Vaccinations are essential for preventing and treating disease,especially cancer nanovaccines,which have gained considerable interest recently for their strong anti-tumor immune *** can prompt the immune system to generate antibodies and activate various immune cells,leading to a response against tumor tissues and reducing the negative effects and recurrence risks of traditional chemotherapy and *** enhance the flexibility and targeting of vaccines,nanovaccines utilize nanotechnology to encapsulate or carry antigens at the nanoscale level,enabling more controlled and precise drug delivery to enhance immune *** nanovaccines function by encapsulating tumor-specific antigens or tumor-associated antigens within *** small size of these nanomaterials allows for precise targeting of T cells,dendritic cells,or cancer cells,thereby eliciting a more potent anti-tumor *** this paper,we focus on the classification of carriers for cancer nanovaccines,the roles of different target cells,and clinically tested cancer nanovaccines,discussing strategies for effectively inducing cytotoxic T lymphocytes responses and optimizing antigen presentation,while also looking ahead to the translational challenges of moving from animal experiments to clinical trials.

Localization deception performance of FDA signals under passive bi-satellite reconnaissance

Time difference of arrival(TDOA) and frequency difference of arrival(FDOA) are widely adopted for passive bi-satellite positioning system(BPS) localization. Although TDOA/FDOA localization countermeasures have received much attention, different from existing passive localization countermeasure techniques which mainly concentrate on designing spoofing jammers, this paper proposes that the application of frequency diverse array(FDA) antenna has more advantages in achieving localization deception compared with phased array(PA) antenna. FDA uses a small frequency offset across its array elements, which makes periodical time-variance beampattern even at a fixed angle and distance. Followed by this new method,closed-form expressions for the geometric dilution of precision(GDOP) and Cramer-Rao bounds(CRB) are derived to quantitatively evaluate the localization deception performance of the FDA transmitted *** numerical analysis and simulation results show that FDA indeed provides robust localization deception performance compared with conventional phased-array under passive bi-satellite reconnaissance.

Microstructure and Wear Behavior of Cermet/Iron Alloy Cladding Layers on A6061 Alloy Coated by Resistance Seam Welding Method

Cermet/iron alloy cladding layers were coated on the surface of Al-Mg-Si alloy （A6061） plates by resistance seam welding method with tungsten carbide （WC） and high-carbon iron alloy （SHA） powders. The cladding layer consisted of WC reinforcement, SHA binder, A6061 and FeAl3. The effect of WC ratio （30 wt%, 50 wt% and 70 wt%） on the microstructure and wear behavior of the cladding layers was investigated in detail. Abrasive wear test was performed under two kinds of load condition by using a rubber wheel apparatus to evaluate wear resistance. The results showed that the wear resistance of the cladding layer was improved by 3.5-5 times than that of the substrate. At lower load, the wear resistances of the samples 30% and 70% WC were nearly the same, which suggested that FeAl3 played an important role in improvement of the wear resistance instead of WC. While at higher load, the amount of WC determined the wear resistance of the cladding layer. Furthermore, wear behavior of these cladding layers was explained with reference to the observed microstructure of the worn surface.

Wear Resistance, Cytotoxicity and Antibacterial Properties of Polyetheretherketone Composite Modified by Carbon Fiber and Black Phosphorus

High wear resistance,low cytotoxicity and excellent antibacterial properties are the basis for osseointegration of implant ***(PEEK)has been considered as a potential implant material due to its excellent biocompatibility,natural radiolucency and mechanical *** this work,to improve the wear resistance,cytotoxicity and antibacterial properties of PEEK,carbon fiber(CFR)and Black Phosphorus(BP)were used to synergistically modify PEEK by two methods,deposition of BP coating on CFR-PEEK and BP/CFR-PEEK coating on Ti6Al4V(TC4)through electrostatic *** CFR and BP synergistically modified PEEK,the friction coefficient of BP coating on CFR-PEEK and BP/CFR-PEEK coating were 0.14±0.01 and 0.09±0.02,*** wear volume of BP coating on CFR-PEEK(30.54±1.32)was higher than that of BP/CFR-PEEK coating(9.46±1.32),which indicated that BP/CFR-PEEK coating showed high wear *** difference in wear resistance may be caused by the fact that BP was not easily oxidized in BP/CFR-PEEK *** addition,BP coating on CFR-PEEK and BP/CFR-PEEK coating showed no obvious cytotoxicity to L929 cell and presented excellent antibacterial efficiency(up to 94.5%±2.8%and 96.0%±3.8%,respectively)against Staphylococcus aureus(***).It was concluded that BP/CFR-PEEK coating exhibited high wear resistance,low cytotoxicity and excellent antibacterial properties against ***,which might provide a foundation for osseointegration of implants.

We introduce the new concept of coherent-entangled state （CES）. By virtue of the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators we introduce a new kind of three-mode CES [β,γ,x）, which exhibits both properties of the coherent state and the entangled state. [β,γ,x） makes up a new quantum mechancial representation. Its applications in quantum optics are also presented.

Synthesis of Polybutadienes with Controllable Microstructure by a Novel Binary Nd(3-NBSO_3)_3/Alkylaluminum Catalyst System

The polymerization of 1,3-butadiene was examined by using a novel halogen-free neodymium m-nitrobenzenesulfonate （Nd（3-NBSOa）3·donors）/alkylaluminum binary catalyst system. The catalyst showed fairly high activity and controllable selectivity. The microstructure of the resultant polymer was adjustable by variation of electron donor and/or the alkylaluminum. ^13C-NMR and thermal analysis demonstrate that the produced polybutadienes have stereo-block chain structures of cis-1,4 and trans-1,4 segments with adjustable Tm and To. The neodymium sulfonate-based catalyst is believed to be significant in regulating the chain structure of polydienes and in exploring 1,3-diene polymerization mechanism.

A recommender system(RS)relying on latent factor analysis usually adopts stochastic gradient descent(SGD)as its learning ***,owing to its serial mechanism,an SGD algorithm suffers from low efficiency and scalability when handling large-scale industrial *** at addressing this issue,this study proposes a momentum-incorporated parallel stochastic gradient descent(MPSGD)algorithm,whose main idea is two-fold:a)implementing parallelization via a novel datasplitting strategy,and b)accelerating convergence rate by integrating momentum effects into its training *** it,an MPSGD-based latent factor(MLF)model is achieved,which is capable of performing efficient and high-quality *** results on four high-dimensional and sparse matrices generated by industrial RS indicate that owing to an MPSGD algorithm,an MLF model outperforms the existing state-of-the-art ones in both computational efficiency and scalability.

Formation Control for Nonlinear Multi-agent Systems with Linear Extended State Observer

This paper investigates the formation control problem for nonlinear multi-agent systems with a virtual leader. A distributed formation control strategy based on linear extended state observer(LESO) is proposed under the hypothesis that velocity of the agent s neighbors could not be measured. Some sufficient conditions are established to ensure that the nonlinear multi-agent systems form a predefined formation with switching topology when the nonlinear function is known. Moreover, the tracking errors are bounded with external disturbance. Lastly,a numerical example with different scenarios is presented to demonstrate the validity of the obtained results.

The role of Toll-like receptors in retinal ischemic diseases

Toll-like receptors（TLRs） are commonly referred to a series of evolutionary conserved receptors which recognize and respond to various microbes and endogenous *** evidence has demonstrated that the expression of TLRs in the retina is regulated during retinal ischemic diseases,including ischemia-reperfusion injury,glaucoma,diabetic retinopathy（DR） and retinopathy of prematurity（ROP）.TLRs can be expressed in multiple cells in the retina,such as glial cells,retinal pigment epithelium（RPE）,as well as photoreceptor cells and endothelium *** of TLRs in retina could initiate a complex signal transduction cascade,induce the production of inflammatory cytokines and regulate the level of costimulatory molecules,which play prominent roles in the pathogenesis of retinal ischemic *** this review,we summarized current studies about the relationship between TLRs and ischemic retinopathy.A greater understanding of the effect of TLRs on ischemic injuries may contribute to the development of specific TLR targeted therapeutic strategies in these conditions.

Aldol Reactions Catalyzed by Proline Functionalized Polyacrylonitrile Fiber

A proline functionalized fiber catalyst was employed for aldol reactions in water. In the presence of the fiber catalyst, the aldol reactions proceeded smoothly at 40 ℃ and the products were obtained in excellent yields which were higher than those obtained for the reactions catalyzed by L-proline or trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline. This newly developed fiber catalyst is applicable to the reactions of a wide range of aromatic aldehydes and exhibits ex- cellent reusability（up to 6 times） without any additional treatment.
