In overlapping distribution areas of Sorbus pohuashanensis and *** in North China(Mount Tuoliang,Mount Xiling and Mount Baihua),Sorbus indi-viduals were found with pink fruit,which have never been recorded for the flora of *** morphological characters combined with four chloroplast DNA markers and internal transcribed spacer(ITS)were used to analyze the origin of the Sorbus individuals with pink fruits and their relationship to *** and ***,SDA and one-way(taxon)ANOVA of morphological characters provided convincing evidence of the hybrid ori-gin of Sorbus individuals with pink fruits based on a novel morphological character and many intermediate *** analysis based on four cpDNA markers showed that either *** or *** were maternal parents of Sorbus individuals with pink ***-ence of the position of Sorbus individuals with pink fruits between cpDNA and ITS in cluster trees supported by DNA sequence comparative analysis,implying former hybridiza-tion events between *** and ***-tiple hybridization events between *** and *** might have contributed to the generation of Sorbus individuals with pink *** study has provided insights into hybridization between species of the same genus in sympatric areas,which is of great significance for the study of interspecific hybridization.

The current literature lacks uniform calculation methods for following trajectory control for autonomous vehicles,including the calculation of errors,determination of tracking points,and design of feedforward ***,a complete calculation method is proposed to address this ***,a control equation in the form of an error is obtained according to the dynamic equation of the vehicle coordinate system and the trajectory following ***,the deviation of the vehicle state is obtained according to the current vehicle s state and the following control ***,a linear quadratic regulator(LQR)controller with feedforward control is designed according to the characteristics of the dynamic *** the proposed LQR,the simulation of computational time,anti-interference,and reliability analysis of the trajectory following control is performed by programming using *** simulation outcomes are then compared with the experimental results from the *** comparison indicates that the proposed complete calculation method is effective,reliable,and capable of achieving real-time and anti-interference following control *** simulation results with or without feedforward control show that the steady-state error is eliminated and that good control performance is obtained by introducing feedforward control.

Benefiting from the simpler structure,lower manufacture cost and late-maintenance cost,MacPherson suspension system,with the functions of vibration isolation and steering,has been widely used in light mining *** steering arm is a key component in the steering mechanism integrated with MacPherson suspension,and the strength of steering arms is very important for the security and reliability of mining ***,as long time working in opencast mine,vehicles always undergo different kinds of severe off-road situations and the extreme impact cannot be *** steering arms of mining trucks are particularly easy to break down and it of one series mining truck have been frequently fractured recently,which seriously threatens the driver's security and causes greatly damage to ***,it is of great urgency to improve the dynamic properties of the steering arm of mining ***,traditional complete design processes for a steering arm or other similar parts are as ***,a full vehicle model,also called a virtual prototype model,is established based on multi-body dynamical software such as Adams,SIMPACK,and so ***,forces on the steering arm are obtained under different roads and manipulation conditions,according to the established ***,the forces,particularly those under extreme conditions,will be used to optimize the geometry or shape of the steering arm considering the motion interference,by using a professional finite element analysis(FEA) software,such as ANSYS and *** digitized method which shortens the design cycle and reduces the design cost has been widely used,compared with the traditional method based on ***,the full vehicle model should be comprehensively verified by ***,it is not easy to accurately determine all parts' characteristics,particularly those of the tires and roads in surface mining,although the 3D geometric model of a mining truck can be established according to it

Pseudomyxoma peritonei(PMP) is an indolent malignant syndrome. The standard treatment for PMP is cytoreductive surgery combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy(CRS + HIPEC). However, the high recurrence rate and latent clinical symptoms and signs are major obstacles to further improving clinical outcomes. Moreover, patients in advanced stages receive little benefit from CRS + HIPEC due to widespread intraperitoneal metastases. Another challenge in PMP treatment involves the progressive sclerosis of PMP cell-secreted mucus, which is often increased due to activating mutations in the gene coding for guanine nucleotide-binding protein alpha subunit(GNAS). Consequently, the development of other PMP therapies is urgently needed. Several immune-related therapies have shown promise, including the use of bacterium-derived non-specific immunogenic agents, radioimmunotherapeutic agents, and tumor cell-derived neoantigens, but a well-recognized immunotherapy has not been established. In this review the roles of GNAS mutations in the promotion of mucin secretion and disease development are discussed. In addition, the immunologic features of the PMP microenvironment and immune-associated treatments are discussed to summarize the current understanding of key features of the disease and to facilitate the development of immunotherapies.

Because the vehicle dynamic model with the hydro-pneumatic suspension(HPS) is a strongly nonlinear system,the traditional random vibration theory cannot be used for obtaining the pavement *** this paper,therefore,the responses in the time domain are obtained by using the inverse fast Fourier transformation(IFFT) which can generate the time domain model of the unevenness road for the nonlinear vehicle ***,the wavelet analysis is used for processing the experimental data according to the excitation ***,the corrected unevenness index(expressing the PSD) in the test site can be obtained by matching the simulation and experimental *** research provides an approach for correcting the road PSD in test site according to the responses from the vibration test,particularly with the strong nonlinear suspension.

The rapid spread of mobile tigecycline resistance presents a significant public health threat,particularly with the increasing prevalence of tet(X4)-positive Enterobacterales across various *** study aimed to inves-tigate the epidemic features and transmission dynamics of tet(X4)-positive Klebsiella pneumoniae(***-niae)through the analysis of 206 raw meats,including pork(n=182),beef(n=16),duck(n=5),and chicken(n=3).These samples were collected from schools,markets,and restaurants in Chengdu City,China.A total of 25 isolates were obtained from 13 administrative *** isolates exhibited resistance to tetracycline,tigecycline,ampicillin,chloramphenicol,and *** half of the isolates also demon-strated resistance to streptomycin(80%),sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim(72%),ciprofloxacin(64%),and ampicillin/sulbactam(56%).Among these strains,14 distinct sequence types(STs)were identified,revealing evidence of inter-regional clonal spread,notably among 9 *** *** analysis revealed the presence of two *** ST5 closely resembling hypervirulent *** from ***,12 isolates were capable of transferring tigecycline resistance to Escherichia coli *** plasmid analysis showed that the tet(X4)-harboring plasmids in *** could be classified into four types,primarily belonging to the IncFIA(HI1)/HI1A/HI1B hybrid plasmid(n=16)and IncFII plasmid(n=7),which significantly contributed to the cross-species dissemination of tet(X4).In summary,this study highlights the prevalence of MDR tet(X4)-positive *** in Chengdu,driven predominantly by clonal expansion and plasmid-mediated horizontal gene *** findings emphasize the importance of contin-uous surveillance of tet(X4)-positive *** in raw meat and the implementation of effective measures to control their spread.

尺度约束类型是指构件为其所连接的运动副轴线之间的相对方位提供的几何约束类型,研究了一种基于尺度约束类型及其顺序的机器人支链的拓扑结构表示及其设计方法。建立尺度约束类型与符号表示之间的对应关系;基于方位特征集及自由度,将尺度约束类型作为单元,综合出4自由度和5自由度的串联机构结构,并给出其尺度约束类型表示;通过对6自由度关节机器人进行演化分析,获得5轴及4轴工业机器人,并对这些串联机器人的方位特征集及尺度约束类型进行分析。

针对航空结构中多孔铝合金板在疲劳载荷作用下的孔边裂纹萌生监测问题,以光纤传感系统为基础结合小波分解、含噪声的密度空间聚类以及高斯混合模型,提出了一种孔边裂纹萌生监测方法。首先以光纤光栅传感系统采集循环加载条件下多孔铝合金板孔边裂纹萌生至结构断裂全程中孔边微应变并构建孔边微应变曲线。对孔边微应变曲线进行小波分解,得到微应变曲线的低频分量与高频分量,并以低频分量最小值及高频分量突变作为孔边裂纹萌生特征。在分析裂纹萌生时引入DBSCAN算法与GMM理论用于计算孔边裂纹萌生时的疲劳加载循环数并进行比较与分析得到多孔铝合金板孔边主裂纹的萌生位置以及孔边主裂纹裂纹萌生时的疲劳加载循环数。试验结果表明:此监测方法能够准确定位出孔边主裂纹的萌生位置,计算孔边主裂纹萌生时的疲劳加载循环数,且疲劳加载循环数计算误差在5%以内。在未来可应用于全机地面疲劳试验、结构健康监测等多种场景。

This research explored the application potential of PUM thin-overlay technology on airport rapid *** rapid curing process of polyurethane binder determines the limited time window for mixing and construction of polyurethane-bonded mixture(PUM),which presents significant difference with hot-mix asphalt(HMA)***,this research investigated and optimized the mix design of PUM for airport thin-overlay technology based on its thermosetting ***,limestone and basalt were comprehensively compared as an aggregate for ***,the effects of molding and curing conditions were studied in terms of mixing time,molding method,molding parameters and curing *** analysis was also conducted to evaluate the effects of gradation and particle size on PUM performances based on gray relational analysis(GRA),thus determining the key particle size to control PUM ***,the internal structural details of PUM were captured by X-ray CT scan *** results demonstrated that it only took 12 hours to reach 75%of maximum strength at a curing temperature of 50°C,indicating an efficient curing process and in turn allowing short traffic *** internal structural details of PUM presented distribution of tiny pores with few connective voids,guaranteeing waterproof property and high strength.
