimizing sintering and ore blending,but the testing process for these properties is complex and has significant lag time,which cannot meet the actual needs of ore blending.A prediction model for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was thus proposed based on a combination of machine learning algorithms and genetic ***,the prediction accuracy of different machine learning models for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was ***,a random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms was built,further improving the prediction accuracy of the *** test results show that the random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms has the highest prediction accuracy for the lowest assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity of iron ore,with a determination coefficient of 0.903 for the lowest assimilation temperature and 0.927 for the liquid phase fluidity after *** trained model meets the fluctuation requirements of on-site testing and has been successfully applied to actual production on site.

To the Editor : Pancreatic hamartoma is an extremely rare and benign disease and accounts for less than 1% of all pancreatic tumors [1]. Pancreatic lipomatous hamartoma(PLH), a distinct variant of pancreatic hamartoma, is always easily misdiagnosed as other pancreatic tumors with lipomatous components, including pancreatic lipoma, liposarcoma, teratoma and malignant tumors with fatty degeneration. Here, we report a case of laparoscopic enucleation for the pancreatic head lipomatous hamartoma and provide new treatment strategies for surgeons who encounter similar diseases in the future.

Microbial carbon use efficiency (CUE)is defined as the proportion of microbial biomass growth C versus substrate C uptake, and thus provides a useful measure of microbially driven accumulation and loss of soil organic carbon (SOC)[1]. In a recent study published in Nature [2],the authors used a data-driven machinelearning approach to conclude that CUE promotes global SOC storage based on a positive correlation between CUE and SOC content and that, based on sensitivity analysis, CUE is at least four times as important as six other evaluated factors,namely plant C inputs, C input allocation, non-microbial C transfer, substrate decomposability, environmental modifications and vertical transport.

对一类带有p-Laplacian算子和含有分数阶积分的奇异非线性项的Riemann-Liouville型分数阶微分方程半正系统正解的存在性进行了分析与研究,其边界条件包括不同阶的分数阶导数、Riemann-Stieltjes积分和无穷点边值条件.基于相关Green函数的性质以及不动点指数定理,得到了参数属于合适区间时,该系统至少存在一个正解的充分条件.通过具体实例验证了所得结果的实用性.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic adenocarcinoma,a malignancy that arises in the cells of the pancreas,is a devastating disease with unclear etiology and often poor *** advanced pancreatic cancer,a stage where the tumor has grown significantly but has not yet spread to distant organs,presents unique challenges in *** article aims to discuss the current strategies,challenges,and future directions in the management of locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma(LAPC).AIM To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of programmed cell death 1(PD-1)inhibitor sintilimab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy for *** Eligible patients had LAPC,an Eastern cooperative oncology group performance status of 0 or 1,adequate organ and marrow functions,and no prior anticancer *** the observation group,participants received intravenous sintilimab 200 mg once every 3 wk,and received concurrent chemoradiotherapy(concurrent conventional fractionated radiotherapy with doses planning target volume 50.4 Gy and gross tumor volume 60 Gy in 28 fractions and oral S-140 mg/m2 twice daily on days 1-14 of a 21-d cycle and intravenous gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2 on days 1 and 8 of a 21-d cycle for eight cycles until disease progression,death,or unacceptable toxicity).In the control group,participants only received concurrent *** April 2020 to November 2021,64 participants were finally enrolled with 34 in the observation group and 30 in the control *** Thirty-four patients completed the scheduled course of chemoradiotherapy,while 32(94.1%)received sintilimab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy with 2 patients discontinuing sintilimab in the observation *** patients completed the scheduled course of chemoradiotherapy in the control *** on the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors guidelines,the analysis of the observation group revealed that a partial response was observed in 11 patients(32.4%),stable disease was evident in 19 pa

本文统计了58款不同结构和不同材料的RRAM器件结构和电学特性参数,根据参数之间的联系建立了器件特性参数的计算模型,用统计学的百分位法计算了器件数据的差异性,获得了RRAM器件参数的定量指标.根据计算结果,我们发现RRAM器件的写时间、擦时间、写能量和数据维持时间均未达到预期指标, ECM器件低阻态时有量子力学效应,而VCM器件则没有量子力学效应. RRAM器件还需要进一步发展才能取代Flash技术.就发展趋势而言, ECM和VCM器件与NOR flash的差距最小,最可能取代NOR flash.

[目的/意义]探究在线健康社区用户健康信息态度的构成要素和形成机理,有助于揭露在线健康社区中用户的健康信息态度,为相关机构推进在线健康社区的平台建设与资源管理优化提供思路。[方法/过程]以ABC态度模型和精细加工可能性模型为基础理论,以好大夫在线健康社区用户为研究对象,利用扎根理论方法提取用户健康信息态度的构成要素,分析各要素之间的逻辑关系,最终构建并分析出用户健康信息态度的形成机理。[结果/结论]在线健康社区用户健康信息态度由认知(感知信息内容质量、感知信息效用价值与信息来源可信度)、情感(愉悦度与唤醒度)和采纳行为三要素构成。健康信息态度的形成机理包括以下4类:大众性态度的形成,用户以中心认知为主,边缘认知为辅,情感反应偏向愉悦度;习惯性态度的形成,用户主要采用边缘认知的方式处理信息,情感反应中愉悦度和唤醒度均有出现;常规性态度的形成,愉悦度更能激发用户对健康信息采纳的及时性,唤醒度则反映用户对健康信息采纳的迟滞性;小群体态度的形成,愉悦度对激发用户边缘认知的作用效果更显著,唤醒度则在促进用户中心认知方面的效果更显著。

作为我国最重要的直接税,个人所得税改革的实施不仅影响居民的微观经济行为,而且影响社会治理现代化的进程。基于中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS2015),利用Oprobit模型和Probit模型实证考察了个人所得税改革对社会治理现代化的影响及作用机制。研究表明,个人所得税改革有效地推进了社会治理现代化的进程。一方面,个人所得税改革显著地提升了居民纳税遵从意愿和居民政府信任,有效地维护了社会秩序;另一方面,个人所得税改革显著地提升了居民参政意愿,并推动了居民政治参与,有效地激发了社会活力。从具体的作用机制来看,个人所得税改革通过改善居民社会公平感知和政务公开感知,推进社会治理现代化的进程。因此,要建立更加公平正义的个人所得税制度,维护良好的社会秩序;完善民众参与社会治理的制度化渠道,有效地激发社会活力;推动政务公开提质增效,提升民众的社会公平感知和政务公开感知。
