目的观察健脾利湿通络方联合涌泉穴艾灸治疗慢性下肢静脉性水肿湿邪瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的70例慢性下肢静脉性水肿湿邪瘀阻证患者随机分为2组,每组35例。对照组采用艾灸涌泉穴治疗,试验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上服... 详细信息

目的观察健脾利湿通络方联合涌泉穴艾灸治疗慢性下肢静脉性水肿湿邪瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的70例慢性下肢静脉性水肿湿邪瘀阻证患者随机分为2组,每组35例。对照组采用艾灸涌泉穴治疗,试验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上服用健脾利湿通络方治疗。两组患者均治疗4周。统计两组患者的治疗总有效率,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、患肢症状及体征积分、患肢周径、血清炎症因子水平和安全性。结果试验组共34例患者纳入最终结果统计,治疗总有效率为91.17%(31/34);对照组共33例患者纳入最终结果统计,治疗总有效率为69.70%(23/33)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.026)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、患肢症状及体征积分、患肢髌骨下缘下15 cm处及胫骨内髁上缘上2 cm处周径、血清炎症因子(IL-6和TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前(均P<0.05),且治疗后试验组上述各指标(除胫骨内踝上2 cm处周径外)均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组患者的肝、肾功能均未见明显异常,均未出现严重不良反应。结论健脾利湿通络方联合涌泉穴艾灸治疗慢性下肢静脉性水肿能够明显改善患肢的症状、体征,减轻机体炎症反应。

A least squares support vector fuzzy.regression model （LS-SVFR） is proposed to estimate uncertain and imprecise data by.apply.ng the fuzzy.set principle to weight vectors. This model only.requires a set of linear equations to obtain the weight vector and the bias term, which is different from the solution of a complicated quadratic programming problem in existing support vector fuzzy.regression models. Besides, the proposed LS-SVFR is a model-free method in which the underly.ng model function doesn＇t need to be predefined. Numerical examples and fault detection application are applied to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability.of the proposed model.

Halloy.ite nanotubes(HNTs)have been considered as a promising flame retardant fillers for *** this work,the poly.edral oligomericsilsesquioxane(POSS)containing amino group was covalently.grafted on the surface of HNTs with 3-(2,3-epoxy.ropoxy.propy.rimethoxy.ilane as a chemical *** POSS modified HNTs(HNTs-POSS)dispersed uniformly.in the thermoplastic poly.rethane(TPU)matrix and endowed TPU nanocomposites with enhanced tensile properties and fire *** calorimeter tests revealed that the introduction of 2 wt%HNTs-POSS to TPU matrix remarkably.reduced the peak of heat release rate(PHRR)and total heat release(THR)by.60.0%and 18.3%,*** addition,the peak CO production rate and total smoke release(TSR)could be significantly.suppressed by.the addition of *** well dispersed HNTs in combination with the ceramified silicon network from the thermal decomposition of POSS contributed to the formation of a continuous and compact char lay.r,exhibiting a tortuous effect by.inhibiting heat diffusion and evaporation of volatile *** addition,the released cry.tal water from HNTs could dilute the combustible volatiles and then decline the combustion *** tensile tests demonstrated that introduction of 2 wt%HNTs-POSS would enhance the maximum stress of TPU nanocomposite with a slight decrease of elongation at *** combination of HNTs and POSS through the construction of effective interfacial interactions provides a feasible way.to effectively.enhance the fire safety.of TPU nanocomposites without scarify.ng ductility.

采用激光搭接焊对DP1180和S700MC异种高强钢进行焊接,研究了焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能,并与DP1180同种钢焊接接头进行了对比。结果表明:DP1180和S700MC异种钢焊缝的横截面呈y.,而DP1180同种钢焊缝的横截面呈V形;异种钢搭接焊接头的DP1180钢侧热影响区分别出现了软化和硬化现象,而S700MC钢侧热影响区只出现了较为严重的硬化现象,并没有明显的软化现象;在相同的熔宽条件下,DP1180和S700MC异种钢接头的拉剪力明显小于DP1180同种钢接头,但仍高于S700MC钢母材;所有接头的拉伸性能稳定,力学性能良好,并且同种钢和异种钢焊接均可通过增加焊长来提升焊接接头的承载性能。

Neuropeptide y.has been shown to inhibit the immunological activity.of reactive microglia in the rat cerebral cortex, to reduce N-methy.-D-aspartate current（INMDA） in cortical neurons, and protect neurons. In this study. after primary.cultured microglia from the cerebral cortex of rats were treated with lipopoly.accharide, interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α levels in the cell culture medium increased, and mRNA expression of these cy.okines also increased. After primary.cultured cortical neurons were incubated with the lipopoly.accharide-treated microglial conditioned medium, peak INMDA in neurons increased. These effects of lipopoly.accharide were suppressed by.neuropeptide y. After addition of the neuropeptide y.y. receptor antagonist BIBP3226, the effects of neuropeptide y.completely.disappeared. These results suggest that neuropeptide y.prevents excessive production of interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α by.inhibiting microglial reactivity. This reduces INMDA in rat cortical neurons, preventing excitotoxicity. thereby.protecting neurons.

This paper studies the helium ions irradiation effects on Nd and Ce co-doped Gd_2 Zr_2 O_7 ceramics. where Nd replaces the Gd site and Ce replaces the Zr site respectively. A series of（Gd_（1-x）Nd_x）_2（Zr_（1-y.Ce_y._2 O_7（0 ≤ x, y.≤ 1） ceramics were irradiated with a 500 keV He ions at room temperature at fluences ranging from 1 × 10^（15） to 1 × 10^（17） ions/cm^2. The irradiated samples were characterized using GIXRD, Raman and SEM measurements. From the GIXRD and Raman observations, the results indicate that all the samples display.a deficient fluorite structure after irradiation. The irradiation toleration increases with the irradiation depth increasing under experimental conditions, and Nd_2 Ce_2 O_7 has the best irradiation stability.in the（Gd_（1-x）Nd_x）_2（Zr_（1-y.Ce_y._2 O_7（0≤ x. y.1）. Based on SEM results, the irradiated samples are still relatively.dense and uniform, and no second phase exists.
