Over the past decade,there has been increasing attention on the interaction between microbiota and bile acid *** acids are not only involved in the metabolism of nutrients,but are also important in signal transduction for the regulation of host physiological ***-regulated bile acid metabolism has been proven to affect many diseases,but there have not been many studies of disease regulation by microbial receptor signaling *** review considers findings of recent research on the core roles of farnesoid X receptor(FXR),G protein-coupled bile acid receptor(TGR5),and vitamin D receptor(VDR)signaling pathways in microbial–host interactions in health and *** the relationship between these pathways can help us understand the pathogenesis of human diseases,and lead to new solutions for their treatments.

Photoisomerization-induced phase change are important for co-harvesting the latent heat and isomerization energy of azobenzene *** optimizing heat output and energy delivery at alternating temperatures are challenging because of the differences in crystallizability and *** article reports two series of asymmetrically alkylgrafted azobenzene （Azo-g）,with and without a methyl group,that have an optically triggered phase *** exothermic modes were designed to utilize crystallization enthalpy （ΔHc） and photothermal （isomerization）energy （ΔHp） at different temperatures determined by the ***-g has high heat output (275-303 J g-1) by synchronously releasingΔHcandΔHpover a wide temperature range （-79℃to 25℃）.We fabricated a new distributed energy utilization and delivery system to realize a temperature increase of 6.6℃at a temperature of-8℃.The findings offer insight into selective utilization of latent heat and isomerization energy by molecular optimization of crystallization and isomerization processes.

The development of anode materials with high rate capability and long charge-discharge plateau is the key to improve per-formance of lithium-ion capacitors(LICs).Herein,the porous graphitic carbon(PGC-1300)derived from a new triply interpenetrated co-balt metal-organic framework(Co-MOF)was prepared through the facile and robust carbonization at 1300°C and washing by HCl *** as-prepared PGC-1300 featured an optimized graphitization degree and porous framework,which not only contributes to high plateau capacity(105.0 mAh·g^(−1)below 0.2 V at 0.05 A·g^(−1)),but also supplies more convenient pathways for ions and increases the rate capability(128.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 3.2 A·g^(−1)).According to the kinetics analyses,it can be found that diffusion regulated surface induced capa-citive process and Li-ions intercalation process are coexisted for lithium-ion ***,LIC PGC-1300//AC constructed with pre-lithiated PGC-1300 anode and activated carbon(AC)cathode exhibited an increased energy density of 102.8 Wh·kg^(−1),a power dens-ity of 6017.1 W·kg^(−1),together with the excellent cyclic stability(91.6%retention after 10000 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(−1)).

Enantioenriched pyrrolidines and derivatives are ubiquitous substructures in compounds of importance to medicinal and biological ***,we report an efficient cobalt-catalyzed intramolecular asymmetric hydroamination reaction that produces chiral pyrrolidines with good to excellent yield and *** with previously reported radicalinvolved methodologies for enantioenriched pyrrolidines,these conditions feature two elegant versatilities,enabling(1)the use of cobalt-catalyzed hydrogen atom transfer(HAT)to generate organocobalt intermediates that bring radical reaction to organometallic chemistry,and(2)enantioselective intramolecular C-N bond forging through an S_(N)2-like displacement involving dynamic kinetic resolution(DKR).This approach provides a new alternative and efficient methodology for enantioselective radical-involved C-N bond construction that can be used in the synthesis of both chiral pyrrolidines and homologous nitrogen heterocycles.

Knowledge tracing aims to track students’knowledge status over time to predict students’future performance *** a real environment,teachers expect knowledge tracing models to provide the interpretable result of knowledge *** chain-based knowledge tracing(MCKT)models,such as Bayesian Knowledge Tracing,can track knowledge concept mastery probability over ***,as the number of tracked knowledge concepts increases,the time complexity of MCKT predicting student performance increases exponentially(also called explaining away problem).When the number of tracked knowledge concepts is large,we cannot utilize MCKT to track knowledge concept mastery probability over *** addition,the existing MCKT models only consider the relationship between students’knowledge status and problems when modeling students’responses but ignore the relationship between knowledge concepts in the same *** address these challenges,we propose an inTerpretable pRobAbilistiC generative moDel(TRACED),which can track students’numerous knowledge concepts mastery probabilities over *** solve explain away problem,we design long and short-term memory(LSTM)-based networks to approximate the posterior distribution,predict students’future performance,and propose a heuristic algorithm to train LSTMs and probabilistic graphical model *** better model students’exercise responses,we proposed a logarithmic linear model with three interactive strategies,which models students’exercise responses by considering the relationship among students’knowledge status,knowledge concept,and *** conduct experiments with four real-world datasets in three knowledge-driven *** experimental results show that TRACED outperforms existing knowledge tracing methods in predicting students’future performance and can learn the relationship among students,knowledge concepts,and problems from students’exercise *** also conduct several case *** case studies show that

Game theory studies the mathematical models for self-interested individuals. Nash equilibrium is arguably the most central solution in game theory. While finding the Nash equilibrium in general is known as polynomial parity arguments on directed graphs(PPAD)-complete, learning in games provides an alternative to approximate Nash equilibrium, which iteratively updates the player's strategy through interactions with other players. Rules and models have been developed for learning in games, such as fictitious play and no-regret learning. Particularly, with recent advances in online learning and deep reinforcement learning,techniques from these fields greatly boost the breakthroughs in learning in games from theory to *** a result, we have witnessed many superhuman game AI systems. The techniques used in these systems evolve from conventional search and learning to purely reinforcement learning(RL)-style learning methods,gradually getting rid of the domain knowledge. In this article, we systematically review the above techniques,discuss the trend of basic learning rules towards a unified framework, and recap applications in large ***, we discuss some future directions and make the prospect of future game AI systems. We hope this article will give some insights into designing novel approaches.

The clinical applications of acrosin activity are *** analyzed 61578 male partners in infertile couples who visited the outpatient department of the Reproductive and genetic Hospital of CITIC-Xiangya(Changsha,China)between August 2014 and December 2019 to determine the reference ranges and thresholds for acrosin activity in infertile Chinese men;to determine whether correlations exist between acrosin activity and age,sperm concentration,sperm morphology,or sperm motility;and to evaluate whether acrosin activity could serve as an effective prognostic indicator for choosing between in vitro fertilization(IvF)and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(icsl)in the *** cut-off value for the normal reference range of acrosin activity for male partners in infertile couples was 24.78μlU per 106 *** was no significant association between acrosin activity and age,sperm concentration,semen volume,total sperm count,progressive motility,or total motile spermatozoa.A weak positive correlation was found between acrosin activity and normal sperm *** was a statistically significant difference in abnormal acrosome morphology between the group with high acrosin activity(>24.78μlU per 106 sperm)and the group with low acrosin activity(<24.78μlU per 106 sperm).The group with a low IVF fertilization rate had a high index of abnormal acrosomal morphology at 21.2%,while the group with a high IVF fertilization rate had a low index of 0.2%.At an acrosin activity of<24.78μlU per 10 sperm,in one cycle of the same patient,the fertilization rate,normal fertilization rate,and good-quality embryo rate for Icsl were significantly higher than those for ***,the most promising application of acrosin activity could be in the selection of IcsI over IVF for infertile male patients with complete fertilization failure or a low fertilization rate.

Carbonates are viewed as the principal oxidized carbon carriers during subduction,and thus the stability of subducted carbonates has significant implications for the deep carbon *** we investigate the high pressure-temperature behaviors of rhodochrosite in the presence of iron up to∼34 GPa by in-situ X-ray diffraction and ex-situ Raman *** relatively low temperature below∼1500 K,MnCO_(3)breaks down into MnO and CO_(2).Upon heating to∼1800 K,however,the MnCO_(3)-Fe^(0)reactions occur with the formation of Mn_(3)O_(4),Fe^(O)and reduced carbon.A'three-stage'reaction mechanism is proposed to understand the kinetics of the carbon-iron-manganese redox *** results suggest that Fe^(0)can serve as a reductant to greatly affect the stability of rhodochrosite,which implies that the effect of Fe-metal should be seriously considered for the high pressure-temperature behaviors of other predominant carbonates at Earth's mantle conditions,particularly at depths greater than∼250 km.

Brain tumors come in various types,each with distinct characteristics and treatment approaches,making manual detection a time-consuming and potentially ambiguous *** tumor detection is a valuable tool for gaining a deeper understanding of tumors and improving treatment *** learning models have become key players in automating brain tumor *** descent methods are the mainstream algorithms for solving machine learning *** this paper,we propose a novel distributed proximal stochastic gradient descent approach to solve the L_(1)-Smooth Support Vector Machine(SVM)classifier for brain tumor ***,the smooth hinge loss is introduced to be used as the loss function of *** avoids the issue of nondifferentiability at the zero point encountered by the traditional hinge loss function during gradient descent ***,the L_(1) regularization method is employed to sparsify features and enhance the robustness of the ***,adaptive proximal stochastic gradient descent(PGD)with momentum,and distributed adaptive PGDwithmomentum(DPGD)are proposed and applied to the L_(1)-Smooth *** computing is crucial in large-scale data analysis,with its value manifested in extending algorithms to distributed clusters,thus enabling more efficient processing ofmassive amounts of *** DPGD algorithm leverages Spark,enabling full utilization of the computer’s multi-core *** to its sparsity induced by L_(1) regularization on parameters,it exhibits significantly accelerated convergence *** the perspective of loss reduction,DPGD converges faster than *** experimental results show that adaptive PGD withmomentumand its variants have achieved cutting-edge accuracy and efficiency in brain tumor ***-trained models,both the PGD andDPGD outperform other models,boasting an accuracy of 95.21%.
