Since reform and opening-up, China's energy consumption has been soaring largely due to the country's rapid economic development and urbanization [1]. As a result, C02 emissions from the household sector have been rapidly increasing [2]. China—now the second largest global economy and the largest C02 emitter [3]—has been making efforts to aggressively reduce C02 emissions and protect the environment. In line with the Paris Climate Change Agreement, China submitted its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) and pledged to achieve peak C02 emissions by 2030.

BACKGROUND Monopolar spindle-binding protein 3B(MOB3B)functions as a signal transducer and altered MOB3B expression is associated with the development of human *** To investigate the role of MOB3B in colorectal cancer(CRC).METHODS This study collected 102 CRC tissue samples for immunohistochemical detection of MOB3B expression for association with CRC *** overexpression and knockdown of MOB3B expression were induced in CRC cell lines,changes in cell viability,migration,invasion,and gene expression were *** cell autophagy was detected using transmission electron microscopy,while nude mouse xenograft experiments were performed to confirm the in-vitro *** MOB3B expression was reduced in CRC vs normal tissues and loss of MOB3B expression was associated with poor CRC *** of MOB3B protein in vitro attenuated the cell viability as well as the migration and invasion capacities of CRC cells,whereas knockdown of MOB3B expression had the opposite effects in CRC *** the molecular level,microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 II/I expression was elevated,whereas the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)2,MMP9,sequestosome 1,and phosphorylated mechanistic target of rapamycin kinase(mTOR)was downregulated in MOB3B-overexpressing RKO *** contrast,the opposite results were observed in tumor cells with MOB3B *** nude mouse data confirmed these in-vitro findings,i.e.,MOB3B expression suppressed CRC cell xenograft growth,whereas knockdown of MOB3B expression promoted the growth of CRC cell *** Loss of MOB3B expression promotes CRC development and malignant behaviors,suggesting a potential tumor suppressive role of MOB3B in CRC by inhibition of mTOR/autophagy signaling.

智能合约随着区块链技术的兴起而蓬勃发展,成为区块链2.0的典型代表。智能合约以代码语言表现合同内容,蕴含了当事人设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的意思表示,属于民法意义上的合同。作为自动执行的计算机化交易协议,智能合约与传统合同有很大不同,对传统合同法规则中的合同设立、效力判断、履行、变更、终止、违约救济规则提出了巨大挑战。为了应对智能合约给《民法典》合同编带来的挑战,一方面要加强技术研究,为《民法典》合同编实施提供技术平台;另一方面要完善法律治理,为智能合约的发展提供法律保障。

随着全球化和国际事务的不断演变,非国家行为体在国际关系中的角色愈发凸显。本文探讨国家是否有权对非国家行为体行使自卫权的问题,认为国际法并未明确排除面对武力攻击时国家对非国家行为体行使自卫权的可能,同时指出尽管“不愿或不能”测试在维护受害国国家安全和非国家行为体所在领土国主权之间保持了微妙平衡,但这个学说缺乏学理支撑且国际上未形成法律确信,自卫权行使仍需遵循“必要性”和“相称性”原则。因此,在面临来自非国家行为体的武力攻击时,国家有权采取包括自卫权在内的必要行动来维护国家安全,但各国必须深化在国际和地区事务中的沟通协作,捍卫以国际法为基础的国际秩序,确保自卫权的行使符合国际社会的共同利益和国际和平与安全的目标。

To the Editor:Liver cancer is the fifth most common cancer and the second most frequent cause of cancer-related death *** carcinoma(HCC)accounts for 90%of primary liver cancers with the highest incidence in China(more than 50%of all cases worldwide)[1].Liver transplantation(LT)is regarded as an optimal therapy for selected HCC *** Milan criteria are the benchmark for candidate selection that ensure excellent prognosis for patients with HCC[2].The Hangzhou criteria expand 51.5%more of Milan criteria for LT candidates with comparable posttransplant survivals[3].However,LT recipients fulfilling Milan criteria or Hangzhou criteria are at the risk of up to 13%−18%HCC recurrence rate within five years[4].Only 25%−50%of recurrent HCC patients post-LT are eligible for surgical treatment which have consistently presented favored survival benefit than systemic therapy[5].

目的:探讨流程化沟通模式在冠状动脉CT血管成像(CTA)检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月广西柳钢医疗有限公司医院进行冠脉CTA检查的78例患者。根据随机抽签的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予常规护理,在此基础上,观察组给予流程化沟通模式。比较两组护理前后的心理情绪,护理后CTA检查认知水平,图像质量及患者满意度。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CTA检查目的、检查流程、注意事项及配合度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CTA检查图像质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为100.0%(39/39),高于对照组的84.6%(33/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:流程化沟通模式有助于缓解冠脉CTA检查患者负面情绪,提高患者对CTA检查的认知水平和图像质量。

Role of Liquid-based Cytology and Cell Block in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions

Background： Liquid-based cytology （LBC） offers an alternative method to biopsy in screening endometrial cancer. Cell block （CB）, prepared by collecting residual cytological specimen, represents a novel method to supplement the diagnosis of endometrial cytology. This study aimed to compare the specimen adequacy and diagnostic accuracy of LBC and CB in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods： A total of 198 women with high risks of endometrial carcinoma （EC） from May 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. The cytological specimens were collected by the endometrial sampler （SAP-1 ） followed by histopathologic evaluation of dilatation and curettage or biopsy guided by hysteroscopy. The residual cytological specimens were processed into paraffin-embedded CB after LBC preparation. Diagnostic accuracies of LBC and CB for detecting endometrial lesions were correlated with histological diagnoses. Chi-square test was used to compare the specimen adequacies of LBC and CB. Results： The specimen inadequate rate of CB was significantly higher than that of LBC （22.2% versus 7.1%, P 〈 0.01）. There were 144 cases with adequate specimens for LBC and CB preparation. Among them, 29 cases were atypical endometrial hyperplasia （ 11 cases） or carcinoma （18 cases） confirmed by histology evaluation. Taking atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma as positive, the diagnostic accuracy of CB was 95.1% while it was 93.8% in LBC. When combined LBC with CB, the diagnostic accuracy was improved to 95.8%, with a sensitivity of 89.7% and specificity of 97.4%. Conclusions： CB is a feasible and reproducible adjuvant method for screening endometrial lesions. A combination of CB and LBC can improve the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial lesions.
