Control Policy learning Design for Vehicle Urban Positioning via BeiDou Navigation

This paper presents a learning-based control policy design for point-to-point vehicle positioning in the urban environment via BeiDou *** navigating in urban canyons,the multipath effect is a kind of interference that causes the navigation signal to drift and thus imposes severe impacts on vehicle localization due to the reflection and diffraction of the BeiDou ***,the authors formulated the navigation control system with unknown vehicle dynamics into an optimal control-seeking problem through a linear discrete-time system,and the point-to-point localization control is modeled and handled by leveraging off-policy reinforcement learning for feedback *** proposed learning-based design guarantees optimality with prescribed performance and al.o stabilizes the closed-l.op navigation system,without the full knowledge of the vehicle *** is seen that the proposed method can withstand the impact of the multipath effect while satisfying the prescribed convergence rate.A case study demonstrates that the proposed al.orithms effectively drive the vehicle to a desired setpoint under the multipath effect introduced by actual experiments of BeiDou navigation in the urban environment.

Developing a novel quantitative parameter for characterizing spatial distribution of fish fol.owing exposure to chemicals and wastewater:Behavioral Gini coefficient

While the spatial distribution pattern of fish is increasingly used for toxicological test o chemicals or wastewater,no ideal parameter is available for quantitative assessment of spa tial distribution,especially uneven distribution with multiple ***,to develop a quantitative assessment parameter for spatial distribution,the zebrafish were exposed to ethanol,pentylenetetrazole(PTZ),paraquat dichloride(paraquat)and wastewater,fol.owed by a behavioral test in a narrow *** data was acquired and analyzed by id Tracker and *** comparing the effects of all treatments on behavior parameters we confirmed that the spatial distribution was more easily altered rather than general loco motor parameters,e.g.0.7-70 mg/l PTZ and 5-20 mg/l paraquat being effective for altering spatial distribution but having little effects on general locomotor *** on the heatmap,i.e.,the cumulative proportion of grids and that of frequency in grids,we calcu lated the behavioral Gini coefficient(G_(b))for quantitative assessment of fish spatial distri *** Gini coefficient ranged from zero to 1,with larger values meaning poorer even ness of spatial *** note,G_(b)showed smaller coefficient of variations(CV)with3%-19%between replicate tanks in all treatments than the highest frequency(4%-79%),dis playing well ***,G_(b)addressed the challenge of the complicated heatmap with multiple ***,the behavioral Gini coefficient we established is an idea parameter to quantitatively assess spatial distribution of fish shoal,which is expected to be applied in toxicity testing for chemicals and wastewater and automatic quality monitoring for surface water and aquaculture water.

An essential feature of the subdiffusion equations with theα-order time fractional derivative is the weak singularity at the initial *** weak regularity of the solution is usually characterized by a regularity parameterσ∈(0,1)∪(1,2).Under this general regularity assumption,we present a rigorous analysis for the truncation errors and develop a new tool to obtain the stability results,i.e.,a refined discrete fractional-type Grönwall inequality(DFGI).After that,we obtain the pointwise-in-time error estimate of the widely used l1 scheme for nonlinear subdiffusion *** present results fill the gap on some interesting convergence results of l1 scheme onσ∈(0,α)∪(α,1)∪(1,2].Numerical experiments are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of our theoretical analysis.

A nanobody-based blocking enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detecting antibodies against pseudorabies virus glycoprotein E

Pseudorabies(PR)is an acute infectious disease of pigs caused by the PR virus(PRV)and results in great economic losses to the pig industry *** glycoprotein E(gE)-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ElISA)has been used to distinguish gE-deleted vaccine-immunized pigs from wild-type virus-infected pigs to eradicate PR in some *** has the advantages of small size and easy genetic engineering and has been a promising diagnostic ***,there were few reports about developing nanobody-based ElISA for detecting anti-PRV-gE *** the present study,the recombinant PRV-gE was expressed with a bacterial system and used to immunize the Bactrian ***,two nanobodies against PRV-gE were screened from the immunized camel by phage display ***,two nanobody-HRP fusion proteins were expressed with HEK293T *** PRV-gE-Nb36-HRP fusion protein was selected as the probe for developing the blocking ElISA(bElISA)to detect anti-PRV-gE *** optimizing the conditions of bElISA,the amount of coated antigen was 200 ng per well,and dilutions of the fusion protein and tested pig sera were separately 1:320 and 1:*** cut-off value of bElISA was 24.20%,and the sensitivity and specificity were 96.43 and 92.63%,*** detecting 233 clinical pig sera with the developed bElISA and a commercial kit,the results showed that the coincidence rate of two assays was 93.99%.Additionallly,epitope mapping showed that PRV-gE-Nb36 recognized a conserved conformational epitope in different reference PRV ***,great stability and low-cost nanobody-based bElISA for detecting anti-PRV-gE antibodies were *** bElISA could be used for monitoring and eradicating PR.

Reynolds-number scaling analysis on lift generation of a flapping and passive rotating wing with an inhomogeneous mass distribution

Insects usually fly by passively rotating wings,which has been applied to the design of flapping-wing Micro-Air Vehicles(MAVs)to reduce mechanical *** this paper,a robotic passive rotating-wing model is designed to investigate wing kinematics and lift generation,which are measured by a high-speed camera and a force transducer,*** addition,flow fields are measured using the Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV).Experimental results demonstrate that passive rotating motion has a coordinative relationship with actively stroking *** the stroke amplitude or frequency increases,the rotating amplitude is *** characterize the active stroking motion,a driving Reynolds number Redrivingis defined,which varies from 68 to 366 in this *** the gravity center of the wing towards trailing ed ge induces the increase of additional torque M,which decreases the wing rotating amplitude and promotes the advance of wing *** find that the timing of wing rotation is gradually delayed and the mean lift coefficient C^(-)_(l)monotonously decreases as *** increasing the additional torque M,C^(-)_(l)is slightly improved and approaches to the lift coefficient of a real fruit fly at driving Re approximately equal to *** instantaneous lifts combined with the vortical structures further demonstrate that the lift generation associated with wing rotation is mainly attributed to the growth of the leadingEdge Vortex(lEV)and the passive wake capture *** wake capture is influenced by lEV,reversal stroke motion and wing additional torque together,which can only maintain the lift at a high level for a considerable *** high-lift generation mechanisms of flapping and passive rotating flight could shed light on the simplified design of MAVs and the improvement of their aerodynamic performance.

oBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum Spore oil(Gl.o) on the tumor growth and survival.of H22 tumor-bearing mice treated with cyclophosphamide(CTX), and explore the underlying ***: Al.ograft H22 hepatocellular carcinoma mouse model was applied to investigate the effect of Gl.o on the tumor growth and survival.of animals, and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to analyze the life span. Plasma biochemical examination was used to determine the levels of alanine aminotransferase(AlT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST), urea(UREA) and creatinine(CRE). Western blot analysis was performed to detect Programmed Death-1(PD-1), Programmed Death ligand 1(PD-l1), Janus Kinase 2(JAK2),phosphorylated Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3(p-STAT3), and Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3(STAT3) expression. RESUlTS: Gl.o increased the anti-tumor effect of CTX and prolonged the survival.of H22 tumor-bearing mice treated with CTX. Meanwhile, Gl.o increased the thymus index and showed no obvious toxicity to liver functions of animals. Gl.o al.o decreased the level.of UREA in H22 tumor-bearing mice treated with CTX. Furthermore, Gl.o could inhibit the expression of PD-1 in spleen, which was independent of JAK2 expression and STAT3 phosphorylation. However, Gl.o did not affect the expression of PD-l1, JAK2, and p-STAT3 in tumor tissue. CoNClUSIoN: Gl.o could strengthen the anti-tumor effect of CTX and prolong the life span of H22 tumorbearing mice, while the underlying mechanism might be relevant to the amel.oration effect of thymus function and inhibition of PD-1 expression in spleen. Furthermore, these findings implied the promising role of Gl.o in combination with CTX to extend the survival.of patients in clinical chemotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Research on the MPPT of Photovoltaic Power Generation Based on Improved WoA and P&o under Partial Shading Conditions

Partial shading conditions(PSCs)caused by uneven illumination become one of the most common problems in photovoltaic(PV)systems,which can make the PV power-voltage(P-V)characteristics curve show *** maximum power point tracking(MPPT)methods have shortcomings in tracking to the global maximum power point(GMPP),resulting in a dramatic decrease in output *** order to solve the above problems,intelligent al.orithms are used in ***,the existing intelligent al.orithms have some disadvantages,such as slow convergence speed and large search ***,an improved whale al.orithm(IWoA)combined with the P&o(IWoA-P&o)is proposed for the MPPT of PV power generation in this ***,IWoA is used to track the range interval.of the GMPP,and then P&o is used to accurately find the MPP in that *** with other al.orithms,simulation results show that this method has an average tracking efficiency of 99.79%and an average tracking time of 0.16 s when tracking ***,experimental verification is conducted,and the results show that the proposed al.orithm has better MPPT performance compared to popular particle swarm optimization(PSo)and PSo-P&o al.orithms.
