Based on strong designated verifiers signatures,a new fair concurrent signature scheme is proposed. Compared with the previous concurrent signature schemes,even if a keystone must be chosen by the initial signer,the matching signer will easily get the keystone through an extraction algorithm. Due to the property of strong designate verifying,the initial signer couldn＇t make use of the keystone prepared carefully to deceive the matching signer. Then the matching signer is able to participate actively the signature scheme. Besides,there aren＇t bilinear operations in the keystone algorithm to deliver the keystone efficiently. Therefore the efficiency of our signature scheme is also improved.

This work focuses on the evolution behaviors of ring dark solitons(RDSs) and the following vortices after the collapses of RDSs in spin-1 Bose–Einstein condensates. We find that the weighted average of the initial depths of three components determines the number and motion trajectories of vortex dipoles. For the weighted average of the initial depths below the critical depth, two vortex dipoles form and start moving along the horizontal *** the weighted average depth above the critical depth, two or four vortex dipoles form, and all start moving along the vertical axis. For the RDS with weighted average depth at exactly the critical point, four vortex dipoles form, half of the vortex dipoles initiate movement vertically, and the other half initiate movement *** conclusion is applicable to the two-component system studied in earlier research, indicating its universality.

The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)-associated protein 9(CRISPR-Cas9) system provides a novel genome editing technology that can precisely target a genomic site to disrupt or repair a specific gene. Some CRISPR-Cas9 systems from different bacteria or artificial variants have been discovered or constructed by biologists, and Cas9 nucleases and single guide RNAs(sgRNA) are the major components of the CRISPR-Cas9 system. These Cas9 systems have been extensively applied for identifying therapeutic targets, identifying gene functions, generating animal models, and developing gene ***, CRISPR-Cas9 systems have been used to partially or completely alleviate disease symptoms by mutating or correcting related genes. However, the efficient transfer of CRISPR-Cas9 system into cells and target organs remains a challenge that affects the robust and precise genome editing activity. The current review focuses on delivery systems for Cas9 mRNA, Cas9 protein, or vectors encoding the Cas9 gene and corresponding sgRNA. Non-viral delivery of Cas9 appears to help Cas9 maintain its on-target effect and reduce off-target effects, and viral vectors for sgRNA and donor template can improve the efficacy of genome editing and homology-directed repair. Safe, efficient, and producible delivery systems will promote the application of CRISPR-Cas9 technology in human gene therapy.

A wet adhesion inspired biomimetic pad with direction dependence and adaptability

A novel adhesive pad for a climbing robot, inspired by a stick insect's smooth pad, is proposed. The micro structure pattern and inclined fiber of a stick insect's pad are mimicked, and an adhesion force is produced based on its wet adhesion mechanism. Firstly, the wet adhesion model is discussed and the pad is designed; secondly, the adhesion characteristics, adhesion direction dependence and adaptability are analyzed; finally, the proposed pad is fabricated using a thermoplastic elastomer, which is a hydrophilic and viscoelastic material. Experimental results show that the adhesion performance of the pad is good, and normal adhesion and friction can reach to 0.65 N and 3 N. Furthermore, the adhesion of the pad is direction dependent and self-adaptive.

Low Temperature Reduction Degradation Characteristics of Sinter,Pellet and Lump Ore

The reduction degradation characteristics of typical sinter, pellet and lump ore were tested with the reducing gas conditions simulating two kinds of irowmaking processes. The results show that, in the same condition of gas composition and temperature, the reduction degradation degree （RDI〈3.15mm） of sinter is high, RDI〈3.15mm of lump ore is low and RDI〈3.15 mm of pellet is in the middle level. With two kinds of gas composition simulating different iron-making processes, the reduction degradation indices （RDI） of three kinds of iron ores all present the tenden- cy of ＂inverted V-shape＂ in the temperature range from 450 to 650℃, and the RDI reach the maximum value at 550℃. The reduction degradation degrees of iron ores are extended when mixing the gas with hydrogen to increase the re duction potential, and the influence extent is discrepant for different iron ores. Colligating the increase amplitude of grains in small size fraction, the influence of reducing gas on lump ore is the greatest, the influence on sinter is the second, and the sensitivity of pellet on the reducing gas properties change is relatively small. As for the degradation form, lump ore and sinter both present the degradation ,of cracking, and the distribution of small grains generated from the cracking is in the range from 03 5 to 6. 3 mm uniformly. The lump ore presents surface cracking, while sin- ter presents integral cracking. The pellet presents the degradation of surface stripping, and the proportion of grains smaller than 0.5 mm is the highest, which is up to 90% in the grains smaller than 3.15 mm.

The leucine-rich repeats and PDZ (LAP) family of genes are crucial for the maintenance of cell polarity as well as for epithelial homeostasis and tumor suppression in both vertebrates and *** members of this gene family are known:densin,erbin,scribble and ***,we identified the four members of the LAP gene family in Xenopus tropicalis and studied their expression patterns during embryonic *** Xenopus LAP proteins show a conserved domain structure that is similar to their homologs in other *** Xenopus embryos,these genes were detected in animal cap cells at the early gastrula *** later stages of development,they were widely expressed in epithelial tissues that are highly polar in nature,including the neural epithelia,optic and otic vesicles,and in the *** data suggest that the roles of the Xenopus LAP genes in the control of cell polarity and morphogenesis are conserved during early *** and lano show similar expression patterns in the developing head,suggesting potential functional interactions between the two molecules in vivo.

Competence investigation on insulation testing on electrosurgical instruments and needs analysis of training for Central Sterile Supply Department staff

Objective:The objective of this article is to investigate the competence of Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)staff in insulation testing on electrosurgical instruments,to analyze the needs of training for CSSD staff,and also to strengthen the effectiveness of monitoring the insulation testing on electrosurgical instruments for CSSD staff to provide a reference for the nursing safety *** and Methods:A total of 180 CSSD staff from 36 hospitals were enrolled as the research objects and investigated using“self‑assessment questionnaire of the competence in insulation testing on electrosurgical instruments and the needs of training".Results:The overall self‑assessment score of competence in insulation testing on electrosurgical instruments for CSSD staff is 3.10±0.42,including four dimensions which are attitude,system,cognition,and skills with the scores 3.31±0.55,2.80±0.63,2.74±0.68,and 3.03±0.36,*** on the survey of training needs for CSSD staff,the top three ranked training needs are trace management record of insulation testing on electrosurgical instruments(93.89%),disposal procedures for insulation damage of electrosurgical instruments(92.78%),and adverse events caused by leakage of electrosurgical instruments(80.55%).Conclusion:The competence of insulation testing for CSSD staff is at a low level by *** competence of CSSD staff could be improved by analyzing the needs of training,establishing a systematic training system,and taking effective training action,thus ensuring the safety of patients and medical personnel.

目的探讨共同性外斜视综合治疗的疗效及其影响因素。方法前瞻性病例对照研究。收集2022年1月至2023年9月在我院行共同性外斜视患者76例,进行详细的术前检查及个体化的手术设计,全部患者都行了单眼的外直肌后徙及内直肌缩短术,术后43例患者接受了双眼视功能训练即为训练组,其余33例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者术后6个月眼位情况、立体视及同视机三级视功能,分析总结手术效果。结果术后6个月训练组眼位正位率高于对照组(P=0.043),训练组眼位回退率低于对照组(P=0.041);术后6个月训练组近立体视锐度优于对照组(P=0.048);在年龄≤9岁的患者中,训练组近立体视锐度优于对照组(P=0.03),在年龄>9岁的患者中,训练组与对照组近立体视锐度差异无统计学意义(P=0.093);术后6个月训练组的I级同时视、Ⅱ级融合、Ⅲ级立体视功能均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论通过对共同性外斜视患者进行术前、术中、术后三个方面综合治疗可提高手术成功率,而且术后视功能训练可进一步促进双眼视觉的重建,稳定术后眼位。
