Objectives:To explore the relationship between college students’self-esteem(SE)and their social phobia(SP),as well as the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation(FNE)and the moderating effect of ***:A convenience sampling survey was carried out for 1020 college students from Shandong Province of China,utilizing measures of college students’self-esteem,fear of negative evaluation,perfectionism,and social *** analysis was performed using the SPSS PROCESS ***:(1)college students’self-esteem significantly and negatively predicts their social phobia(β=−0.31,t=−10.10,p<0.001);(2)fear of negative evaluation partially mediates the relation between self-esteem and social phobia among college students,with the mediating effect accounting for 48.97%of the total effect(TE);(3)the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation is moderated by perfectionism(β=0.18,t=7.75,p<0.001),where higher levels of perfectionism strengthen the mediating effect of fear of negative ***:Perfectionism moderates the mediating effect that fear of negative evaluation plays,establishing a moderated mediating model.

Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy,as a typical magnesium rare-earth(Mg-RE)alloy,is gaining popularity in the advanced equipment manufacturing fields owing to its noticeable age-hardening properties and high specific ***,it is extremely challenging to prepare wrought components with large dimensions and complex shapes because of the poor room-temperature processability of Mg-Gd-Y-Zr ***,we report a wire-arc directed energy deposited(DED)Mg-10.45Gd-2.27Y-0.52Zr(wt.%,GW102K)alloy with high RE content presenting a prominent combination of strength and ductility,realized by tailored nanoprecipitates through an optimized heat treatment ***,the solution-treated sample exhibits excellent ductility with an elongation(EL)of(14.6±0.1)%,while the aging-treated sample at 200°C for 58 h achieves an ultra-high ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of(371±1.5)***,the aging-treated sample at 250°C for 16 h attains a good strength-ductility synergy with a UTS of(316±2.1)MPa and a EL of(8.5±0.1)%.Particularly,the evolution mechanisms of precipitation response induced by various aging parameters and deformation behavior caused by nanoprecipitates type were also systematically *** excellent ductility resulted from coordinating localized strains facilitated by active slip *** the ultra-high strength should be ascribed to the dense nano-β'hampering dislocation ***,the shearable nano-β1 contributed to the good strength-ductility *** work thus offers insightful understanding into the nanoprecipitates manipulation and performance tailoring for the wire-arc DED preparation of large-sized Mg-Gd-Y-Zr components with complex geometries.

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cranberry extracts:A-type proanthocyanidins(A-PACs)in the treatment and prevention of vulvovaginal candidiasis(WC).Method An open,randomised,parallel-design study was conducted.A cohort of 300 eligible patients with WC was recruited from the *** participants were randomly divided into three groups according to a computergenerated randomisation *** in group 1 were treated with standard antifungal therapy(oral single-dose fluconazole 150mg and vaginal miconazole suppository 400 mg at bedtime for 3 days);patients in group 2 received oral A-PACs16mLtwo times perdayfor6days basedon the treatment regimen of group 1;patients in group 3 were given oral A-PACs 16 mL two times per day for 6 days and vaginal miconazole suppository 400mg at bedtime for 3 *** who were clinically cured at the seventh day of follow-up in group 2 received maintenance therapy by oral A-PACs for 12 *** At the seventh day of follow-up,the vaginal mycological results of all patients in group 2 who initially tested positive for pseudohyphae exhibited negative *** negative conversion rates of fungal spores and blastospores in group 2 were superior to those in both group 1 and group *** symptoms of patients in group 2 ameliorated conspicuously compared with those in group 1(p<0.05).The clinical cure rate of VC in both group 2 and group 3 was not inferior to group *** regression analysis showed maintenance therapy was not significantly associated with short-term recurrence(HR 0.44(0.11,1.67);p=0.23)but could significantly diminish the risk of long-term recurrence(HR 0.57(0.33,0.99);p<0.05).Conclusion This study revealed that A-PACs in cranberry juice combined with azole antibiotics can be used as a novel therapeutic option for the treatment and prevention of long-termrecurrenceof *** registration number ChiCTR2300076392.

BACKGROUND Although the past decade has seen remarkable advances in treatment options for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the dismal overall prognosis still envelops HCC *** comparative trials have been conducted to study whether transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)could improve clinical outcomes in patients receiving sorafenib for advanced HCC;however,the findings have been *** To study the potential synergies and safety of sorafenib plus TACE vs sorafenib alone for treating advanced HCC,by performing a systematic review and *** This study was conducted following the PRISMA statement.A systematic literature search was conducted using the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,and Web of Science *** included in the present work were collected from patients diagnosed with advanced HCC receiving sorafenib plus TACE or sorafenib *** synthesis and meta-analysis were conducted using Review Manager *** The present study included 2780 patients from five comparative clinical trials(1 was randomized control trial and 4 were retrospective studies).It was found that patients receiving sorafenib plus TACE had better prognoses in terms of overall survival(OS),with a combined hazard ratio(HR)of 0.65[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.46–0.93,P=0.02,n=2780].Consistently,progression free survival(PFS)and time to progression(TTP)differed significantly between the sorafenib plus TACE arm and sorafenib arm(PFS:HR=0.62,95%CI:0.40–0.96,P=0.03,n=443;TTP:HR=0.73,95%CI:0.64-0.83,P<0.00001,n=2451).Disease control rate(DCR)was also significantly increased by combination therapy(risk ratio=1.36,95%CI:1.02-1.81,P=0.04,n=641).Regarding safety,the incidence of any adverse event(AE)was increased due to the addition of TACE;however,no significant difference was found in grade≥3 *** The combination of sorafenib with TACE has superior efficacy to sorafenib monotherapy,as evidenced by prolonged OS,PFS,and TTP,as well as increase
