To summarize fertility preservation (FP) guidelines and consensus provided by medical facilities worldwide. Five reference databases (PubMed/Embase, China BioMedical Literature Database, ClinicalKey, Wanfang Data, and China Knowledge Resource Integrated) and 7 guideline databases (Guideline International Network, National Collaborating Centre for Women’s and Children’s Health, National Guideline Clearinghouse, The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, New Zealand Guideline Group, and Canadian Medical Association infobase) were searched. Official websites of societies were searched to find relevant guidelines and consensus, and guidelines and published systematic reviews and consensus were reviewed from inception through May 2021. A literature search was performed regarding guidance offered in professional facilities, and 304 records (including 4 in Chinese) of existing guidelines for full-text review were found. Moreover, 55 guidelines were identified after a manual search. The literature review demonstrated that FP guidance and options were unevenly distributed worldwide for women who wanted to post-pone pregnancy or had impaired fertility after gonadal toxicity. With promising cancer survival rates and diversified family decisions, more attention should be paid to the improvement and update of accessible guidelines and regulatory infrastructure to inform patients about the available options and empower them to make informed choices. Restrictions to such services can be gradually eased due to the efficacy and safety of certain FP techniques for the right candidates to initiate pregnancy conception.

The present study focuses on investigating the microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties of energetic Al_(1)(TiZrNbTaMoCr)_(15) refractory high-entropy alloys with the different heat treatments at low Al content state. It is found that even with a reduction in the Al content, the strength of these alloys remains unaffected at room temperature and high temperature, while the plasticity improves significantly. In particular, the coherent BCC/B_(2) microstructure with needle-like B_(2) nanoprecipitates dispersed into the BCC matrix is formed in 873 K-aged Al_(1)Ti_(6)Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(3)Mo_(0.5)Cr_(0.5) alloy. Therefore, this alloy exhibits the highest compression yield strength (σ_(YS) = 1333 and 717 MPa) at room temperature and 1073 K, respectively. After 973 K-aged, the coherent BCC/B_(2) microstructure underwent destabilization, and the B_(2) phase transforms into the brittle Zr5Al3 phase which then coarsens and dominates the microstructure of S3-AlTa_(3) alloy after 1073 K-aged. Moreover, these current alloys exhibit exceptionally high theoretical exothermic enthalpy (ΔH), surpassing 11606 J·g^(−1), which highlights their significant potential as innovative high-performance energetic structural materials.

Quantum machine learning based on quantum algorithms may achieve an exponential speedup over classical algorithms in dealing with some problems such as *** this paper,we use the method of training the lower bound of the average log likelihood function on the quantum Boltzmann machine(QBM)to recognize the handwritten number datasets and compare the training results with classical *** find that,when the QBM is semi-restricted,the training results get better with fewer computing *** shows that it is necessary to design a targeted algorithm to speed up computation and save resources.

Recent studies have made substantial progress in understanding the interactions between cognitive functions, from language to cognitive control, attention, and memory. However, dissociating these functions has been hampered by the close proximity of regions involved, as in the case in the prefrontal and parietal cortex. In this article, we review a series of studies that investigated the relationship between language and other cognitive functions in an alternative way - by examining their functional （co-）lateralization. We argue that research on the hemispheric lateralization of language and its link with handedness can offer an appropriate starting- point to shed light on the relationships between different functions. Besides functional interactions, anatomical asymmetries in non-human primates and those underlying language in humans can provide unique information about cortical organization. Finally, some open questions and criteria are raised for an ideal theoretical model of the cortex based on hemispheric specialization.

Homogeneous isotropic turbulence has been playing a key role in the research of turbulence *** the pseudo-spectral method is the most popular numerical method to simulate this type of flow fields in a periodic box,where fast Fourier transform(FFT)is mostly ***,the bottle-neck in this method is the memory of computer,which motivates us to construct a memory-saving algorithm for spectral method in present ***,more times of FFT are needed as *** the most memory-saving situation,only 6 three-dimension arrays are employed in the *** cost of computation is increased by a factor of 4,and that 38 FFTs are needed per time step instead of the previous 9 FFTs.A simulation of isotropic turbulence on 20483 grid can be implemented on a 256G distributed memory clusters through this method.

FeGa alloy is a new kind of magnetostrictive material, and rare-earth cerium can improve its magnetostrictive property.（Fe（81）Ga（19））（100-x）Cex（x = 0, 0.3 at%, 0.7 at%, 1 at%） samples were prepared by doping cerium in Fe（81）Ga（19） alloy. Their microstructures and phases were studied, and valence electronic structures were investigated. Electromagnetic parameters, such as coercivity, saturation magnetization,remnant magnetization and saturation magnetostrictive coefficients（λs） of every sample were *** atoms are distributed at grain boundaries, and the Ce-doped alloys remain the A2 structure of FeGa alloy. When x is 0.7, the value of saturation magnetism is 217.08 emu/g, which is the maximum in the Ce-doped samples. The equivalent half length of single bond is the maximum also, and reaches to0.11380 nm. At the same time, the number of covalent electrons is 3.5672, and is the minimum of the Cedoped samples. Its As is the largest in the four samples. The change of As results in the change of equivalent half length of single bond in Ce-doped alloy.

A Spatial-Temporal Network Perspective for the Propagation Dynamics of Air Traffic Delays

Intractable delays occur in air traffic due to the imbalance between ever-increasing air traffic demand and limited airspace *** air traffic is associated with complex air transport systems,delays can be magnified and propagated throughout these systems,resulting in the emergent behavior known as delay *** understanding of delay propagation dynamics is pertinent to modern air traffic *** this work,we present a complex network perspective of delay propagation ***,we model air traffic scenarios using spatial–temporal networks with airports as the *** establish the dynamic edges between the nodes,we develop a delay propagation method and apply it to a given set of air traffic *** on the constructed spatial-temporal networks,we suggest three metrics-magnitude,severity,and speed-to gauge delay propagation *** validate the effectiveness of the proposed method,we carry out case studies on domestic flights in the Southeastern Asia region(SAR)and the United *** demonstrate that the propagation magnitude in terms of the number of flights affected by delay propagation and the amount of propagated delays for the US traffic are respectively five and ten times those of the *** further reveal that the propagation speed for US traffic is eight times faster than that of the *** delay propagation dynamics reveal that about six hub airports in the SAR have significant propagated delays,while the situation in the United States is considerably worse,with a corresponding number of around *** work provides a potent tool for tracing the evolution of air traffic delays.

The natural clayey soils are usually structural and unsaturated,which makes their mechanical properties quite different from the remolded saturated soils.A structural constitutive model is proposed to simulate the bonding-breakage *** this model,the unsaturated soil element is divided into a cementation element and a friction element according to the binary medium theory,and the stress-strain coordination for these two elements is obtained. The cementation element is regarded as elastic,whereas the friction element is regarded as elastoplastic which can be described with the Gallipoli＇s *** theoretical formulation is verified with the comparative experiments of isotropic compressions on the saturated and unsaturated structural *** analyses of the effects of damage variables on the model predictions are further carried out,which show that breakage deformation of natural clayey soils increases with the rising amount of initial defects.

This study investigates the influence of high-current pulsed electron beam(HCPEB)modification on the microstructure and shear strength of Cu/CuW *** solid-state diffusion bonding of modified-Cu(MCu)and modified-CuW(M-CuW)was achieved by HCPEB modification pretreatment at a temperature of 800-900℃and a pressure of 5 MPa for 10-50 *** demonstrate that HCPEB modification facilitates the dissolution of W and Cu,resulting in the formation of a Cu_(0.4)W_(0.6)solid solution and thus enhancing the uniform distribution of ***,HCPEB-induced defects play a beneficial role in promoting the diffusion process by providing fast diffusion paths for *** optimal joints with the maximum shear strength of 213.7 MPa were obtained through bonding M-Cu and M-CuW at 900℃and 5 MPa for 30 min,which attributes to the combined effects of fine-grained strengthening and solid solution ***,the application of HCPEB modification showcases its effectiveness in promoting element diffusion and enhancing the mechanical performance of the joints.
