In recent years,much attention has been focused on designing provably secure cryptographic primitives in the presence of key *** constructions of leakage-resilient cryptographic primitives have been ***,for any polynomial time adversary,most existing leakage-resilient cryptographic primitives cannot ensure that their outputs are random,and any polynomial time adversary can obtain a certain amount of leakage on the secret key from the corresponding output of a cryptographic *** this study,to achieve better performance,a new construction of a chosen ciphertext attack 2(CCA2)secure,leakage-resilient,and certificateless public-key encryption scheme is proposed,whose security is proved based on the hardness of the classic decisional Diffie-Hellman *** to our analysis,our method can tolerate leakage attacks on the private *** method also achieves better performance because polynomial time adversaries cannot achieve leakage on the private key from the corresponding ciphertext,and a key leakage ratio of 1/2 can be *** of these good features,our method may be significant in practical applications.

As a ubiquitous reaction, glucosylation controls the bioactivity of cytokinins in plant growth and development. Here we show that genetic manipulation of zeatin-O- glucosylation regulates the formation of important agronomic traits in rice by manipulating the expression of OscZOG1 gene, encoding a putative zeatin O-glucosyltransferase. We found that OscZOG~ was preferentially expressed in shoot and root meristematic tissues and nascent organs. The growth of lateral roots was stimulated in the overexpression lines, but inhibited in RNA interference lines. In shoots, knockdown of OscZOG1 expression by RNA interference significantly im- proved tillering, panicle branching, grain number per panicle and seed size, which are important agronomic traits for grain yield. In contrast, constitutive expression of OscZOG1 leads to negative effects on the formation of the grain-yielding traits with a marked increase in the accumulation levels of cis-zeatin O-glucoside （cZOG） in the transgenic rice plants. In this study,our findings demonstrate the feasibility of improving the critical yield-determinant agronomic traits, including tiller number, panicle branches, total grain number per panicle and grain weight by downregulating the expression level of OscZOG1. Our results suggest that modulating the levels of cytokinin glucosylation can function as a fine-tuning switch in regulating the formation of agronomic traits in rice.

Severe fluctuation of the effective roll gap in the acceleration and deceleration section of the cold rolling process is a significant factor causing thickness ***,the conventional roll gap compensation method and control strategy do not meet the stringent strip quality *** roll gap model in the acceleration and deceleration process is studied to increase the thickness control *** order to improve model accuracy,a roll gap prediction method based on data-driven is *** the complexities of the cold rolling process,the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)method is used to predict the roll gap model as the rolling speed ***,support vector regression and neural network-based methods are taken to evaluate and compare the prediction *** on the field data,the simulation experiments are carried *** demonstrated that the prediction performance of the proposed method outperformed the other two *** values of root mean square error,determination coefficient value,mean absolute percentage error and mean absolute error obtained from the XGBoost model were equal to 0.000346,0.952,7.02,and 0.00028,*** addition,the proposed method analyzed the contribution rates of the rolling affecting parameters on the roll *** data showed that in the controllable rolling parameters,the rolling speed is the most impacting factor that disturbs the roll gap model in the acceleration and deceleration process,which can provide a useful direction for actual roll gap adjustment.

In cold rolling process,the flatness actuator efficiency is the basis of the flatness control *** precision of flatness is determined by the setpoints of flatness *** the presence of modeling uncertainties and unmodeled nonlinearities in rolling process,it is difficult to obtain efficiency factors and setpoints of flatness actuators *** on the production data,a method to obtain the flatness actuator efficiency by using partial least square(PLS)combined with orthogonal signal correction(OSC)was *** with the experiential method and principal component analysis method,the OSC-PLS method shows superior performance in obtaining the flatness actuator efficiency factors at the last ***,kernel partial least square combined with artificial neural network(KPLS-ANN)was proposed to predict the flatness values and optimize the setpoints of flatness *** with KPLS or ANN,KPLS-ANN shows the best predictive *** root mean square error,mean absolute error and mean absolute percentage error are 0.51 IU,0.34 IU and 0.09,*** the setpoints of flatness actuators are optimized,KPLS-ANN shows better optimization *** result in an average flatness standard deviation is 2.22 IU,while the unoptimized value is 4.10 IU.

The Calvin Benson cycle(CBC)consists of three critical processes,including fixation of CO_(2) by Rubisco,reduction of 3-phosphoglycerate(3PGA)to triose phosphate(triose-P)with NADPH and ATP generated by the light reactions,and regeneration of ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate(RuBP)from *** activ-ities of photosynthesis-related proteins,mainly from the CBC,were found more significantly affected and regulated in plants challenged with high temperature stress,incuding Rubisco,Rubisco activase(RCA) and the enzymes involved in RuBP regeneration,such as sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase(SBPase).Over the past years,the regulatory mechanism of CBC,especially for redox-regulation,has attracted major interest,because balancing flux at the various enzymatic reactions and maintaining metabolite levels in a range are of critical importance for the optimal operation of CBC under high temperature stress,providing insights into the genetic manipulation of ***,we summarize recent progress regarding the identification of various layers of regulation point to the key enzymes of CBC for acclimation to environmental temperature changes along with open questions are also discussed.

The variation of the curve of the no-load deceleration process of the diesel engine is affected by the lubricating-oil temperature. To improve the evaluating accuracy of the diesel engine technical condition by using no-load deceleration process, the investigation on the deceleration process curve under various lubricating-oil temperatures of a special-type ve-hicular diesel engine is conducted and the no-load deceleration curve tested under various lubricating-oil temperatures is normalized. The normalized calculation method is searched. As a result, the repeatability of the no-load deceleration curve is improved and the absolute time error of no-load deceleration under various lubricating oil temperatures is reduced.

AIM: APMCF1 is a novel human gene whose transcripts are up-regulated in apoptotic MCF-7 cells. In order to learn more about this gene′s function in other tumors, we cloned its full length cDNA and prepared its polyclonal antibody to investigate its expression in colon cancers with ***: With the method of 5′ rapid amplification of cDNA end (RACE) and EST assembled in GenBank, we extended the length of APMCF1 at 5′ end. Then the sequence encoding the APMCF1 protein was amplified by RT-PCR from the total RNA of apoptotic MCF-7 cells and cloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-KG to construct recombinant expression vector pGEX-APMCF1. The GSTAPMCF1 fusion protein was expressed in E. coli and used to immunize rabbits to get the rabbit anti-APMCF1 serum. The specificity of polyclonal anti-APMCF1 antibody was determined by Western blot. Then we investigated the expression of Apmcf1 in colon cancers and normal colonic mucosa with ***: A cDNA fragment with a length of 1 745 bp was obtained. APMCF1 was mapped to chromosome 3q22.2and spanned at least 14.8 kb of genomic DNA with seven exons and six introns contained. Bioinformatic analysis showed the protein encoded by APMCF1 contained a small GTP-binding protein (G proteins) domain and was homologous to mouse signal recognition particle receptor β(SRβ). A coding region covering 816 bp was cloned and polyclonal anti-APMCF1 antibody was prepared *** immunohistochemistry study showed that APMCF1 had a strong expression in colon ***: APMCF1 may be the gene coding human signal recognition particle receptor β and belongs to the small-G protein superfamily. Its strong expression pattern in colon cancer suggests it may play a role in colon cancer development.

Recent studies have suggested that abnormal acidification of lysosomes induces autophagic accumulation of amyloid-βin neurons,which is a key step in senile plaque ***,resto ring normal lysosomal function and rebalancing lysosomal acidification in neurons in the brain may be a new treatment strategy for Alzheimer's *** acetylation/deacetylation plays a central role in lysosomal ***,we show that inhibiting the classic microtubule deacetylase histone deacetylase 6 with an histone deacetylase 6 shRNA or thehistone deacetylase 6 inhibitor valproic acid promoted lysosomal reacidification by modulating V-ATPase assembly in Alzheimer's *** rthermore,we found that treatment with valproic acid markedly enhanced *** clearance of amyloid-βaggregates,and ameliorated cognitive deficits in a mouse model of Alzheimer's *** findings demonstrate a previously unknown neuroprotective mechanism in Alzheimer's disease,in which histone deacetylase 6 inhibition by valproic acid increases V-ATPase assembly and lysosomal acidification.
