A method for cleaning wind power anomaly data by combining image processing with community detection algorithms

Current methodologies for cleaning wind power anomaly data exhibit limited capabilities in identifying abnormal data within extensive datasets and struggle to accommodate the considerable variability and intricacy of wind farm data.Consequently,a method for cleaning wind power anomaly data by combining image processing with community detection algorithms(CWPAD-IPCDA)is proposed.To precisely identify and initially clean anomalous data,wind power curve(WPC)images are converted into graph structures,which employ the Louvain community recognition algorithm and graph-theoretic methods for community detection and segmentation.Furthermore,the mathematical morphology operation(MMO)determines the main part of the initially cleaned wind power curve images and maps them back to the normal wind power points to complete the final cleaning.The CWPAD-IPCDA method was applied to clean datasets from 25 wind turbines(WTs)in two wind farms in northwest China to validate its feasibility.A comparison was conducted using density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)algorithm,an improved isolation forest algorithm,and an image-based(IB)algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate that the CWPAD-IPCDA method surpasses the other three algorithms,achieving an approximately 7.23%higher average data cleaning rate.The mean value of the sum of the squared errors(SSE)of the dataset after cleaning is approximately 6.887 lower than that of the other algorithms.Moreover,the mean of overall accuracy,as measured by the F1-score,exceeds that of the other methods by approximately 10.49%;this indicates that the CWPAD-IPCDA method is more conducive to improving the accuracy and reliability of wind power curve modeling and wind farm power forecasting.

Starting Control of Free Piston Stirling Linear Generator System Based on FOC

Aiming at the problem of poor system dynamic performance caused by low parameter matching in the coordinated control of Stirling engine and linear generator in the starting stage control of free piston Stirling linear generator system,a joint control method of free piston Stirling permanent magnet synchronous linear generator system based on field orientation control is proposed,based on the theoretical derivation of the mathematical model of the system and the principle of controller parameters setting,the simulation experiments of the system starting stage under several Stirling engine working conditions are carried out under simulation.The experimental results show that the stability and rapidity of the system are improved,and the dynamic response speed of generator parameters under different working conditions is accelerated,what fully verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the method.It provides an effective way to improve the control performance of the system and stabilize the power generation operation.

针对直线永磁游标电机的损耗问题,提出一种磁障式拓扑结构。通过在次级的凸极齿加入隔磁磁障,使次级对磁通的流动具有导向作用,减少涡流损耗,提高电机的磁场调制能力。在此基础上,设计一种磁障式直线永磁游标电机,采用响应面(RSM)-正交法对电机的推力性能进行优化。首先,通过对电机进行灵敏度分析,确定显著变量。其次,根据RSM法建立优化目标响应与显著变量之间的拟合模型,并对其拟合精度进行评估。最后,基于该模型进行正交试验,根据正交试验的数据进行极差分析,得到电机的最优结构参数。有限元实验结果表明,采用RSM-正交优化方法的电机性能得到大幅提高,并且可以节省优化时间,提高优化效率,对直线永磁游标电机的设计与优化有重要的参考价值。

Obesity and its associated complications are highly related to a current public health crisis around the world.A growing body of evidence has indicated that G-protein coupled bile acid(BA) receptor TGR5(also known as Gpbar-1) is a potential drug target to treat obesity and associated metabolic disorders.We have identified notoginsenoside Ftl(Ftl) from Panax notoginseng as an agonist of TGR5 in vitro.However,the pharmacological effects of Ftl on diet-induced obese(DIO) mice and the underlying mechanisms are still elusive.Here we show that Ftl(100 mg/100 diet) increased adipose lipolysis,promoted fat browning in inguinal adipose tissue and induced glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) secretion in the ileum of wild type but not Tgr5^(-/-) obese mice.In addition,Ftl elevated serum free and taurineconjugated bile acids(BAs) by antagonizing Fxr transcriptional activities in the ileum to activate Tgr5 in the adipose tissues.The metabolic benefits of Ftl were abolished in Cyp27 al^(-/-) mice which have much lower BA levels.These results identify Ftl as a single compound with opposite activities on two key BA receptors to alleviate high fat diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance in mice.

通过将原位溶胶-凝胶法和自由基聚合法巧妙相结合制备了一种坚固、荧光的杂化水凝胶石墨烯量子点-TiO_(2)/聚丙烯酰胺(GQDs-TiO_(2)/PAM)。在该杂化水凝胶中,同时充当多功能交联剂和纳米填料的TiO_(2)和GQDs粒子与水凝胶网络中的亲水基团通过氢键等非共价键牢固地结合。PAM、TiO_(2)和GQDs之间的强非共价键作用赋予该凝胶优异的力学性能。GQDs-TiO_(2)/PAM(0.5wt%GQDs)水凝胶的断裂伸长率和抗拉强度分别高达2412%和181 kPa,为TiO_(2)/PAM水凝胶的1.78和1.13倍。另外,GQDs的引入还赋予该复合水凝胶特殊的荧光性能,它能够在365 nm紫外光照射下发出明显的蓝色荧光。因此,该水凝胶在生物医药、重金属离子检测、荧光探针等领域有很大发展潜力。

目的调查云南省个旧地区妊娠期妇女亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)和蛋氨酸合成酶还原酶(MTRR)的基因多态性分布情况,为制定妊娠期妇女个体化叶酸补充方案提供科学依据。方法以2022年1至12月云南省个旧地区713例妊娠期妇女为研究对象,利用实时荧光定量PCR熔解曲线法检测MTHFR C677T和A1298C位点以及MTRR A66G位点的基因型并分析基因多态性分布特征,与已报道的其他地区中国人群基因型频率进行比较。根据基因型结果评估云南省个旧地区妊娠期妇女叶酸代谢能力风险。结果所有样本中MTHFR C677T位点,野生型(CC型)、杂合突变体(CT型)及纯合突变体(TT型)基因型频率分别为46.4%、41.1%和12.5%;MTHFR A1298C位点野生型(AA)、杂合突变体(AC)及纯合突变体(CC型)基因型频率分别为67.5%、28.8%和3.7%;MTRR A66G位点野生型(AA)、杂合突变体(AG)及纯合突变体(GG)基因型频率分别为54.7%、40.3%和5.0%。MTHFR C677T和A1298C位点以及MTRR A66G位点基因型分布与中国人群比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云南省个旧地区妊娠期妇女MTHFR C677T和A1298C位点以及MTRR A66G位点基因多态性的分布具有地域特异性,41.21%的妊娠期妇女携带叶酸代谢能力中、高风险基因,叶酸代谢相关基因检测结果可为孕期叶酸增补方案的制定提供科学依据,有助于药师进行个体化精准用药指导,降低新生儿出生缺陷。

Cadaverine and putrescine exposure influence carbon and nitrogen cycling genes in water and sediment of the Yellow River

The response patterns of microbial functional genes involved in biogeochemical cycles to cadaver decay is a central topic of recent environmental sciences.However,the response mechanisms and pathways of the functional genes associated with the carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)cycling to cadaveric substances such as cadaverine and putrescine remain unclear.This study explored the variation of functional genes associated with C fixation,C degradation and N cycling and their influencing factors under cadaverine,putrescine and mixed treatments.Our results showed only putrescine significantly increased the alpha diversity of C fixation genes,while reducing the alpha diversity of N cycling genes in sediment.For the C cycling,the mixed treatment significantly decreased the total abundance of reductive acetyl-CoA pathway genes(i.e.,acsB and acsE)and lig gene linked to lignin degradation in water,while only significantly increasing the hydroxypropionate-hydroxybutylate cycle(i.e.,accA)gene abundance in sediment.For the N cycling,mixed treatment significantly decreased the abundance of the nitrification(i.e.,amoB),denitrification(i.e.,nirS3)genes in water and the assimilation pathway gene(i.e.,gdhA)in sediment.Environmental factors(i.e.,total carbon and total nitrogen)were all negatively associated with the genes of C and N cycling.Therefore,cadaverine and putrescine exposure may inhibit the pathway in C fixation and N cycling,while promoting C degradation.These findings can offer some new insight for the management of amine pollution caused by animal cadavers.

The Formation of SO_(2) and Emission Reduction Solutions in the Preparation of a Hydrogenation Catalyst Support

The key reason for SO_(2) formation during the production of a residue hydrogenation catalyst support was identified and subsequent emission reduction solutions were then investigated and verified systematically.The results demonstrated that carbon-containing organic materials,including sesbania powder and cellulose,did not completely decompose over the temperature range of 350−600℃during the heating stage of the calcination process,but rather underwent a condensation reaction within the same temperature range to form carbon-containing species with a lower ratio of hydrogen to carbon and a higher condensation degree,which promoted the decomposition of sulfate to form SO_(2).Systematic experimental work revealed that three different measures,i.e.,applying the staged calcination method,reducing the heating rate,and increasing the air flow rate,during the calcination process could all achieve the effect of reducing SO_(2) emissions.

MSC-derived exosomes attenuate hepatic fibrosis in primary sclerosing cholangitis through inhibition of Th17 differentiation

Primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC)is an autoimmune cholangiopathy characterized by chronic inflammation of the biliary epithelium and periductal fibrosis,with no curative treatment available,and liver transplantation is inevitable for end-stage patients.Human placentalmesenchymal stem cell(hpMSC)-derived exosomes have demonstrated the ability to prevent fibrosis,inhibit collagen production and possess immunomodulatory properties in autoimmune liver disease.Here,we prepared hpMSC-derived exosomes(Exo^(MSC))and further investigated the anti-fibrotic effects and detailed mechanism on PSC based on Mdr2^(−/−)mice and multicellular organoids established from PSC patients.The results showed that Exo^(MSC) ameliorated liver fibrosis in Mdr2^(−/−)mice with significant collagen reduction in the preductal area where Th17 differentiation was inhibited as demonstrated by RNAseq analysis,and the percentage of CD4+IL-17A+T cells was reduced both in Exo^(MSC)-treated Mdr2^(−/−)mice(Mdr2^(−/−)-Exo)in vivo and Exo^(MSC)-treated Th17 differentiation progressed in vitro.Furthermore,Exo^(MSC) improved the hypersecretory phenotype and intercellular interactions in the hepatic Th17 microenvironment by regulating PERK/CHOP signaling as supported by multicellular organoids.Thus,our data demonstrate the antifibrosis effect of Exo^(MSC) in PSC disease by inhibiting Th17 differentiation,and ameliorating the Th17-induced microenvironment,indicating the promising potential therapeutic role of Exo^(MSC) in liver fibrosis of PSC or Th17-related diseases.
