Steel Slag as an Iron Fertilizer for Corn Growth and Soil Improvement in a Pot Experiment

The feasibility of steel slag used as an iron fertilizer was studied in a pot experiment with corn. Slag alone or acidified slag was added to two Fe-deficient calcareous soils at different rates. Results showed that moderate rates (10 and 20 g kg-1) of slag or acidified slag substantially increased corn dry matter yield and Fe uptake. Application of steel slag increased the residual concentration of ammonium bicarbonate-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (AB-DTPA) extractable Fe in the soils. The increase of extractable Fe was usually proportional to the application rate, and enhanced by the acidification of slag. Steel slag appeared to be a promising and inexpensive source of Fe to alleviate crop Fe chlorosis in Fe-deficient calcareous soils.

To ensure the quality of heavy plate products as determined by ultrasonic inspection, it is necessary to effectively control defects such as cracks and shrinkage cavities in heavy plates. Generally, some defects such as large size cracks exist due to insufficient deformation in the center of traditionally rolled plates. Compared with the traditional rolling process, gradient temperature rolling(GTR) process can effectively increase deformation inside heavy plates. In this study, the effect of GTR on crack healing was analyzed through a comparison experiment with the uniform temperature rolling(UTR). The results show that the GTR process could increase the plastic strain inside the heavy plate and effectively promote the healing process of the preset cracks. The degrees of crack healing at the center and quarter thickness position of the steel plate via GTR were greater than twice those of the plate via UTR. The GTR process can significantly reduce the internal defects of heavy plates and improve the defect detection level of heavy plate products. Also, The GTR process results in the formation of new crystal grains in the crack region, which is crucial to crack healing.

Gas-liquid two-phase flow widely exits in production and transportation of petroleum *** gas-liquid flow and measuring flow parameters represent challenges of great importance,which contribute to the recognition of flow regime and the optimal design of industrial *** this paper,we propose a novel complex network-based deep learning method for characterizing gas-liquid ***,we map the multichannel measurements to multiple limited penetrable visibility graphs(LPVGs)and obtain their degree sequences as the graph *** on the degree distribution,we analyze the complicated flow behavior under different flow ***,we design a dual-input convolutional neural network to fuse the raw signals and the graph representation of LPVGs for the classification of flow structures and measurement of gas void *** implement the model with two parallel branches with the same structure,each corresponding to one *** branch consists of a channel-projection convolutional part,a spatial-temporal convolutional part,a dense block and an attention *** outputs of the two branches are concatenated and fed into several full connected layers for the classification and *** last,our method achieves an accuracy of 95.3%for the classification of flow structures,and a mean squared error of 0.0038 and a mean absolute percent error of 6.3%for the measurement of gas void *** method provides a promising solution for characterizing gas-liquid flow and measuring flow parameters.

Crohn's disease is a granulomatous systemic disorder of unknown etiology. Obvious pulmonary involvement is exceptional. Tracheal involvement in Crohn's disease is even more unusual, only a few cases have been report-ed to date. We herein report a rare case of tracheobron-chial nodules and pulmonary infiltrates in both lungs as a complication of Crohn's disease. A 42-year-old man underwent pancolectomy for multiple broken colon caused by Crohn's disease. Forty days later pulmonary symptoms and radiologic abnormalities were noted. A search for bacterial (including mycobacteria) and fungal in the repeated sputum proved negative. The treatment consisted of intravenous antimicrobials for one month, but there was no improvement in pyrexia or cough and radiologic abnormalities. Fibreoptic bronchoscopy (FOB) was performed and revealed nodes in the trachea and the right upper lobe opening. Histopathology of tracheo-bronchial nodules and bronchial mucosa biopsy specimen both showed granulomatous inflammation with proliferation of capillaries and inflammatory cells. Oral steroid and salicylazosulfapyridine were commenced and led to marked improvement in symptoms and an almost complete resolution of his chest radiograph. Repeated FOB showed that nodes in the trachea disappeared and the ones in the right upper lobe opening diminished obviously. Crohn's disease can be associated with several respiratory manifestations. The form of tracheal and bronchopulmonary involvement in Crohn's disease is rare and responded well to steroids.

大庆榆树林油田扶杨油层属低孔、特低渗透储层,针对以往开发过程中存在注水困难、压裂有效期短、水驱开发难以有效动用的问题,开展CO_(2)驱油技术现场试验。从经济性、技术适应性、配套工艺成熟性等角度对采油工程方案进行综合评价,优选出单、双管分层注入工艺、高气液比举升工艺、注采两端个性化防腐工艺及物理化学组合解冻堵工艺等CCUS采油工程技术。结果表明:试验区投产初期及目前生产情况均达到了油藏预测指标;采出井平均泵效及检泵周期与外围油田平均水平相持平,注气井与采出井腐蚀速率小于行业指标;实现CO_(2)有效埋存108.9×10^(4) t,比水驱预测采出程度提高采收率4.39百分点,取得较好的驱油开发效果。研究成果为CCUS示范区的高效建设提供了技术支撑,开辟了大庆油田外围难采储量有效动用的新途径。

The thermal properties of raw wood（RW） biomass,corresponding pyrolytic wood（PW）biomass,and their blends with anthracite coal（AC） were evaluated under combustion conditions with a thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）*** blending ratios of the biomass with AC ranging from 0 to 100 mass% were taken into consideration to investigate the thermal behavior and kinetics of these blends during their *** blends with different ratios of the RW to AC and 100% AC（100AC）,two distinct mass loss peaks related to the release or combustion process of the volatiles and the combustion of the char were *** addition of a higher ratio of RW or PW into AC can improve the combustion process of the *** thermal behavior of the RW/AC or PW/AC blends could not be characterized by a simple linear correlation of their pure material thermal *** the RW/PW addition ratios varying from 25 mass% to 80 mass%,the apparent activation energy of the blends gradually decreased from 48.46 to 34.93 kJ/mol and from 82.74 to 37.81 kJ/mol for the RW/AC and PW/AC blends,respectively,with high correlation coefficient（R2） values ranging from 0.995 6 to 0.998 4.

We present a microwave-assisted one-pot polymerization with three-components of alkynes, aldehydes and amines for the synthesis of new amino-functionalized optoelectronic polymers. The polymerization of diynes （la-lc）, dialdehydes （2a and 2b） and dibenzylamine catalyzed by InC13 was carried out smoothly within 1 h under microwave radiation, yielding four soluble polymers with high molecular weights. The resulting polymers P1 and P2 could be easily dissolved in alcohol and thus utilized as the cathode interlayer for polymer solar cells （PSCs）. Compared with the control device, the PSCs with P1 and P2 as the cathode interlayer and PTB7-Th：PC71BM as the photoactive layer exhibited significantly higher power conversion efficiencies （PCEs） of 9.49% and 9.16%, respectively. These results suggest that this polycoupling reaction is an efficient approach to construct three-component polymers for the practical applications.
